I can’t connect to the internet with my Play 1 speakers. I have Spectrum and the router is SAC2V2S. I have tried turning on UpNP and changing to 2.4 GHz frequency and rebooting the router, modem and the speakers. I still can’t connect to the internet.

Although you didn’t say so; your post suggests you changed ISP’s and now you have Spectrum. If so did you keep the same SSID and password? If not you should have.

Steps would have been in the order below:

  1. Unplug all Sonos
  2. Setup new router with same SSID and password
  3. Connect your device to new router (if you kept same SSID/password it should connect with no issues)
  4. Delete the Sonos app
  5. Plug in your Sonos
  6. Wait 3 minutes to allow Sonos to come back
  7. Re-install the Sonos app
  8. Select “Join and existing system”
  9. Look for verification check mark that system was found
  10. Sign in with your credentials

Following steps here will require a factory reset of your Play 1.
