Estoy hasta los huevos de los productos SONOS (para mí muy buenos), porque no envían manuales en español. Por cierto, no somos Latinos, somos Hispanos. ¿Cuántos españoles han escuchado hablar en latín? Tengo un problema de redes, ya que poseo tres productos SONOS (si lo llego a saber), están configurados perfectamente, pero la Ray lo último que he comprado sustituye al Roam que utilizo cuando me ducho.  Con la Play 5 no hay problemas, porque tengo dos redes de internet en casa, y tres Sonos. I have the Sony A80K I just bought and can’t get my Sony settings correct so my Sony remote will control my sound and not the default TV speakers.  I had this setup for my past Samsung TV and could use the Samsung remote on a TV or my Apple TV remote to control the sound. I have the 2nd playbar with the optic able to connect, a sub and a SL and one speaker for my setup. 

Hi folks,I am intending to renovate my living room and considering placing a ceiling fan. However, this may affect the spatial/Atmos Dolby effect of my setup - arc, sub and 2 rear era 300. I was googling around for answers but there are mixed response. I would assume that an operating fan will definitely distort the upward firing sounds, but will a stationary fan affect significantly? Any thoughts? CheersGab

In my livingroom i have a single Arc that i want to tune with True Play tuning. The app starts the proces but tells me there is a speaker missing and it stops the process?? I do have 2 ERA 300’s + Sub mini in another room. Atm in time they are not connected to the Arc because there are no floor or wall mounts available (crazy if you think about that) to install my cinema set-up. That’s why i put them in another room to listen music until the mounts release in June.  My system sees all speakers in 2 different rooms and work properly per room like they should. My Arc has no missing speakers in the app like Arc+?+? or something.  why is trueplay missing a speaker in my room with a single stand alone Arc?

Hi, I have a Sony tv remote using Bluetooth but it won’t connect to my Sonos Soundbar using IR via Sonos app. Any resolution? TV is connected to sound at using optical with no problem hearing sound just cannot connect to tv remote.

I have an apple TV and recently got a sonos Beam.AppleTV is HDMI to the First HDMI port, Beam to the ARC port.It passes sound fine. Apple TV controls volume fine. But the TV no longer turns on when the apple TV is turned on.Even the original TV Remote doesn’t work when the beam is connected. I have to turn the TV on at the TV front panel. Troubleshooting things I have tried:I have disabled IR on the Beam, I have toggled AnyNet settings and Apple TV remote pass through settings.It HAS worked a few times, but everytime I get it to work once, it never works again.I set up voice controls, first Test “Hey Sonos, Turn on TV" worked fine, then when we actually tried to use it, it stopped working.Sometimes, very rarely, the Apple TV will turn on the TV when it powers on, but it is inconsistent and never works when I actually want it to.This is incredibly furstrating and I don’t understand what the conflict is, I have toggled, re-set up and tried every combination of settings. Hi forum I have sonos playbar together with two sonos one sl as rear speakers, as tv speakers. Playbar is connected through a HDMI switch, as my Samsung does not support HDMI pass through.  When I’m watching Apple Tv (hdmi → hdmi switch→ toslink → playbar) it can output Dolby Digital 5.1 when supported shows has that. Sounds excellent btw.  But when I’m watching blu-ray/dvd (sony bdp-s1500 → hdmi → hdmi switch → toslink → playbar) Sonos app only show Stereo PCM regardless of setting I use.  Digital audio output: Auto or PCMBD AUDIO MIX: on or offDolby Digital Compatible output: on or offAudio DRC: auto or on or offDownmix: surround or stereo  Anyone have any suggestions or experience?  

Hi.im using the beam gen 2 for some time now.im using it with the newest Apple TV 4K without atmos because my tv have only Arc.(no earc).today I thought maybe I can use the atmos on my Xbox series x but there also it says it can’t play atmos although my tv does support Dolby digital plus. I downloaded the Dolby app and still no atmos.also I did a test on the Xbox of the sound channels and left/ right was REVERSED. Is it a problem with Xbox or something wrong with my beam?I thought I hear reversed channels for sometime but on other forum people told me there is no way this could happen.is there a fix for all of this?thanks in advance 

Hi, I’ve just purchased a Sonos Arc but i’m having trouble getting Atmos from Netflix via a Fire Stick 4k Max.I have a premium Netflix subscription and all settings are at their highest.I have Sky Q so i’m able to get Atmos from Sky Movies from the Arc so i know that it does work from that source.Anyone any ideas?Thanks

Hi all!I received my Sub Mini yesterday, and having some trouble connecting it to my system.When I plugged it in, the status LED is white and I could not find it in my S2-app, so I supposed I need to reset it.Plugged it out from power, hold Join button (the only button on Sub Mini) while plugging it in. The status LED began to blink white, but after a while it just came back to fixed white light, which is a little more dull / dimmed than the blinking.I have tried this many time, but still haven't been able to reset it in order to pair with my system.I then plugged ethernet port in to it, and was able to find its IP in my network, and Web Interface (port 1400) works just fine (REPORTED as Sub Mini, too!), so it's not totally dead, but it seems like there isn't a way to reset it from Web Interface.Have anyone experienced this problem (on both Sub Mini and other devices), and any tips would be greatly appreciate!Cheers!

Hello… I would like advice on removing my existing Play 1 surround pair and replacing them with my new Fives.  I’d like them gone from the S2 app as well so there’s no confusion when I add the Fives.Would I be right in selecting “Remove Surrounds” in the app to remove the Play 1s then, do a reset on them before unplugging? Then, plug in both Fives and add those to the Room the Play1s were in?I realize this is remedial stuff for most of you but, I haven’t replaced a speaker in my system since I bought them back in 2014.Thank you in advance.  Brad

I have a sonos sounder connected to a samsung tv and a sonos zone player.  We also have two speakers in the ceiling.  The speakers will connect to the sonos app and play and the sounder will play what is on the tv.  However, I can’t get the sounder and speakers to connect and play together for a surround sound.  Help.  This is an existing system in a new home, but I have reset everything. 

I purchased a Sonos Sub Mini, which works flawlessly. However, I noticed that when playing Dolby Vision content, the bass does not respond as well as it does with other types of content on Netflix.System: Beam gen 2, ikea symfonisk and mini.Tv: TCL qled 55c728 supported hdmi 2.1 

Looking at the Arc and it requires 3.4” of depth.  I only have 1.5” of space.  The Soundbar would block almost 2” of screen space.  What can I use to raise the feet of the stand?  I was thinking of just making wood pieces to sit the feet on to raise it up.  The TV stand footprint (WxHxD in INCHES): 1.7 x 15.6 x 10.2.   

I saw another thread on this forum that exactly matched mine (see here) but it’s been closed so I’m opening a new one.Every hour or two I get a blackout that lasts a couple of seconds, then the picture comes back but the sound is quiet, then another brief blackout, then the picture comes back.I’m using a Sonos Beam connected to the TV (Philips 65PML9200, previously a 65OLED856) via HDMI Arc.I’ve had the Virgin Media (STB) box replaced and Richer Sounds just replaced my entire television after months of arguing with them and Philips (the manufacturer). I’ve now got a new, different model TV and the same fault has occurred. You can’t imagine how angry I was that after all that, it seems like Sonos might be the cause.Has anybody else had this issue? How can I diagnose?My Sonos is out of warranty.

I bought two of the ethernet to usb-c dongles in the hopes of returning my setup off wifi. I’m using the Eras 300s as rears in connection with an Arc and Sub Gen 3.I can see that the dongles are working, but the era 300s are also still connecting over wifi. When I disable the wifi on the Arc/sub the Eras switch to WM:1 and the audio immediately gets choppy and stays that way (whether connected via ethernet or not). As a test, I temporarily renamed my wifi to see if the Eras would fall back to the ethernet connection, but instead they just drop out entirely. Is there anyway to force them to just use ethernet? My previous One SLs worked flawlessly as ethernet surrounds. I want the ability disable the wireless for at least two reasons:Living in Brooklyn there’s already a ton of wireless interference so cutting down on unnecessary (particularly stationary) wireless is always nice.When I leave wireless enabled on the Arc, the Ones, which I relocated to my bedroom prioritize connecting to it

I can’t seem to get my Beam (Gen 2) to connect to my wifi using 5GHz. Although the specs say it supports 5GHz that doesn’t seem to be the case (at least not for me).If I disable the 2.4GHz band on my SSID the Beam won’t connect at all. Using both 2.4GHz and 5GHz will allow it to connect. But as can be seen from the network controller (below)… only using 2.4GHz.But why?What is the trick here?As you can see my other Sonos speakers have no problem using 5GHz and the Beam is the newest of them all??!The reason this annoys me is because the Beam is the ONLY device on my network that requires 2.4GHz. So if it worked as I was expecting I could disable the 2.4GHz all together. Any good ideas as to how I can fix this? Or is it simply “not fixable”? Thanks :-)

I have an issue whenever I watch Dolby Atmos content on Netflix, HBO max, etc. The audio seems to randomly stop for 1 second and comes back. This happens every 30-50 minutes or so. Its the most annoying thing and I end up just turning off Dolby Atmos. I've changed the HDMI cords and made sure everything is up to date.My current setup is an Apple TV 4k (1st gen), Samsung 4K tv 8 series, Sonos Arc, two One SL, and Sub. Any answers would be greatly appreciated. 

Does anyone else have the experience that at the end of a song on Amazon Music it blasts the volume? we have an Arc

I have all the necessaries enabled for Atmos on tv, the sound output is showing on Netflix S2 app as Atmos, yet when I look on ‘about my system’ on the S2 app it’s stating ‘no signal’ or previously ‘Dolby 2.0’. Please help as to why? TIA.

I bought a refurbished Sonos beam gen 1. I set it up but noticed that I can’t seem to airplay to the beam. It shows up in the AirPlay list but I get an error when I try to connect to it.The beam is connected to the network via WiFi. Previously via ethernet and I had the same issue.I’ve rebooted the beam, my router, modem, phone etc.I’ve reset the beam a few times and no luck.I’m on iOS 16.4.1 and the Beam is on 15.3.in my network I also have a HomePod mini that I can AirPlay to successfully. I previously had a Sonos Ray that I could AirPlay too just fine too.Anything else I should try this weekend before reaching out to support next week?

Hello communitymy problem is my Sub Gen 3, either if I am listening music or watching tv, it keeps disconnect for few secondes or minutes,  then it reconnect by itself…. After few minutes, disconnect again… and reconnect by itself.do you know what can cause this?how could I solve this problem?

I have a strange issue: I cannot update my Arc to version 15.3, from version 15.2, I have 2 Era 300 speakers, and a Sub 3rd gen. I have even tried manually but the update fails with error code 6. I have my Arc wired to the router. What should I do? I even tried restarting the Arc but to no avail

No HDMI ARC, or optical output that I can see.  

Hello, I recently bought a Sonos Arc to complete my installation.So now, I have 1 Sonos ARC + 2 HomePods + Apple TV 4K, but It seems when I connect Sonos Arc + HomePod through AirPlay I don’t have Dolby Atmos on my Apple TV 4K.Is it normal ? There is a solution to bypass this error ?Thanks in advance for your help
