I have the followingPro-Ject Phono Box S3 B (Black) Pro-Ject Maia S3 (Black)I would like to link up with my Sonos Ace headphones.however when I tried using the 6.5 to 3.5 adapter they did not workplease advice on a compatible adapter or a 6.5 to usb-c cable 

Hi Community, I have a pair of Fives and Sub 3 set up in a 28’ X 18’ foot open space..  The Fives are wall mounted and centred on the long side.  Space has concrete floors with rug and soft furnishings in the middle, the space is open timber frame construction, with a peaked ceiling height of 28’ and large wooden beams breaking up walls.  I’m thinking of adding a single Era 300 opposite the Fives to fill in the sound.  Also, unless I can reverse the L-R of the Era speaker, it seems it would be firing opposite to the mains.  Music only. Thoughts?  

does anyone else have problems hearing speech on the sonos arc? even with speech enhancement on i still have to turn my volume up super loud for the speech scenes and then when theres action the system is way to loud so i have to keep turning it up and down constantly... its very annoying for the price you pay, plus i have two rear one speakers, but that only helps if the voice is coming from the back with the ambient noises, i have tried all settings the rear on full, the rear on ambient,  speech enhancement on, speech enhancement ofg, sub up, sub down! there is just not enough features on the app. i really hope sonos correct this in the very near future. especially for films like the titanic its the worst trying to hear what is being said.

My music library is on iTunes in my pc. I have 15 discs with various artists in each disc. When connecting my music library to sonos it splits each discs into sub-discs. For example a disc with 20 songs by 4 artists will be dived by sonos in 4 four sub-discs, one for each artist. How do I avoide that?

Hi, I have a stereo pair and have my turntable plugged in using line in. My question is, can I add my CD player to the line in on the other speaker in the stereo pair? So a source into each line input. Naturally, I’d only only be using one at a time, but it would save the need for an additional pre amp. Thanks

Hello, I just upgraded my Arc ultra and 2 Era 300 to sub 4. Unfortunately the bass from sub is very weak even after Trueplay adjustments. Frankly speaking bass is better without sub4. Increasing sub volume to 11-12 gives similar bass experience than arc and era alone. Something is for sure not right here. I will be glad for any suggestions

My Play 1 produce a distorsión only with high notes, what can be the cause and how can I fix it. I have it in surround mode and the other Play 1 does not have that issue. 

I just purchased 5 Era 100 for my office.  My office already has a Port and three One SL’s in the system.  I connected the first three Era 100 with no issues.  However the last two connect to my phone, but won’t connect to the wifi.  I have factory reset, system update and reset my phone.  I have located the speaker to different areas of the office including right next to the router.What else can I do?

Hello,I just received a pair of ERA 100s.  I am able to link my beam to one ERA and listen to the TV.  The TV remote controls the volume on Beam.  TV volume on ERA has to be controlled via app.  Is there a way to link the two where the tv remote will raise and lower the tv volume through the ERA and Beam at the same time?

Does anyone else see a benefit to being able to turn the Loudness feature on and off for all the products in a specific room or zone withough having to go to each product’s Settings > product > EQ > Loudness setting individually? … or be able to adjust all the EQ settings for all the products in an entire room or zone without having to visit the Settings for each product?

I used to have a workflow that did it’s job as long as I was on S1 and iTunes. ChronoSYnc syn<ced the whole library to my Synology NAS(DS413j), Smb1 was allowed , the User, used for SOnos had all the reading and writiging rights for all shared folders and subfolders. Now, I felt I needed to move on to the new apple ecosystem with Music, Books, Movies, Podcasts and so on. Now, since the ist no automatically created iTunes Library.xml anymore I tried to create this by hand and place it in the NAS share used and indexed by Sonos.I alos trief to create m3u playlissts and to adapt all paths to thecorrect  NAS  paths. However, I cannot find any imported playlists in Sonos. The NAS folder is displayed and I can scroll through it and play music from there, but this isn’t practicable for me since I have  thouands of songs an audiobooks that are all organized in playlists. Is Sonos still able to import playlists from Apple Musik

Entire Sonos system has disappeared from Roon! Can see the speakers and connect with them via Airplay on Roon but the sound is poor. How do i get the Sonos network back onto Roon?

What’s up … I’m new to the Sonos fam! Trying to figure out the placement of speakers.Era 300’sOn stands behind the couch are a no-go for us. So I’m looking at mounting them on the wall.  Placement AInstalled 2 feet below the ceiling above speaker (tray ceiling height is an additional foot higher). Requires me to angle (not tilt) them 45 degrees to hit center of room.Placement BInstalled 2 feet below the ceiling above speaker (tray ceiling height is an additional foot higher). Speaker would shoot straight out into room towards back of couch. Sub PlacementSubs arrive Wednesday! I bought two of the Sonos 4’s. I was thinking of placing them on each side of the TV table. Hi, please can you look into developing your portable speakers so that they can be paired to the arc soundbar to achieve a surround sound system. Getting power to rear speakers is not possible so a battery powered speaker pair would be a game changer and open so many more options to create a bespoke surround system. Would this not be a simple software patch for the portable speakers? Thanks 

Please can someone help me before I lose my sanity. My son was connected to one of Sonos speakers last night.  He is out of the house currently and I cannot connect to the same speaker. When I go in the Sonos app and go to the speaker, it shows as my son’s spotify connected, but not playing. When I hit play it starts playing his Spotify on the speaker, even though he is listening to Spotify on his own phone outside the house. That pauses his spotify on his phone and starts playing it through the speaker in the house. He can play it from his phone and take it back to his phone, but either way I still cannot connect to the speaker in the house.  How do I kick someone’s connection off?  It’s ridiculously bad design that when someone chooses to play to a specific speaker that it doesn’t take priority over what was last conected! Does it expect me to go through multiple people and ask them if they’re connected to my speaker???? Please anyone if you can help because I’m ready to bin the w

I own a restaurant and use Sonos in tandem with Tidal. For the last 8 months since we’ve been open, the playlists I have built in Tidal have been the only way we have music playing in-house. Out of the blue, when we go to those same playlists, nothing shows up, and the drop down says that “Something went wrong”.I’ve re-authorized tidal in Sonos, along with all the other recos available. Please help.

I’ve noticed today that “My Likes” playlist of Amazon Music (“Mis Favoritas” in my case) is not working anymore if I try to play it from Sonos app. Not a problem in Amazon’s app. Also no problems with different playlists. I’m almost sure that I played it successfully some weeks ago but now, when I press the play button, an spinning circle is shown for a while and then nothing…I’ve checked the web and it’s a similar thread in Amazon forum from the 4th of November, but no solution. The answer from Amazon staff is to follow all the “classics”, that of course I’ve done spending a lot of my Sunday’s time:Make sure you have the latest version of the Sonos app installed ✅ Deauthorize/Unlink Amazon Music from within the Sonos app ✅  Sign out of the Sonos app and then restart your smartphone/tablet as well as your Sonos speakers ✅  Sign back into the Sonos app, and then re-authorize Amazon Music as a linked service in the Sonos app ✅ 

Hello,New here and not exactly an audiophile but have a question about my setup!I have a new house with six passive B+W ceiling speakers in the living room / kitchen (I think potentially overkill with six) and a sonos beam 2 for the TV (and a One if needed). I need to buy an amp for the spakers. I’m unsure about spending the money on a Sonos Amp, but I do like the idea of everything being integrated. Especially if the Amp can use two speakers as the TV surround -that would be a game changer. But if I went down that route, does that completely rule out the other ceiling speakers for music listening (even when I’m not watching TV?) That would be a shame! I’ve seen that I would have to get a second amp for music, which I’m not going to do.I understand that the Amp may only be able to safely power 4 rather than all 6, but 4 would be better than just having 2 for music!Thanks!Tom

Hi Community.May be is a so obvious question but before a purchase, I’d like to be sure if having severals ERA 100 in different rooms, can I reproduce different audio source in every room from different devices? like reproducing audio files from a phone in Room A whilst listening TV in Room B.Also curious to know the reverse option, listening the same audio source in all rooms. Appreciate your help

The Sonos app is so dogs***… why? reasons why my dog can make a better app with his butt: no custom radio  stupid pinned s*** at the top of my app  lost ability to connect to radio stations outside of the Sonos garden Finding my offline music takes like 20 steps  did not even revert the horrible app after community said pls give us back the old app  tunein radio doesn’t work as advertised, lost of help articles are inaccurate because they refer to old app overall, I’m never buying another Sonos product. Is it just me?  I have complained to Sonos several times that the music player app on my Mac does not scroll long titles etc properly. IWhat you expect to happen is the text string scrolling off to the left, so the start of it disappears and the bit you couldn’t see before slides over from the right.What happens is the whole string disappears and the left part of the string slides in from the right until you can see exactly the same bit as you could see before. You never see the right hand end of the string.Every other app in the world scrolls properly, why on earth can’t Sonos sort it out?

I have two white Flexon stands for Play 5s as shown in the photo. We have no room for them now as we have moved into a flat and our Sonos 5s are sitting cosily in a bookcase. I’ve tried eBay (no takers) and Freecycle (no takers), but am reluctant to take them to the tip. If anyone wants them and is willing to pick them up in Guildford, UK I will quite happily let them have them. They are in very good condition. 

I have a music library on a NAS. When I first connected it to my Sonos system I mistakenly selected the group by artist option. Where I have albums which feature tracks by different artists the library lists them all individually rather than as one album. I would like to change the groupings so it is by album.I use the Android app and under Settings - Music Library the only option is rescan library. There is no option to change the ordering. I found a help page which implied there should be an option asking which ordering I want. Where do I find this option?

Hi all,I can't find an answer to this question that will work specially for my desired set-up so hoping for the community's guidance.I've just bought a BenQ TH585P projector and Beam gen 2 on the basis that I believe a matrix switch with ARC functionality can be used to deliver sound from the projector to the soundbar. This specific projector model doesn't have an ARC HDMI port.I've been playing around for ages and simply can't get audio from the soundbar. Please can I have your suggestions?Current set-up that's playing audio through projector's awful speakers:- matrix switch HDMI out 1 to projector - matrix switch HDMI out 2 with ARC toggled on to Beam soundbar- Firestick into matrix switch Seems pretty simple to me that this should work but clearly I'm wrong!Thanks in advance for your help,Jack
