fives not available to add as surroubds for Arc Ultra

I have a new arc ultra.  I am trying to add a pair of Fives as surround speakers but they are not available when I go into the app to add surrounds.  I can see two amps that are on my system as options but the Fives are not there.

The Fives are not stereo paired and I did a factory reset on them to add them back to my system.   I can see them in the list of speakers available to play music on but just not to add.

anyone have any thoughts?

Arc ultra compatible surrou ds can be found here.

I had to swap out my old Arc's Play 1s for newer speakers, my space is limited so I went with 100s but 300s are better as you likely have the space for them.

Can you take a screenshot of the list of your Sonos Rooms?

This would make sense if they were PLAY:5 gen 2s…
