I want to install 4 satellite sonance SGS Speakers and 1 sonance SGS subwoofer. I also want to listen to music via the Sonos amp for this zone. Can I use one Sonos amp or do I need the Sonance amp and also a Sonos port.

I don’t think the Sonos Amp will power the Sub appropriately (or at all, as near as I can tell, it is unpowered), but you’d probably be better off asking Sonance about what Amp can be used.
The Sonos Amp could probably handle the four satellites (as stereo), but it only has a line level output for a powered sub.
Your other option, rather than asking us in the public, would be to call Sonos Support to discuss it.
