apple music does not work

Hello everyone. Apple music does not play. Gives me the song title and the album cover but then says the connection was lost. Does it 3 or 4 times then drops. All the other services (pandora, audacy, iheart) work just fine. Does anybody have the same issue? Thanks.

Could potentially be a DNS issue between your speakers and the Apple server port that is serving the music. I’d be tempted to try a network refresh, to ensure all data is up to date.

Unplug your Sonos devices from power. Reboot your router, and wait two minutes. Then plug back in your Sonos devices to power, wait another two minutes. Open up the Sonos controller, and check for any updates you find, either to the controller, or the speakers. Apply them.

Finally, test.

If this doesn’t fix the issue, I would recommend that you submit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of experiencing this problem, and call Sonos Support to discuss it. Don’t post the resulting diagnostic number here.

There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.

When you speak directly to the Support staff, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.

Well, after i submit a question it started playing in 5 minutes, so i really dont understand what was going on. Maybe this has something to do with my provider, they have some glitches every once in a while. But i didnot do anything on my side, just pushed again and it played.
