How can I get this speaker to work?

 

Is it new to you, or a unit that’s stopped working? 

What have you tried doing?

Play 1, that could be S1 or S2, try both controllers and see if it is found.

If it is new to you then start with a factory reset.

Since it is an older model, and we don’t know the last time it was updated, you can try connecting to your router via Ethernet and try adding to the S1, then S2 controller.  If neither of those work, you may need to call Sonos Support, because it could be so far out of date that the only way to update is to have Support push the update directly to the unit.
