You state : “TV audio will connect to my beam and sub only when i first turn the tv.” Could you elaborate on this? Isn’t it logical the TV audio doesn’t work when the TV is turned off?

The amp is used to drive addition speakers for the Beam.

Do you mean “additional speakers” or “surround speakers”?

Do you have TV Autoplay enabled?

Do you have Ungroup on Autoplay enabled?

Please describe your configuration of the Beam, Sub and Amp.  Which one is connected to the TV via HDMI-ARC?  Are they configured as Beam, Sub and surrounds (Amp) or as two separate Rooms?  Are you grouping the rooms together to achieve “additional speakers”?
