I have 2 Era 300 speakers that keep cutting in and out and just wanted to know if i can use an Aux y spliter to connect to both adapters with out having any problems

Bleh. For the line in, yea, it would probably work, but I’d be more inclined to fix the issue causing the cutouts, since you wouldn’t be getting stereo from any ‘splitter’.
You could Rube Goldberg it with enough cables.
You'd want to feed the 3.5 mm stereo socket on the USB adapters two mono signals, of the right channel for one speaker and the left channel for the other. Gar from an ideal configuration.
As suggested, why not fix the problem so your 300s work properly?
