I Love my Sonos Ace headphones . The sound quality is so good and they are so comfortable to wear .

I use them 3-4 times a week for a year, but have just notice the headphone cushion is lifting on the front.

The ear cushions are fine.

Are Sonos prepared to set and behind their excelllent product and repair or replace!

The ear cushions are attached with magnets and can easily be removed for cleaning or replacement. If a cushion has degraded, they’ll need to be replaced. You should contact SONOS if the unit is within warranty. First, I suggest popping the ear cushion off and checking for foreign objects.

I haven't seen any replacement for the headphone cushion.

Take a photo and call Sonos support, there is little official Sonos presence on these user forums.

If you mean the cushion the goes over your head, I don’t think that can be replaced like the ear cushions. Your best option is to check with Sonos as buzz suggested.

The headband is not replaceable. As was suggested you need to take a picture of the headband and submit to Sonos Sales not Technical Support. However, be prepared to answer questions about use, storage and hair products that may play into the equation.

Usually warranty issues should go to support, returns to sales.

OK…everyone

Should you call Sales or Support for the OP’s issue…

Well (as I knew before) you’ll find that in the US the contact numbers are the same. You just have to explain your reason for calling. Not about to research other regions so l’ll leave that to you “eager beavers” 😂. However, I would suspect the same applies unless there’s some type of regional regulation that dictates otherwise.
