I have a system consisting of an arc, a sub and two era 300 speakers .  One day they just disappeared from the app. It says not connected.  I have two other Sonos systems and they work fine.

Hard to tell with such little information. Generally, it’s an issue with wifi interference , but that isn’t certainly the only possibility.

You might try this: unplug all of the Sonos devices in this system from power. Reboot the router. Wait two minutes for the router to come back up, then power back on the Sonos devices.

If that works, you may want to add reserved IP addresses for the Sonos in your router, check the router’s documentation on how to do so.

If that doesn’t resolve the issue, I’d be tempted to call Sonos Support to discuss it.

When you speak directly to the Support staff, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.

It may be worth double checking, now that they’re seen, for updates. ;)
