Get help and assistance with your Sonos system

My sub mini has a blinking red light and I'm still able to use it as normal without any issues, but its annoying seeing that its blinking red. I pulled the plug out and did the reset method but it doesn't not go in to factory reset, it just reconnect to my sonos beam but still has the blinking red light. 

Has anyone else out there experienced issues with broken/jammed zipper on their Ace headphones case ???My case has the zipper broken and I have repeatedly contacted Sonos who have promised a replacement but are yet to supply. I have written many times and reply is very limited which has been frustrating.Very disappointing from a premium supplierDoes anyone know of a product that you can buy as to replace this case?

I have Ace headphones that I’d like to connect via TV audio swap to my Klipsch RSB-11 soundbar. The TV is an LG 65-inch Im a little confused as to how, if possible, I can connect the headphones to the soundbar 

I’ve posted on here previously about issues I’ve had when accessing Apple Music using my Sonos Connect.Since I last posted things have only got worse with connection being lost, errors relating to file format, tracks cutting out or not even starting.  Restarting my Sonos Connect seemed to help but fairly soon all the problems came back.I recently made the decision to embark on the Qobuz journey and took a 30 day free account option.Over the last week I’ve tested Qobuz stream using my Sonos Connect A LOT!   I haven’t had any problems using Qobuz whatsoever.That’s not quite true as I had one album where tracks were skipped.  I diagnosed this as a rights problem because it was a movie soundtrack - it was Paris, Texas by Ry Cooder.I’ll still keep my Apple Music subscription because I buy CDs - in order to benefit the artists more (I hope) but I’ll keep this in sync with Qobuz using Soundiiz.First time I’ve been happy with my Sonos kit in ages.

Hi, this is Bart from PolandI have the set of speakers mentioned in the titleI would like to have two set ups - one for movies and one for musicNow I have set the pair of SYMFONISK speakers with SUB  as stereo and ARC as another set up for moviesI realized that actually I can play music or movies on both sets at the same time (with not a bad result)I know that the recommended set up in this case would be ARC + SUB + SYMF (as surround in the back)However my concern is that if I will use this set up, the “stereo experience” will be poor with ARC as the main front speaker and SYMF moved to the back. Or if not poor then at least worse than in case the two SYMF are the main stereo speakers in the frontDid anybody compared both set ups and have some experience or thoughts on this? 

My Sonos One SL and Sonos Beam have recently been unable to Airplay Youtube videos. They still work well with Youtube Music and Spotify and other apps with Airplay. The Youtube videos just turn black with a message “Something went wrong, tap to try again”. These speakers have not had any issues in the past few years. They are all connected to the same Wifi network and have the most updated system software. Is there a fix for this?

Hi, anyone knows the value of this 2 diodes next R1260 and C39. The amp is dead and found IC U28881 was blown. Replaced it  but now the red light is blinking and I believe it’s an indicator for protection. It’s missing 5V switching supply to the IC next to it. Hopefully someone with similar problem can assist me solve this. Thank you in advance. 

I have a country home, where I travel to every month. I recently bought a Move 2 and want to switch the wifi networks between those 2 places continously without forgetting / having to reconfigure the other. Is that possible?

Hello Sonos Team,First of all, thank you for continuously improving the Sonos experience with the S2 app. I really appreciate the smoother interface and the new features it brings.However, I noticed that one important feature from the S1 app is no longer available in S2: the ability to play music stored locally on my phone. In S1, I used this frequently to play tracks directly from my device, but in S2 this option has been removed.I’m not sure why this feature was discontinued, but it was very useful in situations where streaming services are not available, or when I simply want to play my own music library without relying on the internet.Could Sonos please consider bringing this feature back to the S2 app in a future update? I believe many users like me would greatly appreciate having local playback as an option again.Thank you for your time and for listening to community feedback.Best regards,

Hi, wondering if anyone can help. I have a beam and 2 x One SLs set up as surround sounds. One of the SLs appeared to not be on the app so I reset, re-added to my systems as a separate room but it removed my beam from the app.  I reset all of them and found that whenever I now add SLs to the network they wipe my beam from the app. But the beam is still viewable and useable in Spotify. All speakers are up to date.  it anyone has any ideas it’ll be appreciated.thanks 

Hi everyone,I’m running into a strange issue with the Sonos Controller app. When I make changes (like adding songs to a queue, adjusting volume, or grouping rooms) on my phone, the updates don’t always sync to the Controller app on my tablet or desktop. Sometimes it takes a long time to refresh, and other times it doesn’t sync at all unless I force close the app and restart it. I’ve already tried reinstalling the app on both devices, checked that everything is on the same Wi-Fi network, and confirmed both controllers are running the latest version. Still, the problem keeps happening. Has anyone else experienced this syncing issue between different controllers? Is there a setting I might be overlooking, or could this be related to my router/network setup? Please assist as I am not a technical person. Thanks in advance for any guidance!

After again losing the ability to use my play 3 on my sonos network i did the usual; power reset router, power reset play 3 then a factory reset of play 3.  this has notmally worked, sadly not this time, the SONOS app (Iphone) will not connect despite the Play 3 having a green flasing light (it is connected to my router).  Can someone please help?

Hello, is there a way at Sonos to connect 3 or 4 devices (arc ultra, sub 3gen, 2x era 300) simultaneously to a source (TV / Video projector) that will emit sound via Bluetooth? The idea is to be able to use my Sonos sound system as a "home cinema" with a source that emits via Bluetooth. Thank you for your answers and feedback. Arnaud

Hello,  I have recently purchased a new LG G5 OLED tv and a new Sonos Arc Ultra and Sub 4 (+ 2 ERA 100s, not hooked into home theater, they are set up in a different room). I am experiencing audio skipping that is quite frequent and very frustrating. Sometimes it happens every few minutes sometimes 2-3 times night. It tends to be more frequent than not. It happens with anything I stream from my tv, does not happen if I have my xbox hooked up or stream music from my phone. Here is my set up. LG OLED G5 (2025 model), hooked up with Sonos Arc ultra and Sub 4. This problem has occurred when connecting to my tv both through bluetooth and hdmi arc. This issue has happened since day 1 out of the box.  To mention this issue did not happen with my new tv and old samsung sound bar, it only started happening with the new Sonos set up. I love the sound from the sound bar and sub, but the skipping is driving me crazy. This is unacceptable for a $2k sound set up. I will return if issue is not resolv

I just reasonly got a second Play:1 and was excited to try them in stereo. However I noticed that they occasionaly fall very slightly out of sync, like lower than 1 ms latency between the pair, but I could very clearly hear the phantom center switching between left and right. Sometimes when the latency is high enough there is no phantom center anymore, making the music sound weird. Is there a way to fix this? I’ve tried resetting the pair, or ungroupping multiple times, but it seems that every time I group them the slave channel is always very slightly (~0.2 ms?) faster than the master, it switches between the two between songs though.

How to set up my boost and play base to work with the s1 controller?

I have a port hooked up to a vintage music centre via analogue (obvs). All has been well but recently the port has started making a weird noise. It’s hard to describe, a digital noise that isn’t particularly loud but is noticeable. It almost sounds like something from an old space invaders game. It occurs every 56 seconds and regardless of whether music is playing. If I reboot the Port it will go away but returns after some time, don’t know exactly when.  I’m presuming the Port is faulty but wondered if this was a known issue. Has anyone experienced anything like this? 

Would love the ability to play my sources with zero coloration from the Sonos DSP - Current setup is Stream Apple Music through Sonos App Stream FLACs from Windows Share via Plex or Sonos Music Library Have turntable connected to Line-in on Sonos 5 stereo pair Have CD player connected to other line-in on the Sonos 5 pair My understanding is no matter what I do, Sonos DSP will add some ‘colorization’ and I am not getting the cleanest truest sound from the audio sources Is the any activity to allow for users to defeat the DSP built in?  If not, is there a technical reason as to why not, or is it more “Sonos is designed to be really plug & play and Trueplay is good enough for 99% of users’ Would also be nice to have control over more than just bass/treble - any plans to add an in app EQ?  I know with KEF LS line of powered speakers no such DSP is mandated so it’s def possible 

Hi can anyone help me pleaseI am a Mac user I have never had a problem with my meta data before until the wonderful app changeoverI have upgraded my whole system to be gen 2 when my Sonos is playing the ID tags and artwork is not coming up properly now but some of it is and all I have done is changed from GEN one to GEN two When I look up in iTunes they are tagged and artwork is there so why when converting it to Sonos does this all change and go wrong?If someone can explain this step-by-step would be wonderful    

Starting to lose my patience with this now. I’ve had numerous phone calls and chats, read up on the site forums. Is it just me or does sonos and BT not work? I’ve tried disabling all security on all devices 🙄 Any help before I stick this lot on ebay and buy something that actually works? Is it me or the product? 😔 

Hi! I have old Sonos connect on a NAD amp. I would like to connect Sonos in-wall speakers. As they are passive it should work properly.Have you tested this configuration? Do you confirm ? My plan is to be ready to change the Connect to a future Port and Sonos Amp later. Thanks for the help ; )

Hi!I’m brand new to Sonos, I only have the mobile app. Stumbled upon this platform listening to a great music mix called “mellow morning” in my local cafe so I downloaded it.I have been seeking education on home and portable speaker products for a couple of weeks and I see that Sonos is more than a radio or streaming service.  Can anyone recommend the Sonos speaker products that would fit our goals?-purely for enjoying music (not games or movies )-Portable, can take from room to room, ideally two.-Good quality sound that will fill the room or the back yard.-Ideally plug in AND cordless or capable of usage with regular batteries or a pre-use wall charge-wifi and bluetooth compatible-will take commands from my phone app-adjustable bass and treble -has hooks or simple attachment thingies if I want to hang it in our spaces-compatible with more than Sonos music platform, will play Spotify and Soundcloud, too.-lower to medium range of price structure  Thanks!    

I have an Audio-Technica At-LP60X-GM turntable connected to a Move 2 via a line-in adapter. My system includes an Arc, Sub, 2 Ones, and a Move 2. Are there any reasonably priced solutions to listen through my Sony WH-1000XM3 headphones? 

Has anyone else experienced this issue?  Many music files which I have played successfully over several years have now mysteriously vanished.  Two albums which I played only yesterday have now disappeared.  I bought into Sonos a long time ago so use the Sonos1 app on both my Mac and iPhone and despite refreshing / indexing the library they have (along with numerous other albums) completely gone.  They are still there in my iTunes library on my Mac but Sonos has stopped “seeing” them.  Any ideas?  Thanks.
