Hi, Today Sonos windows controller indicated that an update was available. I tried to run it, but Smart App Control intercepted and blocked the update from completing. Message was that the publisher could not be verified. Help please.

Before following your suggestions, i tried the update again and this time it worked!

Temporarily turn off Smart App Control, run the update, then turn it back on. You might report the issue to the folks who run Smart App Control, it sounds like they may need to update their ‘whitelist’.
