Hi, Is anyone else experiencing problems with PocketCasts this morning. It’s no longer browsing to the Podcasts linked to my account. Sonos Service status is showing that it should be working?

Hi,really annoying problem and I hope someone can help out… thanks in advance…I play music via an Alexa routine in my kitchen Play5 each morning some mornings I commute to London and want to listen to a podcast When I open my Spotify app (on the train) I see “kitchen” as the device and the current music playing there i want to leave that music playing but listen to a podcast on my phone how do I do that? if I select phone as the device then the music stops playing in the kitchen and plays on the phone. So my wife at home suddenly stops listening to music if I switch to the podcast first then that comes through the kitchen and when I switch devices to my phone I am fine but, again, no music in the kitchen i have a Spotify family account and Spotify on Sonos is using a different account to the one on my phone i never control Sonos from the Spotify app so happy to completely disco

I often get my Apple Music App stop for no reason at every 7 or 8 songs BUT, it only does it only on my iPad and not on my iPhone. Both are on the same wifi, high speed optic fibre with Sonos Boost. Here is the diagnostic reference. 1876886745 

Hi,When I start streaming music from Spotify and the speakers are idle, the speakers are always muted. The volume is the same as previous time, but muted.Then I have to open the app to unmute the speakers.Is there a solution?Thanks

Hi, I have just installed Sonos five through wifi and other music services seem to work, but I cannot add Spotify. I can’t even find the service in the sonos app. How come? Spotify is available in Finland.I find my Sonos in the spotify app but I cannot connect to it. Please help! :) 

Hi,I am trying to add a music library from a USB hard drive connected to my Router but have had no success. I would like to play music from my library without leaving my PC on all of the time.I have a TP Link AX55 Router. My PC is running Windows 10 Pro. My Sonos system is running the S2 app. I have mapped the hard drive as a network drive and it shows in Windows Explorer as G (\\TPShared) (G:). I am able to browse the drive and copy files in and out through Windows Explorer.I have searched through previous posts but still don’t know if it can be done or not. Am I correct in assuming that because I am using the S2 app, it uses SMB v2 which Sonos doesn’t support yet?Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thanks

A continuation of this thread. Now, even when I manually update, it won’t play music. The controller shows all albums and songs, and also album art - so clearly it’s pushing/pulling info to and from wherever. But it tells me it’s “Unable to connect” to the server address.Every device on the network - Windows and Android - can connect to the device where the Library is stored. Sonos says it is able to add the Library at that address (and again, it sees songs and artwork).I’m so, so tired.

TuneIn is no longer available on Sonos.  Only Sonos Radio and Spotify.  No longer can I use my Sonos to listen to my favorite local and regional radio stations.  It’s a good thing I still have my Bose Radio.  And my Sonos will end up on the closet shelf, unused.  Maybe I can sell it on ebay.

I have been using Sirius on my Sonos for almost 2 years. I recently moved and went back in to connect and I get the message “Account not found” when I try to login to the app on Sonos. I can login with internet and both vehicles are fine.

Today my S1 system said it could not access the library which is on my ASUS NAS. Support documents said to remove the library and re add. I removed the library but now cannot add it again. I’ve tried from my windows pc and also from my ipad. I get errors about serverstack which surely cannot be correct using an ipad.When trying to add the library sonos will drill down to the folder without problem so there is a connection to the nas.I should add my nas did an ADM update in the last day or twoThank you

Hi, I need some help on this one. I can’t connect to Apple Music with my sonos system anymore. I am basically asked to reauthorize again and again Apple Music for Sonos, but never worked. No possibility to play any title and no access to my library. Checking Apple music third-party app with authorization, Sonos S2 does not appear. I do the basic process as usual when adding a music service. This worked before. Don’t know where the issue comes from. Any idea ? Note: My apple music is a student one. Are you aware about any compatibility restriction with sonos ?

Sonos Roam drops out after 15 mins every time I connect to BBC Sounds via wifi. No problem with connecting to Spotify 

I bought a new IMac running Monterey and transferred my music library between the  networked machines via the migration assistant i then exported all of my playlists from my old iMac to my new one via the ITunes export and import function  On my Sonos I then added my new music location, indexed and can see my complete library in Sonos, however, it did not bring in imported playlists, which now shows ‘no selections are available’. I have followed all of the related topic in the Sonos community, but so far nothing changes.I have created new playlists, new smart playlists and reindexed, but nothing comes across in Sonos. So frustrating

Evening folks …. this really is Sonos development week for me. Thanks to all those helping me sort nearly half a dozen issues this week. And some days to go yet 😀Just firing up my Roam to check all well for a trip next week. Playback of music sources all seem fine (Amazon / Tidal) and also Audible. But TuneIn only allows selected channels to play best I can see.BBC World is fine, Kerrang is fine. But BBC Radio 4 or Radio Shropshire for example, shows the channel graphic but zero audio output?Checked it’s up to date but otherwise I’m at a bit of a loss as to why. Not a frequent radio users and indeed only added the TuneIn service to the app yesterday.Grateful for any direction why mainstream channels so not appear to be working.Plan was to take this for a lengthy trip and run it off mobile. I was only testing Norton VPN to see if that was working ok and then found this one.EDIT: Just continuing to look at this and it turns out it’s not

Hi I have 2 NAS drives at home and have connected them to the Sonos. I can see the folders, tracks etc however they will not play through the Sonos app (These are MP3 format). Has anyone come across this and is there a fix?

Hello,When using my spotify on Sonos, my music keeps skipping tracks or stopping completely. The strange thing is, if my wife plays the same spotify account on Sonos from her phone, no issue. Only when i press “play” on my phone does the issue occur. If i use “Sonos radio” from my phone, no issue. We have two spotify accounts connected and I have tried toggling between both from my sonos app on my phone without luck.Given the information above, i would think to rule out internet speed/connectivity (since everything works fine on her phone) and also any spotify account issues (since these also work fine from her phone).  Thoughts?

SiriusXM alarms quit working today. When I try to start a channel none are listed and it shows unable to browse music. Also my SiriusXM account is greyed out when I look at the. diagnostic 1131391212

Hey, what is the secret to streaming podcasts on a Sonos speaker.  I have added Spotify already and I’m able to play music just fine because songs and/or artists come up in the Sonos app search on the , no problem.  However, if I wanna stream a podcast on my Sonos and do a search in the "podcasts & shows" on my Sonos app none of the podcasts in my Spotify library come up.  What is the secret here?  I used to listen to podcasts on Sonos all of the time. Please advise! 

I have audio recordings of children’s books I’ve made for my kids. I have it set up so I can stream them from my Drobo 5N2 media server. This works well for things like Plex on my smart TV, but I am having issues with streaming audio to Sonos. It works well most of the time, but then will suddenly skip the current track and start playing the next one. I have confirmed that it is inconsistent whether a given track is skipped, and there doesn’t seem to be anything wrong with the media files.Here is my diagnostic number: 783586731. The Play:1 device is called “Playroom” that has been skipping the tracks.Thank you.

Hi, sorry for the noob question... totally new to Sonos (yesterday) and trying to get everything sorted in the app.I have a lot of tracks in playlists in my YT library that I now want to stream on Sonos. I've set up all my other streaming services successfully...but not YT.I've linked and authorized through Sonos app and YT, but when I access YT in the Sonos app I get the message 'Unable to browse music'.I've deleted and started again...no difference.I've re-authorized...no difference.Any suggestions for a fix before I ditch the Sonos app (on day 2 😂!) and buy a Bluetooth receiver.Many thanksRob​​  

Morning all,Been meaning to install a new Play 5 for some time and at last got round to it last night. Working nicely but cannot see InTune radio options on the Android S2 app. I can see it on the laptop on Windows.Reason to upgrade the old Play 5 for a new one was to get the last couple of devices off S1 and it’s mainly a radio access device.I can see Sonos Radio but it’s not so easy see where to access things like BBC Radio 4 ….  a lot of more abstract BBC channels and indeed some it’s very useful to have …. e.g CNN radio.But is InTune or more normal / localised means of accessing UK based radio channels still on the app? Most likely I’m missing something hugely obvious but it’s not jumping out at me. I don’t tend to use radio so much but the wife does being the more educated one. Appreciate any direction on this. Many thanksApp screenshot

HelloI have an issue with Spotify service on Sonos. When i listen to a playlist and then like the song that is playing i go to the queue and select repeat 1 to just play this song for the next couple of times.after doing so, Sonos plays the song once completly and when the song is played the second time it gets restarted after about 15 seconds over and over again.i know there are a couple of threads about this issue and one of them is about one year old and is answered with „known issue, spotify and sonos are working on it“. after having this problem since about 5 years i thought i will ask if there is any solution on the way?EDIT: Diagnostics number 1469809923thank you in advance.willey

Regarding Radio Paradise streaming problems (music tracks repeating constantly), is anyone at Amazon or Sonos addressing this issue?? Anyone at Amazon or Sonos interested?
