Hi, I have reset my Android phone (Samsung S10+ with Android 12) and now Play store tells me my phone is not compatible with the S1 app. Yet it was working fine before I reset my phone.

App store allows me to download S2 without problems but tells me my network needs S1 (as expected). It then takes me to Play store where it tells me about the app issues.

If I search Play store directly, only S2 shows.

Any thoughts

The only difference now is that I have Google family link running so my daughter can have the phone. Remember the S2 app can be found and downloaded without issues.

Woke up this morning and when i tried to search for the S1 app in  the Play Store (to take screen shots)  it was there, and installed no issues.
I guess there was an Android update that needed to happen overnight.
Before sending my message in here, i thought all updates were complete, guess not ;-)

It should work according to https://support.sonos.com/pl-pl/article/sonos-app-requirements - Android 8 is minimum for S1. Can you post a screen shot from the notification the Play store gives you?
