Verifying my email

Hi, I’m new to Sonos and have just bought my first product, a Sonos Arc. It seems that, in order to use it, I have to connect via your app. I have downloaded this and tried to set it up/register an account. I can see and log in to my new account online but the app is stuck on the ‘verify email address’ screen so I can’t use the app until I verify my email. I haven’t received your email with a link to verify my email!

I would recommend that you call Sonos Support directly to discuss it. This is a user community, with only a few Sonos moderators who monitor here. While they can sometimes offer support, calling in will be most likely a faster way to resolve your issue.

No, it isn’t in my spam folder and I have tried ‘send again’.
