Hi, I’m new to Sonos and have just bought my first product, a Sonos Arc. It seems that, in order to use it, I have to connect via your app. I have downloaded this and tried to set it up/register an account. I can see and log in to my new account online but the app is stuck on the ‘verify email address’ screen so I can’t use the app until I verify my email. I haven’t received your email with a link to verify my email!
