Tidal not authorizing on just one speaker

I have multiple Sonos products and have recently moved back from the US to UK. I have been using the Sonos One’s without problem with my Tidal subscription. I have just connected the Sonos Play 5 Gen 2. When pairing the Play 5 with a Sonos One that is already playing Tidal there is no issue. However when I try to select songs from tidal on just the Play 5 speaker I get the message “You have no active subscriptions” and to go to My.Tidal.COM to manage my account.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Try removing and re-adding TIDAL as a music service in the Sonos app. Also try unplugging the Play:5 from power for a couple of minutes and reboot your router and phone.

Sounds like a data sync issue between your speakers, which I have never heard of before.
