I have heard that sonos cannot handle 24bits stream music. Since tidal and deezer stream 24 bits music i think that is the reason why sonos always unsync problems and lags if not all ethernet wired.

I also read that Qobuz is the first music streaming service that is able to play 24-bit high-resolution audio on Sonos speakers.

See the link: https://www.gearpatrol.com/tech/audio/a35924794/how-to-stream-high-resolution-audio-sonos-speakers/

...But Qobuz is not available in my country Canada.

Any update on this issue, if one day i will be able to play loseless 24 bits music and peacefully enjoy my sonos devices?

You can play 24-bit, lossless music from Amazon Music Unlimited on Sonos, and it’s available in Canada.

And I have never experienced lags or sync problems with Sonos.  Any lags are the buffering necessary to sync speakers, and are not an issue when speakers are used for their intended purpose.  Whether speakers are connected by wireless or Ethernet has zero impact on this.

@John B

Hello John, i spent more than one entire year to try to solve the problem without results.

You can see the historic topic about my issue.

@Ken_Griffiths helped me, with change of ip address, 2.4 ghz and 5 ghz switch, change of LAN system. Nothing works. The only quality service that works is Spotify but as soon as I change to a quality service such as Tidal, Deezer or Amazon Ultra Hd the problem comes back immediately.

As I said in my old post the only way to remedy the situation is to connect all my devices with ethernet cables but this has become extremely difficult since my devices are installed in my corners of the walls on the ceiling, etc. I would have to run my ethernet wires in my attic and that would be too complicated.This cannot be a viable long-term solution since during the summer I like to bring my sound equipment around my pool and I don't see how I could manage to connect everything to the ethernet wires there.

I am now thinking of calling a technician to come physicaly at my home that I should pay my costs since the sonos phone support service (with tier 2 support) does not give results after several days and because sonos does not offer support or a representative who can come to your home in special cases like mine. Maybe it is a breakage of one of my sonos devices?

I will soon share a video with you about my problem and so you will be able to see the extent of the problem by yourself as if you were there.
