Controllers and Music services

My Sonos Beam and Sonos One are setup with alarms to play different radio stations (both from TuneIn radio, both at 7am, Kiss FM and BBC Radio 1) however they sometimes both end up playing Kiss FM.When I go into the Sonos app on my PC it shows that they are playing the correct stations but they arent! (Kiss FM has a distinctive self-advertising jingle so I know its playing Kiss FM and not BBC 1)This happens fairly often, today being one of those occasions. So, I have an Arc, Sub Mini (and two Era 200s). I can't get the Sonos app to show the Atmos indicator from the Sonos app. I'm playing tracks that already to be Atmos from Amazon Music or Tidal.I reduced the surrounds to just leave the Arc and Sub Mini and it's the same.Do I need to remove the Sub as well? 

Is anyone else opening the Sonos app and it says Sonos like normal than just goes to a black screen

My IKEA SYMFONISK Bookshelf can find my router, but it cannot connect to the music files inside. I updated to the latest version of Sonos S2 Desktop App (v15.5) and is using a Mac. I’ve tried to connect to three different routers and it just doesn’t connect about every week or so. Is there anyone else who is experiencing this or is this just me?

I am getting versions of the error below constantly with Relisten.  I have tried different songs and get the error over and over again until, suddenly they just work.  I do not have similar issues with other services and there seems to be little rhyme or reason to when it works (20% of the time maybe) or when it does not work (80%).  

The newest Sonos app and iOS release removed the ability to control volume, pause/play, and track skip via the iPhone buttons and Lock Screen. So be it. On the iWatch, the apps don’t close and I keep my watch unlocked when it’s on my wrist, so I have most functionality available when I’m using Spotify, Apple Music, etc. When will Sonos develop an app for the iWatch that provides similar functionality when it’s open and active?

Hi!Today searching for new music services in the Sonos app, I've seen 2 TuneIn services. One called TuneIn and the other TuneIn (new). Do you know which is the difference between them? I had installed the old one and continue working. 

all of a sudden i can no longer control the volume on my Sonos 1 speakers from the app on my phone. can someone help?

Listening to BBC Sounds on Sonos One SL, using Android App. The BBC Sounds website allows you to scroll through any station schedule to play past programmes. Is there a similar facility with the BBC sounds on the Sonos App? Moderator edit: removed ALL CAPS

I’ve been having an ongoing issues with Sirius XM dropping out on my Sonos system. I see from the forums that it has come up a number of times and the chosen answer always seems to be that it’s a problem with your WIFI. I disagree!Today, I am unable to play a Sirius XM channel for more than a couple of minutes before it stops. I have been successfully playing Spotify on my Sonos system (10+) speakers since years.Suddenly over the last days Spotify is not a service on Sonos anymore and it also does not appear as one of the many services, that one can add in Sonos.This is the same for all the devices that we use to control Sonos and Spotify, i.e. Android and Apple.I can still play other services (Tuneln, Sonos Radio) on Sonos and I can also play music from Spotify on each of my mobile devices. But I cannot send Spotify output to Sonos system.Has Spotify or Sonos discontinued the integration?Does anyone else have same experience

played music yesterday - Spotify service on Sonos - now Spotify is no longer in my music service list and not selectable….! I’ve lost Spotify!!! Anyone else? Surely not just me

Hi, I’ve just updated my Sonos speaker and I can no longer search for Spotify - is there an issue with Sonos?  Or Spotify? Thanks on advance

The Spotify service is no longer available in my Sonos system and I’m unable to re-add it?  Anybody else having any issues?

Though Sonos status indicates that Spotify is functioning normally, I still cannot connect to Spotify…Does anyone else have this situation?

I want to add Spotify to my Sonos music services and for some reason it is not showing up. Also, when i use the Spotify app and choose the sonos device to play music it does not play through Sonos Move speaker but keeps playing on the phone itself. I can play on the other Sonos devices I have. I have updated the country in the app, this doesn’t seem to work either. Totally confused!

My Sirius is not playing on Sonos.Amazon Music and Tune In Radio stations are playing fine.Saved Sirius stations sping and return, “Unable to play the Radio station.”If I go to Browse=>SiriusXM=>Live and Extra Channels, it spins for a moment and returns “Unable to browse music”.This is happening on PC, Android, and iPad controllers.I first noticed it this afternoon; Sirius had been playing fine all weekend.https://status.sonos.com/ does not indicate any problems. I have gone to Settings=>Services & Voice=>SiriusXM=>Reauthorize Account and confirmed I’m signed in.

Sonos suddenly stopped working, and when trying to re connect, an error 500 occurs saying that we can’t configure your Spotify account at the moment.What to do?And no “restart router” answers, please.

Previously, we had our album artwork showing correctly on our PC Controllers and o our phones (iPhone and Samsung Galaxy) My partner has poor eyesight, so relies on the artwork to identify the album he wants to play. Now, the artwork isn’t showing on either phone, but it is there in both PC’s Controllers?We have done a Music Library update on both controllers, but the problem is still there.Can you help please?(As we have an older Sonos 5, we are still on Sonos S1 system)

I switched from a Sonos S1 networked system using NAS drive to just using the music off my computer.  Upon doing this and updating my system software - the 2 CR200’s no longer work.  I read some previous posts that the using a networked system - the CR200’s will still work.  Do I have to switch back to my NAS drive or is my CR200’s finally dead?  Thanks Brian

Hello,I have iTunes 12.12 on a Windows 11 PC.  I have lots of iTunes Playlists, but I do not know where on the PC they are stored.My iTunes Media Folder is set to D:/iTunesLibrary.I have set the Sonos app to look for my Music Library in D:/iTunesLibrary and also a folder called D:/iTunes.  I have imported the PC’s music library numerous times into Sonos, and the mp3 files appear, but the playlists do not appear in the “Imported Playlists” area.I have previously imported the folder C:Users/Username/Music into Sonos, and that has not caused the playlists to appear.  Evidently the playlists are in none of these three folders (??).Can anyone suggest1- How can I ask my Windows PC “In which folder on this PC are the iTunes playlists located?”or2- Any suggestions for how to make the playlists appear in the Sonos “Imported Playlists” tab?

When  I hit ther green dots to the right of My Stations, the only thing it offers me is “Remove from My Sonos.” I want to add stations. Any suggestions on how to fix this problem? Thanks.

Hi, I have my Sonos App language set as English / UK, my Spotify App is set to English / UK, my Samsung mobile is English / UK.When i access Spotify App native, it is correct and text / titles are in English.When I access the Spotify service from my Sonos App (embedded), it shows up with German or French headings.  If i then click the ‘pop-out’ icon to jump out the Sonos App to Spotify (native), the language headings are all English as I’d expect.  But close it down and drop back to the Sonos App view of Spotify and its German / French!?I have checked every language option on Sonos App, Spotify and Android and even confirmed on a web browser log-in and its all flagged correctly for me, as English - open Sonos App and its incorrect.Can anyone help here, user error or issue on the Sonos side?Thanks in advance
