sonos only plays one song at a time

Hi. Been using Alexa to “play music” on Sonos beam (connected to two Ones and a sub)

 

using my Apple Music subscription  

 

worked fine for years but now no matter what I ask it only ever plays one song and stops  

tried asking Alexa to play Amazon music  same issue I’ve disconnected all apps  rebooted  signed in and out etc  but nothing works 

one song is all I get  Very annoying and the dog doesn’t get his chill music playlist while we are out  

 

any ideas?

I’m not sure myself what’s causing playback to stop after one track, however you’ve done most of the troubleshooting steps I would recommend, so I would suggest you reach out to our support team for further assistance. They have the tools necessary to troubleshoot your Sonos system and resolve this issue with you.
