 I continue to get this error on Apple Music and YouTube Music. it happens on single speakers, paired speakers and multi speaker TV setups. it happens on all 15 of my speakers. it is ongoing for a couple months with no fix happening.  Please do not close topics because you can’t fix a problem.

How do I sync my sonos computer playlist to my sonos iphone playlist?

I rarely move the volume control out of the leftmost third of its range, often struggle to get a volume level that suits.There’s space to make the volume control slider much bigger. This would allow much finer-grained control of the selected volume.You might consider making it less linear as well - a large movement at low volume changing the volume more than the same movement at high volume.Thanks!

I have updated my country address to the UK. I’ve closed the app logged out and back in and still don’t see it as a service. Can anyone help please?

I’ve had Sonos for quite a while and I just added the Tidal 30 day trial in hopes of getting better quality audio.  I ca see the songs and playlist in Sonos but when I try to play them I get this error message:  “An error occurred while adding tracks to the Queue (701)“

Does anybody know whether there is a way to truncate the folder path displayed in the Music Folder section when you browse using the S2 app on a phone? The full path from my NAS drive is sometimes displayed in capitals, and that restricts how much of the path is visible on my phone. It’s not much better if the path is displayed in lower case (the display seems to be completely random even if I type it in lower case). Hopefully this gives some idea of the problem:  

Apparently I have a branded YouTube account and another with same sign in. With the branded account it does not show any library but the second does. Any ideas?Thanks

Hi, I am actively engaged with sonos support, but figured I’d ask around to see if anyone else is experiencing this too.I have a large system, which includes Play1’s, Play3’s, a Play5, a Beam, some One SL’s, and a Move. I also run two Boosts.Everything has been S2 for some time now and worked great. Last week I started seeing some of the play1’s say incompatible. I spent a couple hours on the phone with sonos support earlier in the week and resolved by factory resetting all of them. Worked a few days, then started again today, same problems.Worked with support and we managed to get them all working again, this time without factory resets, and the stereo paring went through a few hiccups but ultimately worked. I run Unifi gear and am well aware of what that involves and means and my configuration is highly tuned to be Sonos friendly, STP on the switches, nothing wired in except the boosts, etc. Lots of advanced settings on the AP’s to make sure ever

Frequently (about once a day) when using the Sonos controller on an Ipad to search for music, I get the "no services set up on your sonos system" error message, even though I have multiple services and a music library set up.  The only way I know to fix it is to reset, close, and reopen the app.  (This usually works pretty quickly, but can lead to a cascade of problems if Sonos decides to be glitchy about re-connecting to my system.)  Why does this keep happening and how can I make it stop?  And, yes, my Sonos controller is up-to-date.

Everyone is so wrong with my Sonos right now I don’t even know where to begin. It can’t access my music library, it can’t play my playlists, it can’t play from Spotify.  This all just suddenly happened. I’ve been a longtime Sonos user, but I am increasingly frustrated with how unstable the system is.  One would think the software would get better over time but it keeps getting worse.  Reminds me of my old Squeezebox system.

I was getting this error from time to time, but now I'm getting it on 3/4 of songs... Seems random, as sometimes a song that was working fine would refuse to play and start showing this error (or vice versa). My music source is YouTube Music. I've tried rebooting the speaker, reinstalling te app, rebooting the Wi-Fi router, etc. Also tried using an ethernet cable instead of Wi-Fi. Hola buenas. Por un lado querría preguntarles, si puedo escuchar la música que tengo en un pendrive, a través del ordenador, en mi sistema sonos. Y Por otro lado tengo un Play.1 y un Connect, y los estoy utilizando cada uno, con una distinta aplicación. I know there are a few forum posts around for this topic but none of the remedies provided work.I have YouTube Premium and connected to my Sonos app. Some songs get access denied or account being used in another location but the next song from the same album plays fine. I can play the same song via YouTube Music app fine without any issues.What i’ve done:Re-authorized YouTube Music Removed YouTube Music Logged off from Sonos and YouTube music Restarted my phone Restarted my Sonos system Restarted my modem/router Used both Android and Apple devices Removed all devices linked to Sonos and re-authorized on one deviceI’ve even put up a YouTube recording of it working in the YouTube music app but not in the Sonos AppI’ve spent a lot of money getting my Sonos system but the Sonos app ruins the experience. How do I equalize volume for all songs on Spotify playlists playing through Sonos from the IOS app?All the playlists are set to equalize volume on Spotify and perform fine on Spotify, but not when streamed through Sonos to my speakers. Having to change the volume up & down for every song is annoying!

I have two amps each wired to a pair of speakers in different parts of the house.Each time someone tries to stream music to one amp (spotify) I am booted off the second amp to which I am streaming to from a different phone. i.e. same wifi network same streaming service, two different phones and amps can be grouped but not play different music independently. Is there a solution?

I have several Spotify playlists which stream without issue to my speakers, however, Spotify playlists created from files on my computer/phone cannot be played to Sonos speakers…I noticed the below when trying via the Sonos app: 

When I listen to the radio, using TuneIn, if I turn off one room using the S2 app, all rooms become silent for a short time, and the remaining rooms relaunch TuneIn (the audio jingle sounds).I would like that when I turn off one room, the other rooms continue to stream the radio as if nothing happens. 

I have had sonos for some time. Update issues required me to delete and reinstall latest version 15.5Music library on Synology.Just imported some new music with multiple discs per folder/album. These are displayed properly in itunes. Sonos has the songs in the wrong order. 1,1,1 (from disc 1,2,3) then 2,2,2 etc.I have other multi disc albums from prior imports that are displayed correctly. In addition, the metadata for the new incorrectly displayed albums looks the same as the previously imported multi disc albums.Thanks for any help.

I have an issue where Spotify is playing on an Amazon Echo in the bedroom but Spotify will all of a sudden change the speaker to be our newly installed Era 100 group (kitchen and dining room group). This is happens when no one is interacting with either Spotify, the echo or Sonos, either physically or via apps. I then have to open the Spotify app and re-choose the Echo device as the speaker. It can easily happen every 20mins or so when playing a playlist. This has only started since the addition of the two Era 100’s to our setup. 

I’m running S2, and can’t for the life of me figure out how to play anything from NTS besides the default channels, which are the 2 live channels and 10 or so pre-selected. Is there any way to play selected shows? Even when I run a normal search it will compile results from everything other service - i.e. Spotify, Soundcloud, etc - but none from NTS.Honestly, playing to my Sonos directly from NTS would be even better, just like Spotify, as really can’t stand the Sonos app interface.

Hi thereI've got quite a specific problem on my Sonos One (with Alexa built in). This is linked to my Spotify account so I can play music happily from the Spotify or Sonos apps.But when I try to play music on the Sonos One by asking Alexa to play a specific song, it always chooses instead to play the "radio" for that song, ie related songs to it, which may or may not include the actual track.I'm aware this is massively a first world problem, but hey that's what this forum is all about right? ;) Anyone have any advice? Thanks, Tim

Can I change radio stations on Sonos Move without using the app?

Tengo 2 cuentas en SONOS, desde un dispositivo asociado a una cuenta si aparece y puedo seleccionarlo, pero desde otro dispositivo asociado a otra cuenta no se muestra.

Is there a way to get the Sonos app to do volume leveling with my music library. Right now I have to constantly adjust the volume on different songs.
