Hello peopleOn Sonos it has my cloud home in the top right hand corner spyglass how can I use this especially as I have a Western Digital my iCloud which I already use for Sonos for local hard driveSo therefore, I would like to use this to set up playlists in my cloud home and access them, but I don't know how to get into it to perform this taskThank you, Mark  

Hello can I ask has Sonos changed their parameters in the ways of storing filesI have a I have a Western Digital my iCloud at home with all my MP3s on and I drop in an XML file into the list to create and receive my playlists on the hard drive😭 🫣I've been changing my files out and re-doing them I've deleted my playlists and I have tried to reinstall the XML file and it is not allowing me to add my playlist🤬🤬🤬🤯🤯Now these are large files talking of 9000 odd songs 60 playlists how is the easiest way to sort this out please🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻This is how I've changed my XML file. Therefore it should be able to read it as all the music is there but not the playlists.Users/markburton/Music/Music/Media.localizedPublic/Shared Music Thank you very much, Mark

My child has an Apple Music account, but no iOS devices of her own. How do you setup Apple Music in Sonos without a iPhone/iPad?We have only a Sonos Move.

Just set up a stereo pair, with Sub (Gen2) and there is no Quick tune option nor Balance control for this room.  Trueplay works as expected though Is quicktune not available for this set up?  I sort of understand the balance option missing but there are still cases where it may be helpful. Is this deliberate or is there an issue?

I have no problem casting music from the Spotify or Audible app on my cell phone to my Sonos Move. But the Sonos app itself is mostly greyed out and cannot find the speaker. On my laptop the speaker does not come up when I tried to cast from Spotify. I have a new computer and the recently installed Sonos app also can’t find find the speaker. On my old computer I also couldn’t cast from Spotify but I could cast from the Sonos app on my PC. Very frustrating.

The Apple Music application will tell me that a song already exists in a playlist and ask me if I want to add it anyway. The Sonos application on my iPhone will let you add the same file indefinitely. This shouldn’t be a hard feature to implement. Please add it to the product.

Sonos App on Android wont allow me to add music library.  Ok button wont push, once you place path to music library. Tried everything. Deleted app and reinstalled. Worked for over 1 year, then just disappeared from music app page.

Well, it sounds like using Sonos from Android is over. Thanks…. not…. Sonos keeps doing things that make me prevent recommending Sonos. Kind of crazy.

Hello, I like to play relaxation music when I go to sleep. Actually, when playing music from Spotify to my Sonos 1, and manually set the volume to 1 on the Sonos App (with Alexa, you have less range to control the volume) is still too loud for my bedroom.The volume gap between 0 and 1 is too high TLDR: Volume 1 is too loud, can’t fall asleep listening to relaxation music...

I know it takes a while for Sonos to update Trueplay for new phone models. But the prior version finally added support it seemed for the iPhone 14 Pro, which I have. So I was able to tune both my systems using it. Hadn’t opened the app in a few days, noticed it updated to 15.4, and now the Trueplay option is back to being greyed out. My iOS version is 16.4.1(a): Is this intentional, due to perhaps a bug or issue? I got great results when it was enabled for that one version (I’m assuming it’s the prior version, or at least a recent one) with my subs and audio in general. Anyway, what’s up with taking away Trueplay for the iPhone 14 Pro, is there some bug/quality control issue? Gripe #2: now when I hold the slider down to adjust the volume on say the subwoofer, instead of it showing what the current value is as I slide it (so you see say “Sub Level 0” change to “Sub Level +1”, “Sub Level +2”, etc as you slid right), it no longer displays the change: you have to slide, th

HiRecently on Sonos I can't view all my music from Amazon. Only the A's are showing. I've removed Amazon then reloaded,  no difference. If I go onto my actual Amazon music app all my music is there it's just not showing on Sonos app under my music.

HelloUp until yesterday, all was fine. Amazon Music albums mostly disappeared. All tracks seem to be available but but in their albums but listed individually in the tracks section. Have re-authorised Amazon Music, didn't work. Amazon Music on Android device ok, no probs.Advice, thoughts appreciated, many thanks

Hi AllSort of newbie here, just got an arc, sub and 2 x era 300s. All set up and it sounds amazing…However, when I got add streaming services, Spotify is there but Amazon Music isnt there to select. Anyone else had this issue or know a solution? Im UK based so it should be available right? Thanks 

I'm no longer seeing the search categories at the top of the screen that I used to (to select search by artist, song, album, playlist, etc.).  The only options displaying at the top are "Stations" or "Podcasts & Shows" and when I search there are no options for pandora or spotify.  Using the S2 controller on a samsung/android.  My wifes controller still shows the old view.  Any ideas on how to get this back to the previous search options?

I go to add a service and it’s blank. No list is there. Any idea of why or how to solve this? Earlier today there was a list and I was able to add services, now no list is there.

Hi,It is very hard now to use Amazon Music App on Android with my 2 Sonos One.Sometimes, i cannot reach them through the amazon music app (they appear but the app can’t connect without any explanations). Sometimes i can but if i want change from a playlist to another, i “lost” connection between app and my speakers and i go into first case…More over, since 2 or 3 weeks now, i cannot see in sonos S2 app the songs that are playing. I can pause and resume songs but cannot skip them and don’t see what song is playing.I can use Alexa’s orders to launch music, use Sonos app to play music from amazon music, but it’s a pain from amazon music app to speakers…. Any help is welcome,Morgan

I have a lot of Sonos gear and recently I upgraded my entire home to S2 capable hardware.  Now I’ve noticed on several occasions, I go to the S2 controller app to do something innocuous like lower the volume but I have to click through an Advertisement to get there.Are you kidding me?  What kind of system forces you to experience Ads on its remote controller??My question….is there anyway to disable this disgusting display of selfish greed?

I cannot see BBC Sounds as a service on my new One SL speakers and the new S2 app… Amazon works but I use Sounds as on my old system. Anyone else have a problem? Thanks.

Hey,Can’t login to the app, listen to music from Spotify, add new music service or installing my new Sonos arcTried Everything: - Reset the router  - Unplugged the other speakers and products - Restart and Reinstall the app (IOS 16) - Checking the router setting  No VPN or Microsoft defender and the internet connection is strongI Can use my other Sonos products Can see the arc on the app but can’t install it 

We use our Sonos to play whitenoise through pandora and although this works fine normally, it can go down when my internet goes down. Unfortunately, pandora offline mode doesn't work with Sonos.  Does anyone have a solid hour whitenoise MP3 that sounds full and good on Sonos?  The few I found online sound very piercing and hollow on a good speaker like Sonos beam. I'm wondering if anyone has a licence free MP3 of one that I could play through my local network. 

My iPhone12 is “unable to connect to Sonos” using the s2 app.After calling in to the Helpdesk I learn that my Sonos Play1 is online, connected to the Wifi network, and it on the same network as my iPhone. However, the S2 App cannot find it because the “Limit IP Address tracking” option, which is primarily for Mail and Safari, is switched on.When I switch this selection off the “Private WiFi Address” selection automatically switches on.  The iPhone system toggles between one of the options being on for at least one round, until I can finally switch them both off. And, when I switch both of them off, then my iPhone gives me notice of a “Privacy Warning.”  The Helpdesk agent informed me that the Sonos cannot be accessed if I am using either of the privacy settings on my phone, even without a VPN.  I am saddened as it seems the only way to use this device is to expose my phone or other iOS device to privacy risks.  Is there anyway around this.  Can’t I

I have a Sonos system that I can control with the Sonos app on my Mac system,  I’m wondering if I can get any of my Sonos devices to show up as Source on my Mac system?

In the last two weeks the sleep timer is no longer working correctly.  It allows me to select an option but then does not count down linearly and once to zero it is not turning off the music.  Occurred consistently for several days.

When I follow instructions to add Synology NAS to Sonos App, I never get the ability to click the “next” Button. I tried a few variations of the path/computer name/share name, and even copied and pasted the quick connect ID, but the Next button stays dead and unclickable. What am I doing wrong? Can someone share a specific example of how the path/computername/sharename should read? 

HiI have been googling this topic for years now and I see no change in the answers. No one that actually know has answered. Everyone just believes.I don’t care what the problem is but I want to know WHEN this is going to work? What is being done? It is even more frustrating that it works in one country that we live in but not Portugal.
