Performance der Sonos App

Die Performance der neuen Sonos App ist leider schlechter als davor. Der Aufbau der icons viel zu langsam. Wenn man die App Öffnet und die Lautstärke regeln möchte, springt der digitale Regler auf die Ausgangssituation zurück. Erst nach 1-2 maligen Wiederholen erkennt die App die Änderung. Die Umsetzung an der Box erfolgt auch verzögert. Wird an der Performance gearbeitet? Moderator Edit: Google Translate- Unfortunately, the performance of the new Sonos app is worse than before. When is the sonos 5 app going to actually work?  What a scandal your company is.  I dealt with an upscle company on Deneer thinking it would be good.  HAHA

Why Sonos? Why? you have failed us so much with the new app. you deleted everything I had, you won’t let me play the same music. The auth/loop on Sonos radio is freaking unacceptable. im never buying your products again

Can’t manage system after software update

Since the software update, I’m unable to manage the treble and bass on my speakers and also can’t change the subwoofer volume.  The system asks me to log in to manage settings but nothing happens when I log in.

Sonos doen't play my Plex library but I can see the Plex library on Sonos App

I have a Sonos setup in house A (home) and in house B (second home).On both systems, I have added the Plex service.The Plex server is in house A and runs on a dedicated Mac Mini.Everything was working fine until now.For the past few weeks, in house B, I can browse my Plex library from the Sonos app, but when I play an album or a playlist, the track seems to start (without any sound) then it skips to the next one, etc., without ever producing any sound.Plex is working on Sonos in house A AND the remote acces on Plex is activated and running well.I should mention that if I use the Plex app on my iPhone when I’m in house B, I can play my entire Plex library remotely.It’s only when I launch Plex from the Sonos App that it doesn’t work.My equipment: iPhone 14 Pro Max iOS 17.4.1Sonos App Version 80.00.04Thank you for any help. 1sur5 Afficher les suggestions En savoir plus

S2 controller cost money?

Do I need to buy S2 controller for $19.99 to use Play:3? Moderator Note - The official Sonos app can be found on our download page and is free to use. If you have downloaded an app that is asking for a monthly or one-off payment, we would recommend removing it and using the official app.

Does the New App work for you?

All this negativity about the new app (for me it’s rubbish too) I just want to know is there anyone out there who is not having any problems at all and the app is completely working as advertised by sonos?Please don’t post here if you are having a bad experience I just want to know if it’s all good for you and feels like a move forward.

Stopping play back.

With Play 1 system, how do I stop it playing?  Before the last upgrade I could stop a session. Now there isn’t a way to stop play back.

New app system control can change output speakers

My app defaults to the first set of speakers listed and will not let me change which speakers I want to use unless I also choose the “default” ones. I am so frustrated since we spent thousands to install the whole Sonos music system in our house and I loved it before the new update. Now I can’t even play music anywhere unless I use the outside speakers (which for some reason is where the app defaults to) which is unfortunate because I’m sure my neighbors wouldn’t appreciate listening to my music while I get ready in the morning! Please help! Can you just bring back the old app or help me to get it back on my devices?

NEW Roam SL won't connect

I received a new Roam SL as a gift and have been trying all weekend to connect it to my existing Sonos system. I had to download the newest version of the app which created other connectivity problems with one of my 5 systems, but eventually got all but one speaker working.  THEN I worked on adding the Roam and no luck. It fails on the very last step. I’ve tried the options it gives me an nothing. Tried calling support and there is an 80- minute wait with NO callback, are you kidding me? Any help would be appreciated before I return this.

After this terrible new app update, my setup has gone to hell!

I had to reset my router, speakers and start all over. Now after i select my speakers ive added to the setup, after i click "APPLY" my sound is gone. Can anyone explain why? I regret having update the app, this is a nightmare and making me never to buy Sonos products ever again.

Crossfade

Hi. I'm aware that there are already discussion threads around this, but they haven't helped (that could be my ignorance). I have a Sonos Five linked to my Spotify account. How do I use the crossfade feature? I find the whole interface between the two systems confusing at the best of times, so may be doing something wrong. For clarity...I start a playlist within Spotify, then cast to my Sonos speaker from Spotify. Sonos app allows me to press the 'Crossfade' toggle to 'on', but as soon as I go back to the main menus it defaults to 'off' again. Additionally...Spotify won't allow a user to use the crossfade option when casting songs to a speaker system.  I have been on Live Chat and Sonos rebooted the system...to no avail. Hope I've explained myself. Thanks

Sonos app can't find my system and now have two systems

We have 3 x Play 3; a surround sound system using a Sonos Soundbar, 2 x Play 1 and a sub; and until recently, 2 x Play 5 (Gen 1), all on the Sonos S1 controller. All are connected by ethernet on a BT mesh system, apart from one Play 3 which is connected wirelessly. One of the Play 5s has stopped working and after deliberation, we have just bought 2 x Era 300. We removed the Play 5s from the S1 app and before we added the new Era 300s, we upgraded to the ‘new’ Sonos app. The new app couldn’t find our existing system at all. We added the Era 300s wirelessly, the new Sonos app could find them, but not our existing system - all speakers are on the same mesh system now. We, probably foolishly, added the Eras to a new system, but now the Sonos app can’t find our existing products to add them. I understand we’d need to do a factory reset on them all in order to add them to the new system? But we’re concerned that that might not work even then, and obviously we’d lose all our current settings,
