Recently, Sonos plays but intermittently, missing many tracks.  I use the app on a Windows 11 PC. 

I’ve checked that my subscription to the streaming serve (Deezer) is up to date.  I have 2 Sonos Play 1s.

Is there anything I should do before uninstalling and reinstalling the software, a tedious and not always successful process.

If you are able to hardwire one of the Play 1s to your router/network, that may help. With the new update the older speakers are having a hard time because of the lack of processing power compared to the newer speakers.


Thanks but I have always had one of my 2 speakers hardwired to the router.
