When I sign in as an account, I can’t transfer ownership of the system, which means I cant set alarms or add/remove speakers from the “system”. I also cant play anything else than the Sonia radio! (I have a play:3)

Seems odd. I assume you’ve rebooted your controller, your router, and your speaker, and updated everything?

I’d probably call Sonos Support directly to discuss it.

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.

Hi @Adrian1234

Welcome to the Sonos Community!

Sorry to hear of this issue you’ve been having.

In order to transfer ownership of your Sonos system to a different account, please sign out of the Sonos app first.

I hope this helps.
