Play:1 on wifi (measuring with my wifi analyzer close to the unit it says full power)50% of the time each morning I get chime instead of my favorite radio channel. If I turn it of and pushes play the radio starts normally, so it is not a connection problem. Amp wired:My Amp starts alway normally on the same radio channel. My send dianostic number is: 579536031 Note : I use Google wifi to cover my house.

I listen to a 6iX ( Local Perth WA radio station ) on my Sonos speakers via Tunein. After about 15 minutes this station starts to “stutter” and eventually cuts out. When I restart the station all is well until it all repeats after 15 minutes or so.I would add that 6iX is the ONLY station that this happens to. All other stations streamed are faultless and will continue all day. I have a high speed internet connection at 100mps fibre to the premises. My Sonos speakers are connected to my router via Ethernet cables. All other Wi-fi or Ethernet connected products in my home are fine. Help please???

Can I use the same Sonos app for two homes with two different WiFi configurations? I have our primary home with the Five and two Move speakers on the latest Sonos app. We have a small vacation home that would only need a Roam speaker. I would not bring the Roam into the primary home. It would cradle at the vacation home and be used in the second location only. I would still like to use the Sonos app, and only have access to the Roam when I’m in our vacation home. Is that possible? 

I recently took advantage of the free Amazon upgrade to their HD service. Now, under “My music”, although listings of tracks and artists are present, the album listing doesn’t work. It reports “Requested operation failed. Please try again.”Curiously, some of the genres prove an album listing, but “classical” (of which I have quite a few albums) reports the same error  This relates to the iPad and iPhone apps: same issue on both. I have tried de-authorising and re-authorising it to no avail. Amazon music plays fine and the Amazon Music app also plays through the Sonos system. Advice would be welcome. 

I have a strange one and i have searched for this issue and see loads of folk have had this before however my issue is weird.So we have been using Sonos (ARC,sub and 4 sonos one) for 2 months and everything is awesome.Last night we were listening to spotify and suddenly everything goes quiet.I check my sonos app (where i had triggered spotify from) and was told it had lost connection.I went through all the usual fixes, router reboot, dhcp refres, sonos reboots and nothing fixed it.I noticed i could play from Spotify though by selecting a speaker. What i also noticed is that volume was really low when all speakers were selected but if i started with the lounge and added speakers back it was fine.Then i went back once i had triggered play from spotify and i could again trigger it from sonos.I thought this was fixed.However tonight i have the same issue. Got it working in the same manner but this is a pain in the arse and not why i dropped the cash on this setup.Can anyone help?I have sub

Friends  i setting up my movie theater with bluray and epson 2250 3D projector and Sonos arc soundbar.  in my opinion for me to have access to 3D atmos i need to buy a fury arcana HD adapter to get all the benefits of the soundbar with immersion right?  and how would this bluray hdmi connection look like connected to the adapitador= projector ???  thanks

In our church, during the COVID pandemic, we are not allowed live choirs so, we installed 4 SONOS speakers and play music from Spotify. It sounds FANTASTIC! Now, we want to simultaneously stream the music with our through a RODECaster Pro & ATEM Mini Pro. Any SUGGESTIONS?James

Why is there only a passive solution (Sonance) or moveable speaker with a charger that isn’t rated for outdoor (Move/Roam)?  Is it technically not possible to have an outdoor version of a One or Five without an amp?

Hi, I currently have a Beam, Sub and 2x Sonos Ones. Beam and sub are working great and both Sonos Ones connect as single speakers with no issues. When I come to group them all as a surround sound group, both Sonos Ones are undiscoverable by the app and I have to factory rest both Sonos Ones.Any ideas what is going wrong here?

And suddenly, without changing anything to any settings my Dutch google assistant cannot locate my sonos speakers anymore. But the English google assistant does, really????.So deleted my speakers from google home, delete the assistant from the sonos app, re-installed the whole shabang but no go. Issue remains. Any suggestions would be welcome.

Does anyone know if it’s possible to bluetooth music to the original play 1,3,5 speakers …I want to be able to play from like the bbc sounds app but can’t see this is possible ( or using the airplay option ) Feels like I’m being forced to upgrade all my speakers for a basic functionality- I have 5 …  TIA  

Hi guys, As my passive hifi system hooked to the PC has massive humming/buzzing sound, I wanted to give my Sonos Beam & 2x Sonos Ones as an alternative a shot. After loads of fiddling around, I managed to connect the Beam (via optical from sound card & Sonos optical to HDMI adapter). Also, I noticed the volume of the Beam is quite low, even if I have the volume at 100% in all PC settings (Windows 10).However, when connecting the 2x Sonos Ones in conjunction with the Beam, I have a terrible delay (as they’re probably connected as rear speakers in a surround setup). I read in another thread that someone put the Ones in a different room group, however not sure how that’s supposed to work/kill the delay.Any ideas how to improve the volume and pair the Beam and Ones on PC without delay? Thanks! 

Hello. I have just linked my turntable to my new sonos 5 and love it. I was wondering though if there was a way to use a custom icon instead of the line in icon? I’d like an image of my turntable here rather than the default line in logo, almost like selecting an album art? 

I am in the process of moving my iTunes Library to my new Mac Book-Pro from my old Mac. The problem is that my Sonos playlists have songs with paths to files that point to my old computer. Is there a way to change the paths in my Sonos Playlists that do not involve re-doing the playlists from scratch? Or, alternatively, can I use the same Computer Name in my new computer, as defined in the Sharing folder in System Preferences, as the old computer? Other?Thank you!

Hallå, varit ägare till en sonos One i snart en vecka och det har inte varit några som helst problem att prata med för att be den sätta på spotify till exempel, förrän igår. Jag har iaf själv försökt felsöka vart lösningen ligger, då det bara är spotify som krånglar med röststyrning (inte tex Ikea Trådfri lampor). När jag testade att byta språk på den, så funkade helt plötsligt det helt utmärkt med att säga till högtalaren att sätta på låtarna. Någon som varit med om liknande problem och kunnat lösa det?Hello, have been the owner of a sonos One for almost a week and it has not been any problem to talk to to ask it to turn on spotify for example, until yesterday. I myself have tried to troubleshoot where the solution is, as it is only spotify that has problems with voice control (not eg Ikea Wireless Lights). When I tried to change the language on it, all of a sudden it worked perfectly fine to tell the speaker to turn on the songs. Anyone been through similar problems and been able to

When I try to enable automatic update on the app (iPhone), I receive the error message: “The email and password you entered did not match our records. Please try again.” I have tried to reset my password - same issue. Any suggestions? 

I currently have an older tv, with a beam, 2 rear ones and a sub 5.1 setup.  im now looking at upgrade my set up to an LG OLED CX model and make most of Dolby atmos ,  would then change my beam in the setup to an ARC,  due to the 2020 LG missing many apps , I would then look to use my Apple TV 4K to stream most content.  as the Apple TV will have to connect direct to the TV and not the ARC as the Apple instruction suggest , would this set up still be able to get full atmos from apps on Apple TV or will I have issues. I’ve tried to search this site and seen many missed messages and people having problems.  has anyone else got this setup and have no problems before I commit my cash.  many thanks.   

My husband and I both have iPhones and the S2 app. We use the SAME log-in on both phones - same wifi network - HOWEVER, I see some speakers on my phone and he has the others showing on his phone. So basically, it it impossible to show ALL speakers on the network with the SAME log-in. What the heck is happening? Constant issues lately….HELP!

I bought a Sonos One from a local retailer who said it had google assistant, but when I tried to set it up, it said my country is not available.Is there a way around this? Hi there,I was using google assistant on my Sonos One without any problem, and since yesterday, I have a problem : now if I ask vocally to play music on amazon or a radio on tunein like I was doing before, the assistant answers “one device at least is not available, I suggest you to configure it again...” (approximate traduction of the french message).I tried to reinstall Google Assistant using the Sonos Android App, but the problem persists.Note that I can play radios and music on the Sonos from my smartphone ; it’s only the Google Assistant of the Sonos One that does not seem to find how to play music on the Sonos One it self...

Hi there,I have an Apple TV HD (2021) that is connected to my Optoma HD146X projector via HDMI. I want to play video through the Apple TV, but would like to play the audio through my Sonos setup (a Sonos Five and a Sonos One). When i play video through the Apple TV, the sound comes from the beamer built-in speaker through the HDMI cable. I can't figure out where/how to connect the Apple TV to the Sonos for the audio playback. What does work, however, is to go to the Netflix app, and from there scroll down on the Apple TV remote and select the Sonos speakers for playback. If i then switch to any other app, these audio playback settings are carried over to this app, and audio is played through the Sonos speakers. If i then want to change volume, i have to go back to the Netflix app as that seems to be the only place where i can control the audio sound settings for Sonos.Does anyone have an idea what i'm doing wrong and how i can fix this?Thanks in advance!David

Hi I have a system with a Sonos Boost and a variety of Ones, Threes and Moves plus two Arcs with surrounds and one of the Arcs has a SubAll the devices are connected as expected WM:0 for all the standalone ones and threes and WM:1 for the Moves.The Arc surrounds (one SL’s) and the Sub show up as bonded WM:2 but the Arcs themselves show up as WM:1 when I am expecting WM:0 I have removed and re-added one of the Arcs and it’s surrounds but it still shows connected to my WiFi network not SonosNet - Any ideas out there - thanks 

Hi I have got blown drivers in my play bar that’s just 7 years old can I change it?

I’ve got a Playbar, sub, and two ones. Will be setting this up for a house with 8 people. Planning on having a modem/router, and another router wired to this modem/router. My questions is, Would it be better to connect the Sonos system to the modem/router and have the rest of the people in the house use the other router as their wifi? or have people use the modem/router as the wifi and connect the system to the other router. I understand that either way, one must be connected to the same wifi as the system to control it, but from a network stability and less lag concept, wondering what would be better. Side note, the Playbar will be connected to a smart tv via optical cord. Planning on wiring the tv via ethernet to the internet that the majority of people will be connected to, so that they can use system when using tv, but when not using tv, only I will have control(since I will be connected to the wifi the system is connected to). I’ve been getting a lot of songs skipped with “connection to spotify was lost” error messages. I have reset the Boost, but errors persist. Internet connection is strong and other services do not have this error. I recently added a Roam to my system. Diagnostic code is: 1216552902
