Hello, this morning I found one of my Sonos One gen 2, forming a stereo pair not working.I have tried to hard reset it and after reboot, the blinking white led just never stops. Not any of the touch buttons are responsive. Could not add back the speaker to the system, the sonos app could not even see it. Is there a way to make it work again? Thanks(calling the support by phone, unfortunately it's not an option for me) 

Hi All,I recently upgraded the software on my Sonos Playbar however this had the effect of my Play 1 speakers and Sub no longer working. All of my speakers and TV are using the same internet access. I also removed the speakers and sub from the ‘Sonos’ app on my phone and re-installed. I also disconnected my internet and factory reset the speakers in an effort to get them to work but with no luck. I understand I can no longer upgrade the software on my speakers. Lastly, my speakers and sub do work when I stream music via Spotify so the issue is getting the speakers and sub to work via my TV (LG OLEG). Any help that could be provided would be appreciated.Cheers,SH 

Hi guys I have a bridge a play one and 2 connect amps, since the updates it keeps telling me my bridge is incompatible, does anyone know if I get the new boost, will my other sonos equipment  work still?

In the Sonos app, under “Suggested Services” I see Pandora, but when I click on it, nothing happens. Also, Pandora does not come up in the search box under the “Add a Service” screen. Please advise. 

Why do Sonos constantly keep sending me an email that asks me to update my first and last name? I have responded dozens of time yet they keep sending me the same email.  thanksross

We have Sonos One with Alexa in kitchen and playbar in lounge.We can control playbar through Alexa in kitchen, but of course that’s not very convenient.I don’t want to install an Alexa device in the lounge just to control playbar, which I’m sure is one solution. But what other options are there to control playbar with Alexa? Eg to play a Spotify track on playbar with voice control.We don’t have any other kit with Alexa built-in other than Sonos One.

I recently bought some Sonos products and set up, via WIFI, a roam, beam and Sonos Five just fine. My Sonos one SL shows up in the Sonos app like all the others but when it tries to connect to the wifi and update to the latest software it just won’t connect. I’ve tried cable but it just says I should change the router settings.  I’m currently mooching off another WIFI, not my own yet, so I can’t get into the router settings. But all the other products work just fine, so I don’t see how that can be the issue. Has anybody experienced something similar? Thanks in advance.

Hi wonderful Sonos Family!Hope you are doing well.I am in need of your expert help in one of my Sonos Setup!I have three rooms listed below1- TV Room (Sonos Arc, 2 One SLs & Sub Gen3). Arc is connected to TV2- Living Room - Two Sonos Five3- Media Room - Sonos PortI have external Device (Clock play specific sound on different set)  connected to my Sonos Port (Media Room) as Line in to Sonos System. In Sonos App on my Media room which is Port device having Auto Play Setup. In Sonos App there is option which room you want to choose for Auto Play so I choose TV Room for Auto play and when Sonos Port detects any audio signal then it plays that music on my TV room automatically even though some media is played on TV because auto play take priority on that room. That is totally fine and I really want that but there is option in the Auto Play to Include Grouped Rooms so I choose that option so I can play to my all other rooms but its not working.I believe the issue is even though I have gr

Hello there,I couldn’t seem to find anything that adresses my issue on your support site.I recently watched two 4K UHD Blu-ray discs (Avengers Infinity War and Endgame) with Dolby Atmos activated. I own a Sonos Arc and a Samsung QLED tv with EARC enabled tv model is QE55Q77TATXXC. I use my Sony PS5 to play the 4K UHD movies.The issue is that the sound disappears for 1-2 seconds every 20-30 minutes for no apparently reason. I’ve tried searching the internet for an answer, but there isn’t any answer anywhere.How to resolve this problem? 

Just got my hands on the new Roam today and  can’t get it to charge.   its plugged in with cable provided, solid orange  light on the front of it and can see it’s charging on the app but it’s stuck at 20% all day now. Won’t charge up. any ideas what to do here, very frustrated with this problem.  thanks in advance for any advice. Edit, light is slowly flashing orange it was only solid orange when speak on but problem remains the same.

Relocated recently and changed TVs from a Philips TV to a Samsung AU8000 series. No issues before but I’m now getting intermittent crackle/static while watching TV. Connected via HDMI ARC. TV firmware is up to date. I see a few others have had the same issue. Is there a solution to this?

HiJust noticed a very strange problem in the Sonos app. I have albums by the group FireHouse (note the capital H in the middle). I also have albums by the group HammerFall (note the capital F in the middle).In both cases the correct case artist names are stored in both the Artist and AlbumArtist tags in the FLAC tracks.In the screenshot below you can see that for some reason FireHouse is displaying as Firehouse (with no capital H) in the artist list and also the track queue, but is showing correctly in the Now Playing screen!! I have tried removing my music library and setting it up from scratch and re-indexing and I get the same resultYou can see from the screenshot below for HammerFall that the artist name is displaying correctly in all 3 parts of the screenThis is same issue in the PC app and iPhone and iPad appsAny idea what is causing this?ThanksG

I just bought a Sonos Arc, Symfonisk Lamp and Symfonisk Wall Art speaker. I will add a sub soon. Does anyone know if I can use the Lamp and Wall Art as my L and R surround sound speakers? I have the Arc and Wall Art and the Lamp is supposed to be delivered in a couple days

I’m not sure if this is the right place. But, when I turn on the power to my PS5, it turn on as well as the apple TV. Same if I turn just the apple TV on. It will turn on my PS5 as well.Did I connect something wrong from the sonos arc speaker?

I’m an AV integrator and my clients love “Milano Lounge” on Tunein and saved it as a favorite. Now this station doesn’t appear on Tune-in or Sonos Radio and I have to add the URL to their radio stations. I have to tell all my client how to do so or do it for them. Why? This doesn’t happen on other devices with native Tune-in apps like Control4, HEOS, Marantz, my mobile app. Why is this happening only on SONOS? 

Hello - I have 6 Sonos speakers linked to Alexa. Four give the correct location when asked about the weather, but two do not. All are linked to the same Amazon account. Any idea how to fix this? Thanks!

It seems that my question is hard to find an answer to, so i try here.I have an LG UHD 58” TV and my Sonos Playbar attached to it. When i play movies with Atmos Dolby i do not get any sound. Is it because the TV cannot scale it down or is it because my Playbar is to old? If it is because my TV is to old an not able to scale it down, it will have no difference if buy an Sonos Arc?

This problem pops up randomly a few times each year.  My Stitcher account works fine every but Sonos and almost always works fine on my Sonos system, but once again, it says “unable to browse music.”  How do I rectify this  And how do I avoid having the problem occur again?  I submitted diagnostics 1746632828.  Happy New Year to the community. :-)

Hi All,I’m tearing my hair out with my Sonos set up which is currently unusable.  Been in place for years, but I had the requirement to change my entire network set up.  Current situation is all my kit (3 x Play1s and Beam) are all reset to factory settings…. probably a bad idea I know….  I have the S2 app reinstalled on my iPhone.  When I select to “Add New System”, the app asks me to sign in before I can do anything….. but it won’t accept my email and password.  I get “Network Error”.  I am able to logon from my laptop… hence this post!  Plus, I downloaded the S1 app just to test and I could sign in on that app. So is it just the S2 app with a bug that’s stopping me from proceeding?  I’m sure I didn’t have to sign in prior to adding my speakers in the past… maybe i’m wrong. Unless I can get past this sign in issue, my speakers are just expensive ornaments.  Anyone had similar issues or got any advice?  I’ve tried the regular stuff, rebooting routers, all the Sonos kit, re-installing

Hey all,I’ve recently purchased a Beam and have it set up to my Samsung TV via HDMI ARC.  The reason why I got the Beam was because of the integrated AirPlay2 and Chromecast features. Playing music with the tv kept OFF is fine. However, the problem arises when I decide to watch TV and the the Beam doesn’t produce any output. Even after ensuring the TV has the Beam as its output source, no sound from the TV. If I try to play music via Airplay or Chromecast at this point in time, there IS music from the sound bar and it gives me that warning in the Sonos app that it will stop audio from the TV.  I’ve checked that TV auto play is ON, switched to TV in the Sonos S2 app (music notes > TV). Is there a way to get this to work properly without having to power cycle both the TV and sound bar? Super annoying as it takes 5 extra minutes before I can start watching TV.I can see that there are a few others who have experienced the same but the solutions didn’t work for me. Any help would be appr
