Hi. I’ve been a long time Sonos+Apple TV user  and recently threw a Hue Sync box into the mix. My original setup was:Apple TV HDMI out to Vizio TV HDMI 4K 60 In > Vizio TV Optical Out to Playbar Optical In. With this setup, I can control the Sonos volume using the Apple TV gen 1 and gen 2 remotes without issue. It even works with the Apple TV Software remote on iPhone and iPad.When I introduce the Hue Sync box, I lose the volume control, and the audio/video/lights work as expected. The only thing that doesn’t work is the volume function on the Apple TV remote. The current/new connection path is:Apple TV HDMI Out to Hue Sync Box input 4 > Hue Sync Box HDMI Out to Visio HDMI 4K 60 In > Vizio Optical Out to Playbar Optical in.   Based another post with input from Hue Support, the recommended connection is just like I have it: Sources > Sync Box> TV > Receiver/Soundbar? I recently bought the 4K Apple TV and the remote volume function is not working, it says ‘not available’ every time I use it no matter what application I’m in. All the other buttons seem to function correctly. What could be wrong?

Hello,I have a Sonos Play 1 running S2 (13.1.1) and it is present on my Wifi network. I can stream to it via the Sonos controller for S2 installed on my portable PC and it works fine. What does not work is streaming from my iPhone SE running iOS 14.6 to the Play 1 and I don’t understand why not.When I run YouTube on the phone, I can see my Hegel H190 amplifier which is also AirPlay compatible (and I can stream to it) but I don’t see the Sonos loudspeaker. I don’t have any Sonos app. installed on the phone though but I don’t think this is necessary right? If you have trails I could explore to make this work, I would appreciate. Thanks a lot!Chris

I have a Sonos Play 1 which I control on my network with my Android phone. Sonos App is 11.1 which I think is the latest version Android is 9 Sonos 1 is: Play 1 There are no network changes.   I lost connection to it recently. I notice in the Sonos App that a number of options are greyed out. These include Account System Services and Voice Which means I can't even log in or out.   I reinstalled the I Controller App and factory reset the speaker. When I tried to connect the speaker it wasn't found. I connected via Ethernet and managed to get it to work with my phone. However, when I pulled the Ethernet cable out, the speaker was disconnected again and the app greyed out again.   There is also a message across the top of the app which says: "Unable to connect to Sonos Fixit"   What on earth is happening? 

I have 5 x Play 2 (Generation 1).The S1 now longer allows connection to my Synology NAS.What do I do with them? Or is there a way round the problem?

Sorround setup stopped working about 2 weeks ago. I reconnected both arc and 2xPlay1 at that time. Since then, when I try to connect - it gives an error message by the end of the sorround sound synchronisation. One of the two speakers does pair and play the sorround sound, the other one does not.  During the setup phase the speaker which is not connected by the end, does react properly when the setup asks me to locate the speaker and if I want to connect them. What can I try to do? I have this diagnostics number 2000725303

I have a system with an ARC, 2 One SL’s and a SUB. It all started when I heard my sub popping every few minutes. I noticed it wasn’t connected to the room anymore. After a factory reset I finally was able to reconnect it. A few weeks later, the left surround speaker looked like it was rebooting all the time. Giving me a white led for a few minutes, then flashing white for a while, then off. I also had to factory reset it to reconnect it. Now another few weeks later, the same happened to my right surround speaker. Kept looping with factory reset, removing the surround speakers, trying to add the surround speakers again, then tried removing the sub. Eventually I wasn’t able to rejoin the surrounds with the ARC, but for some magical reason they seem to work again. But now I’m not able to add my SUB anymore and after trying to add it again, it started popping again every 2 or 3 minutes. I don’t understand what could be causing this but it really annoying. Hello, just wondering if it’s common to have to reset my roam speakers in order to get the charging dock to work? Mind you it has only happened once and probably never again (hoping).  I just added a Sonos white charging dock/pad/magnetic flat thing with a cable to my white roam. The black roam had its dock from the beginning and no problems at all but both roams and chargers decided to just come to the conclusion to stop charging from the dock. USB C charging worked fine.  so my first instinct was to come here and complain that my stuff is broken I need to return blah blah blah.  ok white roam still won’t charge with the dock, it’ll light up orange and then fade away, the app shows a quick charge and then not charging, USB c still works. Diagnostic number 760738273Black one also quit charging from the dock too lol, both are now USB C connected

Do ROAM speakers have a tracking feature?  Mine was stolen off my golf cart while inside the clubhouse.  Surely if someone tries to activate it in their system, it should be known to SONOS based on the serial #?  Any ideas?  (Excuse typo in subject)

From time to time when I’m trying to play soundcloud playlists I get the error message "Unable to play ‘’ unable to connect to souncloud...".Sometimes Sonos start to play soudcloud song, but then (for example after 30 minutes) it stops and I get the error message "Unable to browse music". In the same time soundcloud plays from original software thru airplay to sonos without big issues (the only problem is not perfect music sync between speakers, but I understand that’s airplay issue).All other musical sources (TuneIn radio, for example) is working fine.Could you help please? 

What do the 13.1.1, 13.1.2 and 13.1.3 Sonos S2 App updates include? I am asking because Sonos does not clarify these updates. Thanks in advance for any answers

I recently switched to TMobile home internet service, so far so good, streaming TV, internet, home automation, etc.I am in an area that has one other option (XFinity) and their service on my street is crap.My 4 - Sonos Ones which have worked fine for years suddenly drop in an out. Mid-song they will just go silent and then start up a minute later on the next song. It happens often.I have looked at the 2.4 vs 5ghz issue, not sure if that is a thing. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? 

So I picked up a new Roam today and having a hard time understanding this whole Bluetooth/Wifi handoff procedure. Everything I’ve read is that if you’re listening to Roam on Wifi and then venture outside your Wifi reach then Roam will “seamlessly” and “without user interaction” switch over to Bluetooth. Ok, but what will it be playing? When I’m on wifi I’m streaming music through the Sonos S2 app. Once out of wifi the Sonos app loses connection and is no longer available as a streamer. I need to switch to another app such as Apple Music or Tidal.  Also, when I switched the Roam intentionally to Bluetooth and stream to it via Apple Music I can still group it with my Sonos wifi speakers (cool trick) but the swap feature doesn’t seem to work. That only seems to work if I’m playing wifi content. Similarly, if I’m Airplaying music to the Roam I am unable to use the Swap feature.  I’m very confused about what to expect from these features. If anyone can shed some light I’d really appreciate

I use a Samsung TU8000 Crystal UHD TV to play music and movies (Plex, Spotify, myRadio, etc.) and television (Foxtel, free-to-air). I'm wondering how to get the the settings right - so I can listen to music AND television without having to adjust levels through the Sonos app each time? Does the app assume a separate source for music and television? My problem is that TV is very loud with inconsistent intensity. But, if I turn this level down, my music and movies suffer. Is there another way, or am I simply missing something.  Cheers 

Hi. My two Play 3’s are acting a little wierd. They can’t play anything on their own, but when configured as surround speakers or grouped with for example my Beam, they work. The Play 3’s show up in the Sonos app, but when I for instance select a song on Spotify It just loads (or sometimes stays on 0:00 seconds) and eventually says: “Can not connect to the Sonos product” (In Norwegian in my case) After a while the speaker/s disappears altogether ending up with that I have to restart them.Till this date, I am still clueless about what to do. I have reset them around 3 times (each) with occasional problems under the configuration progress. Since the last release, when I queue a song to repeat play, Spotify will play the song for like 10 seconds, then restarts it. If I turn off repeat play it doesn’t do this. If I use a different music service it does not do this. Anyone else having this issue? When I play from Spotify on my phone it works fine (and even if I airplay to Sonos). Seems like an Sonos Spotify API issue

WiFi seems to have stopped working on my playbase. I plugged in LAN cable and working now. I just submitted diagnosis report. Can you tell from that what is going on?

I’m using Qobuz now and “I think” it sounds better when using Qobuz app then Airplay to SONOS ARC. I know it’s what you feel but which way is better…SONOS APP TO QOBUZ OR QOBUZ VIA AIRPLAY?

Hi there team. Have searched but hard to find out the exact answer. I am 90% finished on a new home build. I have prewired speaker cable to in ceiling sonos speakers (2x in tv room & 2 in dining room) back to one amp.I have an Arc sound bar in tv room.I want to be able to play the audio from the tv throughout the whole house and also play music from the sonos s2 app when the tv is not powered on. Assuming this is possible if they’re all grouped together? Also when playing music through the app, will music play through the sound bar too or only through the in ceiling speakers. Sorry if this is a little vague. Cheers

Hi,I have 3 by Wi-Fi discs and 8 Sonos SL. they were working fine but know we experience intermittent cutting out of songs when playing Spotify. Our internet has no issues, it is just the Sonos system although some speakers always work with no interruptions. I have tried resetting th system and it work for a few hours but then reverts back to this state of playing, then having no sound, then skipping to a new song on the playlist. any thoughts?

Hi,This type of question has been asked a few times over the years but not since the newer gen speakers have come out (I couldn’t find anyway). I have a set up in my ‘Hut’ (aka…party shed) where I have a Arc sounder, 2 Sonos 1’s (Gen 2) and a Sub (Gen 3). I keep my XDJ-RX in side the house but would love to bring it out sometimes, is there a way I can link it in to the Sonos setup, I have read elsewhere about the delay, but if I had a hard wired connection in to the Arc would the delay still be there? 

Recent updates to the apps seem to have introduced some problems.  Namely, the app on iOS and MacOS do not sync with the Sonos system as well.  Delays, hiccups -- and finally it connects.  For example, stopping a playing stream.   I should be able to do this quickly on my WLAN/LAN without any problem (hasn’t been a problem until recently).    If I play a stream from my iOS app, I should be able to stop it from my MacOS app and vise-versa, without these issues.Anyone else experiencing this?

So my move is no longer connecting to WiFi nor will it go into Bluetooth mode (no blue light).  Ran set up a few times but says Move added but not to wifi, please continue in setting tab, of course there its only shows not connected to wifi.   The only change recently was a ComCast upgraded router to gigabit speed.  I have rebooted that several times.  No Joy.   Any help would be appreciated.

Been having trouble lately with my Sony TV/ HD Fury Arcana/ Sonos Arc. I have had the HD Fury Arcana since its initial kickstarter and its mostly worked fine to deliver Dolby Atmos from my Xbox One X to my Sonos Arc. But recently things have gone a bit weird. Now when I turn my TV on the audio doesn't come on.  The TV recognises that an external speaker system is attached & active, and in fact it will not allow me to revert to TV Speakers.  But the Arc and the Sonos app do not register any input.  The only way to fix this is to unplug the Arcana and re-start it. Then the sound triggers / handshakes with the Sonos Arc. I have to do this every time I turn the TV on. (NOTE: The Arcana shows all inputs and outputs are active on its LED display) My first thought is that the Arcana is the problem, but the thing is- I haven't done anything with the Arcana recently. The last firmware update was 5 months ago and I don't touch the settings. It worked fine and now it doesn't. On the other han
