Will SONOS Roam connect to Samsung Tablet - Galaxy

Yes. It will connect via bluetooth only if you've set it up with te Sonos app. The Sonos app will only work if your tablet conforms to the Sonos system requirements: https://support.sonos.com/s/article/4875
