Hi Everyone

Does anyone know if there is a way to turn off the lower volume when listening function for assistant on Arc?

I’ve followed the instructions but it seems to only be available for google made speakers?

It’s a bit annoying when I’m watching something and the assistant is triggered by dialogue from a movie, I’ve lowered the google sensitivity but can’t seem to find any setting to turn off the lower volume when listening function.

Any help is appreciated, thanks!

Hi @David2021,

Unfortunately that function is not available on Sonos devices. Sonos players will always duck their volume when listening for a voice assistant command to ensure accuracy and that your voice isn’t interrupted by the currently playing audio. I’ll be happy to pass on the request for this to our team for consideration
