For my Sonos OneWhen I drop a router (the xFinity box) through a hard reset.Then add a router (Google Mesh)Go through the full setup - doneThen when I try to play anything on the Sonos One, it reverts to the router that I just dropped.Appreciate any guidance. 

Ok need help roommates friend took my saround sound... I believe I seen some place in app that I can shut off use of system ... does any 1 know if possible 

I am new to Sonos and have been trying to figure out the best way to have a TV surround and play my turntable on the surround speakers. I have Sonos Beam (gen2) and a set of Sonos One SL.  I called the sales team and they told me to get a Five so I can connect my turntable to the beam system. So I did…I have the turntable connected to my Sonos Five, but I cannot figure out a way to connect the other speakers to the Five.  please help! Thanks!

Someone put me out of my misery!Four months ago my Sonos play1 has decided to not work with voice commands.I use Alexa to play radio or Spotify.Now Alexa works but it won't actually carry out the command.I've factory reset the Sonos, deleted the apps. Disabled and re enabled Alexa, pretty much everything any forum seems to suggest.Has anyone got a fix for this as it's almost pointless owning a Sonos that doesn't work with voice control. It's infuriating!!! 🥴    

Hey all! I saw in the music services Calm, a nice meditation app. I use a different one, Waking Up, so my question is: What is a procedure to ask app designers to add this one too?

All of a sudden my AppleTV is unable to connect to a home system consisting of Sonos One SL and Sonos One. Found out I am unable to connect anything over AirPlay. The Sonos is visible as an AirPlay option but not connecting. I can play music using Sonos App on iPhone. But I had to relog to the app and allow it t us Apple Music again as I found myself logged out.What to do? I tried restarting AppleTV but no luck. Turned all off and on again and no luck. Thanks 

I am experience bad problems accessing the sonos speakers (play 1’s , one,amp, soundbar etc)  since a few weeks . Bad performance when opening the sonos app and finding the speakers.   Today a search the internet and find there is a release 14.20 released 6 dec.  anyone the same problem as me?  so i think the bad sonos perfomance has to with this release. How can i roll back to the last release?  

Very disappointed.  Connection to PANDORA constantly dropping.  Using TuneIn radio is impossible.  All happening free last weeks update.   any suggestions… or perhaps acknowledgement that the app is broken would be appreciated.

I have a Sonos Arc soundbar.  My Fios remote only lets me increase the volume but not decrease it.  The only way I can decrease the volume is by using the app on my phone.  I spoke to a Sonos Tech and he told me that I needed to contact Frontier to have them do something with my remote.  I did and was told that they do not have a remote to do what I want.  They said they no longer have my FIOS system and there was nothing they could do.  Is there a Universal remote control that I could use?  I prefer to use a remote that reduce the volume via my Phone.

Newly purchased two Sonos One’s. Set up was fine. But I can’t get the app to link to my iTunes library. Goes to link the. I keep getting this message. Any help would be gratefully received. My best friend has a Sonos Arc and I want to surprise him with a turntable but I have read you can not pair a Bluetooth turntable with the Arc. I have a cheap sound bar and play my Bluetooth turntable through it with no issues. Is that possible with the Arc? I am leaning towards the Audio-Technica AT-LP60XBT-BK. Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks! Eric

Hi, I’ve got a number of Sonos products which generally work ok and can usually solve any problems that arise but I’ve got one now that has me beaten.I’m trying to play BBC radio stations on my Play 3 speaker. It shows up on the system list OK and will happily play TuneIn stations but when I try BBC stations I get the message “Unable to play the selected item”.My other speakers ( Play 1, Amp and Arc) all play the BBC stations ok, it’s just the Play 3 that wont.The only thing I can think of is that the Play 3 has been disconnected for about a year and has only just been switched on again. I updated the software on it and have tried turning it off and on a few times. Not sure why this would be an issue but it’s the only thing that’s “different” about this speaker.Any ideas?Thanks

My buttons are disabled on one of my play 5’s. Diagnostic report 1857851894 ”rebooting” the device enables it again. So not the toggle in the system menu. it is either the alarm function that disables it or the the combination of alarm and Spotify streaming as streaming to the other device does not affect/disable the buttons. it is also a new thing. (Max two months) It worked fine before.

I was given a Sonos ray by a family member no cables, it only has optical output , my Samsung TV only has HDMI ports, can I use the Sonos optical to HDMI adapter that you can buy. Thanks

Hi - my existing system is a Bridge, a Sonos 5 (version 1) and 2 of Play One (gen 2). Running on S1 controller as the 5 isn’t supported under S2.Cannot get a Play:1 to connect. Tried via WiFi and hard wired direct into Router and back of Bridge - no go.If I reset controller (on multiple devices - phone and PC) then select “new system” it finds the new component (only when hard wired) - the Play:1 and it works OK BUT the original 3 components are not seen. If I remove the ethernet cable to the Play:1, reset controller, it then finds the original components and all works as usual.In summary, adding Play:1 only works when hard-wired, and only by itself. It actually stops the original 3 components being recognised. All thoughts welcomed!

What’s the best Sonos speaker that would allow me to stream Spotify or YouTube Music using only an ethernet port? I no longer use wi-fi.

hello. We have a Sonos system, 3 Amp Sonos including 1 for the TV room. At the level of the TV room we have a beam, an amp integrated in the ceilings and recently a Sonos Sub. No sound comes out of the Sub, is this normal?

I have the app preferences for the Sonos S1 app set with both Show Lock Screen Controls and Home Screen Volume Control enabled.This makes using my Sonos equipment much easier as I don't have to find and launch the app when I'm just making minor adjustments.Yet on Android 13 neither of these show up.That is a big functional regression from prior app versions.Is this a known issue? Are there any workarounds?

Hello good people.  I’ve been lucky to have my Sonos system up and running now for about 2 to 3 years with pretty much no problems.  Over the past week, my system has started dropping audio or randomly skipping tracks.I made two recent changes.  I tweaked the wifi channels in my house.  Also, I introduced three new speakers into the set-up.  I have a lot of speakers so posting the network matrix is a bit tough.  I’m posting two pages of it here.  I can scroll to the right and see some additional info mostly all in gray with two green boxes.I’ve gotten rusty on the meanings.  A bunch of my devices are connected by ethernet.  Some are not.  I thought the ones connected by ethernet would show differently on the matrix but that’s not always the case on this one.  Anything here any cause for concern?Add’l info:  I live in a rural area in the middle of a bunch of acres with no one around me.  So no wifi conflicts at least from neighbors.  Thank you.  

We have 8 Sonos speakers in various part of our house with an ethernet cable connected to our sub which is part of a surround setup.  Is it productive to connect other speakers in the house to ethernet or is one enough?  Thanks!
