New to Sonos, set up the arc as per instructions, everything seemed to be working, using my remote to turn volume up and down, logged into the app everything seemed ok , until I try and adjust the EQ or height, or night time control and the voice enhancement none of these work. I'm running the correct WiFi networks mobile and arc connected to the same network. I'm using a xomi tv box. Please help. I'm in Norway.
