My sonos play 3 light will not turn green following factory reset, It only blinks amber, it makes no sound upon trying to connect. 

Hi,I just notice my sub-mini is making an almost imperceptible humming / buzzing electric noise when connected to the electricity. It is only noticeable if I place my ear very close to the unit, almost touching it.Is it normal? Does your unit also make this noise?Second question, I also noticed the sub-mini does a small pop when starting some songs, not very loud. Is it normal? This happened since the last update (15.9).Thanks!

Tried hooking my Sonos Era 100’s to my PC, worked for about 30 minutes then just stopped outputting any audio. Its still connected and any inputs I make on the speakers are reflected on my PC (song skip/volume changes) but there is still no output. The device is set as default and I have it selected as my main audio output device.Tried turning off and on Bluetooth, running audio troubleshoot, restarting both devices and still no luck. Any ideas on how to rectify this issue?

I cant connect my two sonos move together, whenever i try too, it would only connect with ine and the other won't show until i switched it off or change it into Bluetooth mode before the second one can connect

I just bought a new Sonos Arc and LG 65OLED65AUA tv.  Everything seems OK but I am having problems with sound from my Apple TV 4K (latest version).  I only get sound when Dolby Atmos content is played, no sound with Dolby 5.1, HD, etc.  I spent and hour with Sonos phone  support yesterday.  We were unable to find a solution.  I tried different settings on the Apple TV and LG tv.  Today I turned off the eARC setting on the LG tv and now all is working.  I think with eARC there is more information transferred with ARC and there might be a slight difference in sound  with Dolby Atmos.  The eARC was turned on automatically when I installed the Sonos Arc on the LG tv.  Just curious why the eARC setting seems to fix the problem.  Thanks.

I have nine Sonos speakers mostly used to listen to BBC Radio 4.  Whenever we have a power interruption (quite frequent) they all loose their default Radio 4 setting.  Is there any way I can get the system to restore these defaults when the power returns?  

I’m considering a Sonos Beam 2 for a wall mounted TV. I have a shelf that is 2 feet below the TV. Will it sound good if I place the Beam there, or do I need to wall mount the Beam below the TV? I’d prefer not to wall mount it but don’t know if it will sound good that far below the TV

Hi, I use Tidal in iOS and want to stream it to my Sonos gear by using the “Tidal Connect” protocol.I know I can stream Tidal to my Sonos Port by using Airplay or Sonos Connect. I know I can use the Sonos app to select Tidal as a music service. My question is about the streaming protocal “Tidal Connect” (https://tidal.com/connect), already added by many high-level streamign boxes.“Tidal Connect” shows in Tidal app like this: “Sonos Connect” shows un Tidal app like this: Are there plans by Sonos to add support for “Tidal Connect” streaming protocol on their products? “Tidal Connect” opens the box to stream high quality audio, and all main competitors of Sonos have added it since long time.Thanks, Toni

Hi guys! I just purshased the era 300 to replace the sonos one sl as back speakers. Got the arc sub and era 300, am i the only one that has low volume on the back speakers? Turned up the sorround on the eras but it's still much more quite than the sonos one sl i had eariler.Thanks in advance!

When I listen to steaming audio from radio programs the voices are very muffled.  I would like to turn on speech enhancement with the hope I can better understand what is being said.  The speech enhancement only seems to be available when I am steaming from the television though.   I can I clear up the muffled voices from radio stations?

how do i configure my acr + sub (gen 3) + 2 era 300 so when i connect my macbook pro laptop to my LG C1 tv using an hdmi cable to play my itunes music through all the speakes?  Currently the music is only coming out of the arc speaker. when playing music. I currently have the living room set up as a home theatre system.  Is there a way to use the speakers as another room so I can select the room configuration I want to use when listening to different sources? Like having a theatre room set up and then having a music room set up using the same speakers?thanks,mitch

I have a two Sonos Play 5 speakers paired for stereo.  They are set vertically.  While looking at the manual for another topic I noticed something that confused me about set up of the stereo pair.  In the product guide I have it under “Creating A Stereo Pair” it states“• When placed vertically, Volume Up is above the logo; Volume Down is below the logo.”The images shown in the vertical set up example on that page have both Sonos logos on the outside of the speaker.  This is also how mine are set.  I have also seen where both speakers have the images on the inside of the speakers.  But, in either setting one speaker will have the volume up above the speaker and the other will be below the speaker.Looking at the Play 5 Gen 2 horizontally the volume up control is on the right.  If you turn the speaker with the logo to the left for vertical placement the volume control will be above the logo as described above,  Doing that though would place the left speaker Sonos logo on the outside of th

After successfully using Amazon Music on Sonos for a long time I have discovered in the past week that  my full Amazon music library is no longer being displayed. Under Sonos Amazon Artists listing now only goes to the end of the letter “H” while Albums are only listed as far as “L”. Playlists are fine perhaps because I don't have nearly as many. I have had extensive discussions with Sonos and been through all the common fix processes like updating apps uninstalling/installing Sonos/Amazon apps, re booting router etc but the problem remains. Has anyone had this issue and found a solution?   

Hi,I have an old speaker still with the S1 app and also newer speakers with the S2 app.I can sign into the Sonos Account page and the S2 app with my email and password combination but the S1 app will not accept that same login.Not sure why this would be if it works on the website and the S2 app. Appreciate your help.

Hi.After updating to 15.9 I put dark side of the moon on and it kept saying cannot play track unable to connect to Amazon music and would skip to next song.Anybody else had this issue.I have done all the usual stuff.reset etc

I paired Arc with a pair of Era 300. I’d like to add a pair of Play1 as additional surrounding speakers. Can I add two pairs of surrounding speakers with Arc?

I’ve been having trouble lately finding or accessing Spotify’s ‘Discover Weekly’ on Sonos. Is it just me? The algorithms seem evermore predictable. DW is often pleasantly surprising in its variety.

I have most of all Sonos speaker and I use all of them with Airplay but suddenly My beam Gen 1 is not showing in the Airplay. I can connect from spotify but from Apple Music and Direct airplay it is not working. I tried to restart and reset but still It’s not in the list of Airplay. What is the possible problem and the solution as well.Thanks.

HiI see that there are several people with different issues on Apple TV 4K → Sonos so sorry if this has been answered elsewhere.I have an older LG OLED that only has ARC and not eARC support so that is why i bought the Nedis product which seems to be the same as the Orei one.When I connect my apple tv through this box the sound cuts in and out a couple of times per second it seems and app shows PCM 7.1. I also have a chromecast ultra 4K and a nvidia shield pro and when using these as inputs for the same sources Netflix/Apple tv+ etc sonos arc performs perfectly with dolby atmos displayed in the sonos app.Is there a general issue with apple tv 4k directly communicating with a sonos arc ? I know the common setup would be with an eARC supported tv in between but I would think the box would do the same job as the tv - transferring lossless Atmos to the Sonos Arc.I have tried having the Apple TV connected to the Tv and the Arc connected to the tv then I get sound not cutting in and out but
