Hi, I’ve got a Sonos roam that was all working fine. Yesterday I set up new tv and Beam (which is great!) but the Beam set up seems to have taken over the app. Now I can’t add the roam to the app.
it never finds the roam when I click to add product.
any ideas on how to fix it please?

Sounds like you didn’t open your Sonos Controller to the Roam and then follow the Add a new Sonos speaker steps but instead added a second Sonos system.
Factory Reset the Beam (dumping all settings and data.)
Power the Beam off.
Connect the Controller to the Roam.
Go to the Add a new speaker setup to add your Beam.
