Bonjour a tous,J’ai un souci de lecture en continu des morceaux et playlists voir même des radios.Lorsque je demande à Alexa de lire une de mes playlists ou les chansons d’un artiste, il y a que un morceau qui se lance. Si je demande de lire la suivante : Alexa me demande ce que je veux écouter.Avant, je n’avais pas ce problème, les morceaux s’enchainaient et je pouvais avancer ou reculer à la demande dans ma liste en cours de lecture.J’ai supprimé et recréer le compte de sonos. Hello, I recently had Sonos setup in my home and the Pandora service was missing from the list of services.  The technician told me there are issues with Pandora and Sonos at the moment and that I should just wait for you all to get it sorted out.  However, when I search on your site it doesn’t seem that is accurate.  Is Pandora available or not?  If so what can I do to access it?

I use an older iPhone to control my system when I am using my newer phone for other activities. It has no sim card, just connected to network.  Only music and book programs on i-6.  I downloaded the Sonos app. Because phone is older, it won’t update to newer software but just reverts back to older version. That has not been a problem for a couple of years.  Everything worked as expected. I replaced a Sonos Roam today and now when I start the app it starts then crashes. It shows as active when i go to close apps but when I close and reopen it keeps doing same thing.  I have unloaded and reloaded software multiple times. I have rebooted the phone multiple times. I’ve even reset the iPhone. the App works fine on my iPhone 13.  Any thoughts

I have a Sonus sound bar linked to the Arc on the TV.I have now got a Sonus Amp which needs adding to the system and the amp is going power the rear surround speakers.A few questions.What is the best way to wire the sound bar and the Amp? TV only has 1 x ArC connection? (I can get HDMI to both the sound bar and the Amp.)Once the above is confirmed is it a case of configuring the system on the Amp?Regards,Tony 

How can I show recently added songs in a Spotify playlist that I created within the Sonos app? 

HI, I have an issue with my personal system and a few clients have the same problem. When listening to a track using apple music from within the sonos app, if I choose a new track while the other track is still playing it takes 10 seconds or more for the song to change. This I feel is too long and mostly irritating. When using spotify or tidal the transition time is a more reasonable 2-4 seconds. When I use apple music natively on my phone the transition is 2 seconds….My system is very simple, 1 x connect using S1 app…...Connect is making use of wireless comms to unif wifi point.  Any help or inside info on this issue would be helpful. 

With a Roam, can i play a playlist stored in the Sonos app via bluetooth?

Need help in selecting amp, 6 speakers for my outdoor patio (4 indoor and 2 outdoor), I need 3 zones so I can control music in speakers. so basically I have 3 separate section. Lets call it Room 1- IndoorRoom 2 - OutdoorRoom 3 - outdoorEach room will have 2 speakers but I need centralize place to control speaker and can I create zones so I can only run speaker in room I want?Any help would be great.

I’ve been looking for a high quality soundbar for my desk - Sonos, unfortunately, doesn’t make one.  Would it be possible to consider adding native USB-C input and volume control to the Era 100?  It would make a fantastic desktop computer speaker.  There are so many bad speakers in the PC world - it would be great to ingest PC audio into the Sonos ecosystem this way.

I have a stereo pair of One SL’s that are on the mantle of our electric fireplace in a living area section of kitchen, dining and living room area. The entire space is probably around 400 sq feet. Anyway, in adding a Roam into the mix do I add it to the existing stereo pair? Or do I simply call the Roam by a different room name and link them together? Also, if I added two Roams would I link as two stereo pairs? I want to add the Roam to have a portable speaker for occasional travel and use on our patio.Thanks,Alan

cst6321We have a Sonos Amp in our home, with pairs of indoor and outdoor speakers (not Sonos Brand), hard wired to the Sonos Amp, and we have no major issues playing music through these speakers, via streaming services and the Sonos App on our phones.For the context of this post, leave the outdoor speakers out of the conversation. This pertains to the in-ceiling speakers we have in our family room and wanting to set them up as surround speakers for our TV.We also have a Sonos Beam Gen 2 connected to our living room TV. We want to connect the Beam2 to the Amp which has the hard wired speakers, to get surround sound. We can connect both separately and even play music from our phones through both the ceiling speakers and Beam at the same time. But TV sound only comes through the beam2, not at all through the ceiling speakers. How do we connect the Beam2 to the Amp for surround sound?

Hey all,I had a bad experience back in the days of the LG C7 with lip sync issues with the Sonos Playbar & Arc. I’m looking to buy an LG G4 & was wondering with eARC these days if people with LG TV’s are still having lip sync issues or other problems with LG TV’s?Would really appreciate some help from those particularly with newer LG’s like the C3, G3, C4 & G4 etc.

Our new home is open where the family room flows directly into the kitchen. I want to add Era 100 speakers to the top of my kitchen cabinets as a “rear” channel of sorts understanding it won’t be truly surround. Anyways the distance is about 40 feet from the soundbar.  Do the Era 100s have this type of range to play the signal?  As a side note, I was looking at Bose and the range is 30’. Thanks for any help.   

Why do I have to listen to Sonos telling me that I have just put the volume up or down when the system is connected via my arc hdmi port on my tv.  It blocks out sound and if I adjust sound vis controller three times I feel like throwing the system out of the window as all I hear is Sonos volume up hdmi repeated for each time I hit the volume up button.  I then loose the sound track I was attempting to listen too.  why ??? Can I turn this annoying sound/ function off?

I hava a sonos era 300 in the center of a room, if I connect 2 era 100 speakers on the opposite corners of the room, can this 2 era 100 speakers be connected to the era 300 as central, and the 2 era 100 act as stereo speakers, but the era 300 as stereo or dolby also?

Since I have a new router I can't find the sonos speakers from the spotify app. I can play music from the sonos app via my spotify account. So spotify connect doesn't work properly.Also not finding the google nest's. I can play music from the google nest's by voice command.  As soon as the music plays I can see that nest in spotify connect, Before I had an experiabox v10, now a zyxel EX5601-T1. I don't use the wifi from the router (I tried though, didn;t make any difference). The router is connected to a switch en multiple Aruba AP205 accesspoints.The sonos system consists of 4 ikea symfonisk speakers in 1 room. 1 speaker is wired to the LAN Any idea how to solve?

Hi allI have some components only compatible with the old app and some only compatible with the New app. Everytime I have used the New app, the old app stops working and will only allow me to open the New app.Anyone Else with this issue and what is the potential Fix?  Components on old app, connect amp gen 1 and connectComponents on New app, sub mini and beam gen 2

When I’m listening to my Roam on Wi-Fi using a music service such as BBC Sounds, the music stops every time my android smartphone receives a message.  NB the phone is not actually being used to stream the music to the speaker - it just usually happens to be in the same room somewhere. It’s very annoying !   Does anyone know how I can stop this from happening ?
