Trueplay issue after New Updatz

Last Update, was ok,  not very easy to add my Arc , mini sub , and 2 One Sl. 

Trueplay with my ipad dont want to start. I have 1 start of thèse but no sound for calibration and it stop few second later. NOw it feeze before the beginning of calibration

Odd. I ran TruePlay twice after updating to the new S2 app, which makes me wonder if your issue is local. 

I would recommend that you submit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of experiencing this problem, and call Sonos Support to discuss it.

There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.

Same problem app stops during calibration
