Ho, I have a problem with my sonos era 100. I have a tv surround sistem which consists in beam, sub mini e and two era 100 for back left and right channels, the problematic channel is left back. A bunch of days ago I unplugged all tue devices because of a strange and loud sound coming out from the sub, then tue day after I plugged them in, everything works fine and connected evenly, except for the era 100 left back channel: it continues to blink white, without connecting successfully to the sistem. I tried to do a factory reset as explained in the manual, but it doesn’t work, it continues to blink white. What can I do?

HiI recently bought a bluetooth speaker but suffered a connection issue with LG tv so I’ve been trying to get a refund for that and looking for a soundbar for movies.My LG tv model is OLED65B3SW.AKRG and I’m trying to buy Beam Gen2 through Amazon since I can’t get it in South Korea which means this will be a serious problem to me if the Beam dosen’t work properly. So before I buy it, I’d like to make sure If there’s a slim chance of problem connecting between thoes two products.In addition, It would be appreciated if you let me know a Sonos offical seller in South Korea and how to get a support if I buy it through Amazon.

Airplay used to work on my Play:1 but now it is not listed under airplay compatible devices. I would not have purchased the device if i had known they would remove connectivity. Are there any options for return or exchange? If not, I don't want to purchase a new Sonos devices if my preferred usage becomes removed in the future.

Where has the ability to change bass, treble and balance gone in the new app on Android? I used to be offered this function when changing volume but now it's disappeared and I now have to go into settings and EQ for each individual speaker to change this. 

When I assign a room (e.g. “bedroom”) to my One SL pair, the designation always  reverts back to “Sonos”. This does not happen for my other speakers in my system. Any ideas of how I can fix this? Thanks.

When we stream Danish radio channels (DR3 and DR4) using the Sonos App, sometimes the stream rewinds after approx. ½ hours stream and we hear whats earlier streamed. If we stop the stream, and start it again, the streaming comes back to normal. What is the problem?

I saw on another post that someone said the Gen3 subs would work with my Gen1 or 2 Playbar (I don’t know which version it is since I bought it second hand) if I used the SONOS S1 or S2.  Are they referring to the apps from SONOS, or something else? Thank you for your response. 

Why is the Beam such a crappy speaker? After having it connected to my SONY Bravia I tired of it losing the connection. Connect, disconnect, connect. Over and over again and again. I finally moved it to the bedroom to use  as a stand alone speaker. Again with the same connection problem. Sometimes it plays. Other times it doesn't produce sound even though the app is showing the little dancing bars.Hell the Roam has outshined the Beam. It has been flawless for such a little speaker.I went through he whole wifi updating as recommended by Sonos and it working for a while but then it stopped playing when selected. It seems to like when it's selected via the iMac but not the iPad. Sometimes it likes the iPhone other times not.Totally frustrating to invest so much money on the Sonos products and experience this crap. Sonos get you act together. I had music library on my app and it suddenly disappeared. How do I get it back?

Hi, I have noticed recently my Sonos App no longer has Amazon Music or Spotify as an option to add in the All Services area.I have tried uninstalling the app several times to no avail, does anyone else have this issue? I am based in the UK and have never had this issue before. 

Howdy all: After a firmware update a few weeks ago, my Sonos app would no longer control the ARC/sub volume from my phone.  However, the TV was controlling the volume on the ARC/sub, no problem.  I started looking around for why this might be, and the Sonos site recommended a reboot.  I disconnected the power the ARC/sub to reboot them.  The app is now working fine controlling the volume, but now the TV is not able to control the volume.  I’ve rebooted the ARC/sub a few times now and the app continues to be the only way to control volume remotely.  The buttons on the ARC work fine too.  Besides this, the TV remote is working fine for all the rest of the functions. Sony BRAVIA OLED using the eARC HDMI connection. I validated that the Sony TV is set to control connected components.  Any thoughts would be appreciated. -Jon

Very simple, while this has worked for years, now when I search an artist on Sonos iOS app or by voice control, I only get one album by the artist selected.  On the Amazon app I get all the albums.  Reset the entire system and router, removed and reinstalled the Amazon service in the Sonos app…..  Same result.

As I understand it, Sonos equipment using wireless mode 0 (WM0) uses a proprietary Sonos mesh wireless network referred to as SonosNet.  (When first introduced, Sonos touted this as preferable to using your home’s usual wifi because at the time, good home wifi was less common than it is now.)I understand that equipment using wireless mode 1 (WM1) uses your existing, home wifi .  (I’ve seen it suggested that this is okay because home wifi is better these days, and preferable because no Sonos device *needs* to be network wired to your router. to gain Internet access for your Sonos system.)There may be reasons for an owner to want WM0 or WM1.  So here’s my question.  Is it possible to force a Sonos System into WM0 or WM1.  Supplementary question.  If it is, does it have to be done at initial setup, or can the change be made later? (I realise that in the face of the disgracefully bad Sonos apps that appeared this year, the idea that it might be possible to make a WM0 or WM1 choice is highl

To the Sonos app I received a notification that my Apple Music access had expired but when I go to Apple everything is fine and the service is due to renew next month but is Current.

I just purchased the Sonance - MAGO6SYSV3 - Mag Series 2.0-Ch. Outdoor Speaker System Powered By Sonos.  It’s essentially 2 passive Sonance speakers with the Sonos Amp.  I was able to successfully set everything up but the speakers are not registering on the Sonos App (and are not picked up in my Sonos account) to actually register for any warranty issues. Can anyone help me figure out how I go about registering the two speakers? thank you!

Hello all.  I have a SONOS ARC, 2 SL1s and a SONOS Sub.  The SONOS system is running off my home internet WIFI signal  The SONOS Arc is connected to the TV with an HDMI.  The SONOS system is Not hardwired through ethernet.I just noticed that the SONUS is putting out WIFI access that is not password protected - a signal which can allow anyone can access my WIFI - without a password.  (It comes up as an unlocked WIFI signal on all of my devices.)Question:  Is there anyway to add password protection to the SONOS wifi.  If not, can I deactivate the WIFI signal it is putting out?Thanks.  

I updated my Sonos app today, for some reason the status lights on my Era 100 speakers switched on. I went into the app looking for the hardware section to turn them off, it usually lets you turn off the lights, or disable the Touch Bar on the areas on or off. This section is no longer showing in the new app, and for some reason the lights on the Eras are switched on, I also used to switch the touch volume on the Eras control off when the grand kids are here,and that is missing as well.Any idea were Sonos have put this in the new app, or is it another cock up.. .appreciate any advice or help on this

Every single day I have to turn off/turn back on Sonos multiple times just to establish total connectivity for my set-up (Arc+2 Era 300s, Sub, and 4 satellites). Sometimes I have to reboot the router. All of this is HIGHLY annoying and makes me think Sonos must be unable to figure this crap out. I have too much $$$ invested in this for Sonos to not have a solution for almost completley sucking the joy out of owning this setup.

I have an old Play:1 that I have trouble connecting to my WiFi router. If the router connects at 5.0 GHz, the music cuts in and out. The router also has 2.5 GHz but it connects automatically without allowing a choice. If I reboot the router a few times it will eventually choose 2.5 and then the speaker works fine. I have talked to Sonos customer service 3 times and they swear that the speaker works fine on 5.0. My experience says the opposite. Does anyone have experience with this and is there a fix?
