Dear Sonos Why are you suggesting people manually adjust their Router when they can put their security at risk?!

I have bought a lot of Sonos products. I am disapointed with the current situation related to the play one speakers and their wifi issues. The fact that sonos tech support is encouraging people to manually adjust their router settings is troubling given the security risks that can arise.

The supported WiFi modes and security standards for the are stated here:

If your router settings are not compatible then they need to be changed to a supported mode.

Who did you contact for support, phone, chat, or?

What router setting did they mention? Also how does that impact security?
