I would like to connect the soundbar Beam with the speaker Move 2. Is it possible?

Hey, I currently have two Sonos One mounted with Sonos original wall mounts as back speakers for my living room setup. Have just bought two Era 100’s and thinking about exchanging with the One’s.Current setup: https://www.sonos.com/en-us/shop/wall-mount-one-play1-pair-blackNew setup: https://www.sonos.com/en-us/shop/sonos-era-100-wall-mount-pair-blackCan’t seem to find any information regarding the hole spacing, so, does anybody know if the hole spacing is the same as for the One’s or if the design has changed so that I have to drill new holes? Thanks!

My fiancee had to change Sonos account email and now we can't control the system at all - it keeps telling us to log in as system owner. On website it also does not show any systems registered to her account. Any solutions besides factory resetting some 10+ speakers?

We have recently bought a new Samsung tv. It does not have digital optical so we purchased an hdmi to optical converter from sonos. However after plugging this into hdmi arc slot on tv and connecting to optical port on playbar, it still does not recognise the playbar. Any ideas on what we can do?

I'm trying to set up a new sonos system and adding a ray to it. It finds the ray just fin and connects to it. But when I need it to connect to my wifi it fails. Have two wifi networks non of them working. And the same when trying to connect it via the Ethernet cable after the 3 failed attempt. Even more strange if I connect it via Ethernet before powering it on then when getting to the wifi setup it can't find any networks. If I enter the network name my self it still fails amd doesn't even give me the chance to use the Ethernet

Hello, I’m not sure if this bug has been reported here or not so I’m just doing my due diligence so this can get fixed (soon hopefully). Something like this happens: Select Move Gen 1Set up Stereo PairBoth speakers connectListen for chime coming from Left or Right SpeakerSelect Left or Right SpeakerSetting up Stereo pair loading bar appearsThen once it’s connected the speaker with the chime coming from it dosnt play music the other one does. They are both connected and seen as a stereo pair on the app.I don’t have a video of this happening but I can get a video next time I try to configure the stereo pair of Sonos Move Gen 1. Hopefully this can get resolved soon as the Move are great speakers and would love to experience them as a pair! They’ve been functional in the past but now seem to have this issue when pairing. Thank you have a nice weekend.  Zach

I’ve just downloaded IOS18 onto a iPhone 14pro. Every time I start the SONOS app , it crashes. Prior to the iOS update IOS 17 was stable..

Hello everyone. I can't find any YouTube playlists on my sono move 2. Please help. The link to YouTube music is there. Thx Andreas

Have they fixed the having to turn HD on and off with the Alexa skill now? As I know before there was an issue which rectified itself by turning HD off now it says it is playing in HD but the audio doesn’t seem like this is the case.. does anyone have an idea on this as I know the Sonos app version doesn’t need an account so they don’t offer the HD as far as I am aware. Or is the only way to achieve HD is to airplay the station to the Sonos itself?

Beyond frustrated with the new app. My Apple service needs to be reauthorized. Sonos doesn’t let me do this from my PC, which actually functions. It makes me do it from the app, which doesn’t function (and is beyond slow once the new app was introduced). In particular, the app makes me sign in on an endless do loop even though my profile shows up on the app. HELP!!!!

Hi, I have a single story double-fronted weatherboard in Melbourne, Australia that is being extended, restored and built next year and currently planning placement of in-ceiling sonos speakers by sonance and would love guidance and advice on optimal size (6” or 8”) and placement for both 2 x bathroom areas (Bath 1/W.I.R and Bath 2/Laundry) and then open plan living (TV), dining and kitchen area. For the living (TV) area I plan to have Sonos Arc Ultra, Sub 4, and currently 2 x 8” in-ceiling as rears, but thinking it would make sense to have a 2nd pair of 8” in-ceiling more for the dining/kitchen area and for music. The bench that goes from the kitchen through to the dining will have a turntable and was thinking an Era 300… is this too much? or?In the bathrooms, I thought 6” but maybe 8” would be better and in non stereo? unsure on exact placement or how close could have to shower…Bath 1 is 2.9m - could have speaker in/near showerBath 2/Laundry is 2.9m but then there is a skylight above t

Hello I have Sound bar thats connected to a sub, I then have an amp in my kitchen thats connected to wall speakers. For some reason the Tv sound will start randomly playing on the Kitchen Amp speakers for no reason. I will shut it off and uncheck those speakers then randomly again it will start playing at some point. Anyone else have this issue?

I’ve connected my Move 2 via the MacOS app and am able to play music from my Mac.  I can’t seem to get it to connect on my iPhone using the iOS App.  It was working and was playing Spotify from my phone onto Move 2 but when I closed App and went back in it’s now showing Not Connected and has options to Add Speaker or Component or joint an existing system.  I can’t get either of them to work.  This has been a nightmare set up for something that should be so straightforward.  Not a good start for Sonos.

Je n'arrive pas à connecter ma sonos Five que je viens d'acheter. A chaque fois j'ai une erreur 801. Une solution ? Moderator Edit: Google Translate - I can't connect my Sonos Five that I just bought. Every time I get an 801 error. Any solution?

The TV remote with my TV is an IR remote but also connects to the TV with Bluetooth which is used for voice search and updates. I've been trying to connect it to the Ray so we can control the sound without relying on the app but everytime I attempt to press Vol up 3 times it keeps saying it didn't detect a signal from the TV remote. I've tried disabling Bluetooth on the TV, I've tried turning off the lights in the room, turning off the TV and the lights, got a couple meters away and been right up close. Nothing seems to work. The manual for the TV says it's an IR remote which apparently means Sonos is compatible but nothing working. Does anyone know of a way to get them to connect that ideally doesn't involve buying a different TV remote. Might have to return this if we have to rely on only the app.

How do I setup my alarm clock to play on the speaker insted of my phone, just like I do with the music. Pls help me Out.

I am a terribly confused new owner of 3 Roam 2 & 2 Move 2.   i am slowly learning.I would like to be able to play music while away on trips. I have Apple and Amazon music.  While I’m home, Alexa will play on my Sonos and even if I leave for a short bit and come back it still plays for a bit.  How do I get her to play while away via Alexa App?  And does she only play for a period of time?   😩

Is there any good reason why I could not use the Era 100 speaker outdoors?Have a very small garden. The garden table is just 5-6m from the WiFi booster in the Dining room.  Have 4x 13-amp IP-rated sockets in the garden so mains plug-in is not an issue either.I appreciate the Era 100 is not waterproof. But I would only use it in Summer while sat outside. If I could use the Era 100 in the garden then I could either use the one I have in the Study, or buy a second one giving the additional option of pairing them if needs be.It’s also a lot cheaper then the Move 2, which also would need recharging. Thanks in advance of any comments.

What is error code 1106?

I have had a Sonos system for many years, 9 x Sonos One, 1 x Beam 1 x Era 100 & 1 x roam. I updated a playlist using the old Sonos app, (as we know that isn't a feature the new sonos app affords us!) and since then music drops ALL of the time. I could be playing music with all the sonos one speakers grouped together, and either one of the stereo pairs would drop/ unpair itself ( so only one speaker of the two would play), or one of the single speakers will not play music, although the app shows them as playing music.Sonos spent weeks telling me that it was my wifi, to the extent I was going to leave my internet provider. They told me to wire two speakers into the router, which I did. They also told me to buy a mesh system, which I did… and it still hasn't fixed the issue. What sonos is failing to admit, is that this isn't an issue with my wifi! I can play songs on my speaker without any issues if I airdrop the music to my speakers, not an issue. I primarily use apple music, but I h

The problem is precisely when I play from the Sonos app:I go into the music service, choose any song from the library, it plays it, ends and that's it. Silence. It doesn't do anything else.(The device is Era300 in case that is of any relevance).Thanks.

I need advice for configuration of my existing stereo system (Pinell 701) and Sonos Beam and Sub. The stereo has a built in amp and an RCA line out. Can I connect it, via Sonos Port’s line in, to the Sonos Beam and Sub to stream stereo?
