Je n'arrive pas à connecter ma sonos Five que je viens d'acheter. A chaque fois j'ai une erreur 801. Une solution ?

I can't connect my Sonos Five that I just bought. Every time I get an 801 error. Any solution?

Hi @Mechefolle67

Welcome to the Sonos Community!

Sorry to hear of this issue you are having with setting up your new Five speaker.

The 801 message is related to an issue that we are investigating.

Do you have a computer on the same network as your new Five? If so, please download and install the Windows/MacOS Sonos app and attempt the speaker update from it instead.

If this does not fix the issue, I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports.

I hope this helps.
