I'm using Apple Music with a Sonos setup consisting of Arc + Sub + two Era 300 speakers.When I play the following album, playback consistently halts mid-track, and the Sonos system becomes completely unresponsive—as if it's frozen. Does anyone else constantly have problems with their Sonos system disconnecting and constantly have to update network and is there a way to fix this?

I had 2 play:3s using S2 and ditched the bridge when I updated to S2 (years ago). One of my play 3:s died. I tossed it and purchased a used play 3 on ebay. Just received it, plugged it in and went to the app to add it but it never finds it. The white light flashes for about a minute and then goes solid. Some help I found online says to factory reset it by pressing and holding the button while plugging it in. I tried that but that did not change the behavior. While light flashes then goes solid. Don't know what to do. Please help!

Hello,On top of my issue with the Amazon Music and Plex libraries, I am not able to access and read music from my NAS.Set-up:NAS : Unraid 7.1.4SMB config:Enable SMB: Yes (workgroup)Hide "dot" files: NoEnable SMB Multi Channel: NoEnhanced macOS interoperability: YesEnable NetBIOS: NoEnable WSD:YesI went to Library, add network device, then entered \\192.168.0.11\mylibaraythen my username and password.I got a message ‘library installed on your system” and then immediately after, I got the message box “\\192.168.0.11\mylibaray is not available blahblahblah”My NAS is online and my windows machine is connected to the sahred folder. Only the Sonos S2 can’t connect to it.Is it a bug still not fixed or there is an issue on my side?The user I am connecting with ash the read/write permissions on the shared folder….Thks for your help!Valyno

I don’t want Sonos radio taking up screen space as I don’t use it and have access to plenty of music that I do want. So how do I remove it from view?

I have lossless audio for Spotify whether I use the app on my phone, PC app or Alexa app on all Akexa devices and PC speakers. But when i switch auduo to my Sonos 100, which I got the other day, the lossless option on where the song is playing goes away. How do I get it to translate to Sonos? Lossless was kind of the point of getting it

I know this question has been asked before, but I can only find older posts, and I’m hoping there has been a more recent update to the system that might allow this. I have a turntable connected to a Sonos Amp and listen to vinyl on wired and SONOS speakers (ones, ERA 100’s, and Beam gen 2 + Sub Mini) throughout the house. Now I’d like to listen through wireless headphones, too. But on first look, it appears this is not possible through the Sonos Ace Headphones? I’d like to be wrong. Can anyone help with how to connect decent headphones (Sonos or something else) to a system like this? Thanks.

I’m looking for speakers to pair with my Sonos Amp. I’m looking at the Dali Menuet SE, KEF LS50 Meta or B&W 706 s3.  Has anyone tried any of these speakers with a Sonos amp and if so what are their thoughts? Alternatively does anyone have any other speakers they can recommend.FYI I mainly use the amp for my home cinema and listen to music now and again.  I would love to hear people’s thoughts?

We have a (Sony pslx310bt) connected to 4 Sonos Era 100 speakers. When we first got this set up, the blue tooth function did not work on the sony and the speakers had to have a hard line in connection to work. They worked great…. Until the the update allowing the blue tooth function to work (supposedly). Now every time a record starts playing, one pair of era 100s starts playing the song about ten seconds ahead of the other pair. I have to go into the app and mess with settings to get it working properly. Sometimes this lasts one song, sometimes the whole record. It's enough to drive one crazy.  When I use the sonos system with bluetooth connected to my phone, it starts playing with only one pair of the speakers and I have to go in to select the other set every time. For as much as this stuff costs I don't feel like it should be so so complicated to use.  What gives? 

Hello Community,This is my first topic. I have sonos in 4 rooms.One of them have 2 one sl, 1 sub and 1 playbar.one of them have 1 one sl and ikea.One of them have 1 one sl.my bedroom have 2 one sl and minisub. my house have 3 internet access point with mesh wifi 6.I have entire home group.I started the music from spotify music is playing whole house except of my bedroom. Music is start and immediately stopped. Interrupted constantly. No problem entire house but only problem in my bedroom. What can i about this issue?

Hi there,just gotten my first Sonos product, a soundbar. I am testing the app right now and listen to a few songs.I am wondering how to scrobble the music I am listening to to last.fm though. Somehow I cannot find an integration. This is a huge surprise to be honest since every audio device or software I used in the past 20 years supported scrobbling.Not having scrobbling on the soundbar is annoying but it will mainly play movies. But when there is no scrobbling I cannot take Sonos serious as a music player and won’t get any other speakers which I will use for music listening.So any help for scrobbling is appreciated, and if its not possible take this post as a feature request.Cheers!

To my Christmas horror, anything by John Rutter and the Cambridge Singers is now blocked. Is this because Tidal cannot pay the Collegium record label? Here am I back to using a CD player when these carols should be streaming. Has anyone had the same experience? Merry Christmas!

I have some MP3’s in the File Folder on my iPhone. Is there any way to stream them to my ERA 300’s?

Hi,I am having an issue where one of my speakers does not always show in the app after it has been idle for some time.Restarting the app usually fixes it, but it keeps happening again. The speaker is powered on and connected to the same network. Is this a known behaviour, or are there settings I should check to keep it visible?

I have a Sonos system with 2 Amps and two small speakers I am getting continuous dropouts. I tried to change the channel, but this is great out and I can’t change it. What can I do to fix it?

On the 21st December 2025 my surround sound One SLs stopped playing and in the app it did they could not be found. I reset them and re-added them and they both updated to 92.0-72090. They then would not add as surrounds to my Arc Ultra so I,reset this and re-added this. This also updated to 92.0-72090. This version isn’t mentioned here - https://support.sonos.com/en-gb/article/release-notes-sonos-system-updates Anyone know why this version is not mentioned and why I had to re-setup all 3 speakers?

I am experiencing an ongoing issue that has now persisted for over a year. One of the primary reasons we invested in the Sonos system was its ability to set alarms to play specific playlists — a feature we used daily. For the past year, however, the alarm function has been essentially unusable. Here are the consistent issues we experience:I cannot set alarms from my phone at all. My husband can set alarms from his phone, but only with the chime sound — no playlists will play. No matter what we try, the playlist option simply does not work.I have:Contacted your support team multiple times via phone and chat. Been told repeatedly that the issue “needs to be escalated” — but without receiving any follow-up or resolution. Double-checked every possible setting and update on our end.I would like a direct and specific response on:What is causing this issue? Whether Sonos intends to fix it — and if so, the expected timeline. 

Multidecade sonos owner.  I've seen tunein stations come and go.  I've had issues playing certain stations on S1 because it didn't support the stations bitrate (radio dismuke) but was fine on S2.I've a problem with a specific tunein station called “radio synthpop”.  It queues, it plays TuneIn ads, it shows the song playing, the song playing updates when the next song starts -- but not one hint of audio.  I can play it through a browser no problem.Can someone do me a favor and see if you can reproduce this by loading this station?I can't post the image of it (sigh) but it's purple, green, and white.  SynthPOP RADIO “Tu Defecto... I have recently purchased a Beam Gen2 and a couple of Era 100s. My existing system is S1 so I need to upgrade if I want them to all play happily together. This I am failing to do. I have removed my 2 s1 only Connects but when i run the s2 Update it finds the system but is unable to update it.If I run the S1 app it tells me to check for updates, when i do this it takes me to the play store S2 App entry. The “system compatibility check” option is greyed out. If I run s2 it will find my s1 system but says it cannot update the system.I have been in touch with Sonos Support - the upshot of which was the 2nd line guy wanted me to reset my s2 components and add them one by one. This of course will result in me losing all my playlists. - which the Support guy said was the normal update approach.Help!

Hi, I’ve recently upgraded my soundbar from Beam 2 to the Arc Ultra and I’m finding, when watching movies that the soundtrack element is very low in the mix.  I have the Arc Ultra paired with two Era 300s and a Sub Mini but I seem to be getting very high levels for sound effects and very low volume levels for the music score.Is there anything I can adjust to beef up the music?

I recently purchased Sonos Arc UltraSub 4Era 100While I am happy with the sound quality a few things annoy me.I play from my NAS..Why the limit of The limit of 65000 tracks?I have several apps that cost a few bucks that can cope with my entire library of approx 180000 tracks.I find this limit pretty stupid. Hopefully this will be addressed.Also there does not seem to be any option to power down any of the Sonos gear even when the TV is powered down..Only option is to switch it off at the power point as far as I can tell.(unless I’ve missed something).My old Sony soundbar had no such issue.

I currently have a Sonus Arc and Sub Gen3. At some point I am going to add my turntable using a Sonus Port. Before that I want to add surround sound by adding 2 x ERA 100’s on dedicated stands.My lounge room is  6.5mtrs x 3.5mtrs. My TV is wall mounted midway on the long side of the room, with the Sonus Arc mounted onto the base of TV wall bracket . My settee/listening point is opposite to the TV -so about 3mtr away from the soundbar. The Sub Gen3 is in the corner of the room to the right of the TV.Due to the layout of the room, the ERA 100’s can only be placed either side of the setee, either wall mounted or on stands. So one speaker will be no more than half a meter away from my head when sitting on the setee and the same for the person sitting next to me.I have two questions;1) Will I be able to use the ERA 100’s as surround speakers and as speakers when listening to music over Spotify? If not, what would I need to do to get the 100’s to work with Spotify2) With the speakers being s

I just want to confirm there is no way to use a Sonos connect with a STR-DH190 to play records without the annoying delay. There needs to be a way to keep the integrated Phono amp operating at the same time you have it set the amp set to input 4 as far as I can tell. Not a total dealbreaker. Just checking.
