I've been chatting and speaking with Sonos technical support for the past four hours and am about to have my issue escalated for the sixth time. The one thing that not one of the technicians has tried is to recreate the issue on their own Sonos speaker.Voice Control will NOT connect to KUSC - Classical California: The station is in my “Favorites” and the app will connect to it - but Voice Control either fails to respond or connects to a channel named “Blue Mood” - which plays orchestral light jazz with commercials. Could someone, please, try to get Sonos to play KUSC using Voice Control and let me know the result? Thanks!

All of a sudden no sound is some out of my Roam. Sonos app ‘sees’ it and shows audio coming from it, but I hear nothing. Factory Reset twice with no luck. During Reset I hear audio.Play/Sound controls on Roam don’t appear to do anything either.Controlling system via iPad OS27 app.

Can I use this on YouTube

I have several alarms setup to wake up, they can be activated and deactivated with a toggle. They worked great forever, suddenly now it’s a huge effort to get them to deactivate or activate them. It’s either reboot the whole system, or phone, refresh the connection that seems to get it to respond. Or just doing it, several times. Why is it so hard to make it work?  This seems to have changed in the last 6 months, so whatever update was performed has made it extremely difficult to accomplish a simple task.

My sonos one keeps dropping from the app.  LED is flashing red I re-assign using rj45 connection   ther wireless way wount work at all. it will be fine for a day .. then back to flashing red

When will Sonos allow Play Dead music app to be added?

I have two sonos 5 2nd gen paired with my victrola turntable (sonos compatable).  Everything worked great until my cleaning lady unplugged the table.  Now my stereo sound is weak.  Like im only getting one channel.  My Jimi Hendrix cuts out depending on the panning.  Any thoughts?

On Beam Gen 2 (which is set up with Sub Mini and 2 x Play:1 surrounds), when I ask Alexa to “Play 6 Music”, halfway during the response “Now Playing BBC 6 Music” the volume increases and the station music sounds much louder than I want it.Does anyone else get this and what can I do to stop it happening. It really is ridiculously loud when the volume increases.

I have a turntable currently using the Sonos port. I recently purchased the Sonos ace headphones and a BTA 30 is it possible to listen to my vinyls on my Sonos ace headphones? If so, can anyone help me? I can’t seem to get this to work

I have a Sonos Arc Ultra in a group with a sub and two Sonos One speakers. If I bought a Sonos Amp, could I add that to the group to play two more speakers, which are not Sonos speakers?I have heard this could lead to a TV audio delay of about 75 milliseconds? If this is true, can I adjust for this in the Arc Ultra's settings?

I am at a loss trying to find information.  Any help would be appreciated.  I have a multiple Sonos products in my house (no group set-up FYI), and I also have multiple Echo Dot speakers.  Alexa works on all devices both Sonos and Alexa Echo Dots.  There is one skill imparticular that is not working over the last month is Sleep Jar through Voice Commands on Sonos products, but does work on Echo products?  When I give the voice command to play or launch a particular sound on any Sonos device - the response I get is “Having Trouble accessing skill”.  This particular skill is linked in my Alexa app settings.  Since it works on Echo devices no problem - my thought is this is a Sonos issue and I downloaded the latest upgrade.  Is advice on how to fix -- my only work around has been to Airplay on the Sonos speakers, but only my phone to access not voice.

We have an ARC Ultra installed along with a SUB and AMP.  The ARC, every now and then, lowers its volume by itself to 15. We don't have a control system, just the TV. Has anyone seen this before?

how to change the administrator on a Sonos product

Hi all, I currently own the Sonos Arc Ultra and I am looking to add rears and sub to my living room set up.I mainly watch Anime, Netflix original series and amazon prime movies. I will play music occasionally. For the rears, I am torn between the Era 100s and 300s as my room layout is asymmetrical (one side is closer to the wall and the other leads to the hallway and rest of the house). My sofa is against the wall as well because my living room is small. For the sub, I am torn between the Sub 4 and the Sub mini.Assuming budget is not a concern, which set-up would give me the best audio experience (clear sounds and dialogue etc)? Appreciate your thoughts and input! Planned position and floor plan belowRears - redSub - blueArc Ultra - black(TV and Sofa position cannot be swapped, my ceiling has cove lightings and a fan too)

Why do I have so much trouble resubscribing to Sonos Radio HD?

Hi, I have a Play 5 gen 1 that I recently added to my sonos account but it doesn’t show under Upgrade section and hence doesn’t show the upgrade offer.  How do I go about making it show?

Since the most recent firmware update and app update (Android) I had my music I was listening to on Amazon music go from fairly quiet levels to around 46 which made it very loud. I am not sure if this is an app or firmware issue. But this is very annoying and makes me not want to listen to music in fear it's going to get way too loud with my kids in the room.  It has also randomly just started playing music when none was playing.  I am not sure if it has anything to do with the lock screen controls in the app being on? I turned them off. But curious if this is happening to anyone else. This on my Arc Ultra with Era 100 surrounds and sub gen 4

This might sound like a strange question, but I realized the other day that I almost never just sit and listen to music anymore. Most of the time my Sonos speakers are playing while I'm working, cooking, or cleaning. I can't remember the last time I put on an album, sat on the couch, and listened without doing anything else.Has anyone else noticed this? Or do you still make time for dedicated listening sessions? If you do, I'd love to know what kind of music pulls you in enough to put your phone down for an hour.

Hi, As I’m French, I already apologize if my english is not perfect. My music system in my house is Sonos configured.I have Sonos Era 100 et Sonos One speakers independant in some rooms and for home cinema, I have Sonos Arc Ultra + Sub4 + 2 Era 100 for surround. As my wifi router was not working well, I built a simple TP Link Omada network based with a controller and 4 access point. I desactivate my router wifi and wifi board and my Vlan is managed by Omada Controller only. But I am facing a lot of connections issue with sub4 and 2 Era 100 surround speakers. It is almays losing wifi connections … Only on this home cinema speakers. All others still connected … Arc Ultra beam is 50cm from Sub4 so It is not a covering issue. I can see them offline in Omada Management board … sometimes go back online … but more often offline. I already factory reset devices and restore wifi connection but still losing after a while.I also forced wifi connection to the same access point via Omada application i

I have had a Sonos Beam Gen 1 in my living room for quite some time. It is connected to my Samsung TV via HDMI ARC and connected to my network through Wi‑Fi. I am using a 2.4 GHz Wi‑Fi network. The Beam works fine on its own.Recently, I purchased two Sonos Era 100 speakers with the goal of using them as surround speakers with the Beam. When installing the Era 100 speakers through the Sonos app, I initially receive a message stating that the Era 100 has been added but may not be visible in the system. The app then advises me to unplug the speaker and reconnect it. This is indeed the case: after the first installation, the Era 100 does not appear in my list of devices. When I set up the Era 100 again, I am asked to confirm that the speaker is working by pressing two touch controls. After that, the Era 100 speakers do become visible and function normally either as standalone speakers or as a stereo pair. The problem occurs as soon as I add the two Era 100 speakers as surround speakers to the

My source is analog computer via 3.5mm headphone out to sonos amp on “system 1 room a” and to sonos connect gen 1 with power amp on “system 2 room b”….all passive speakers….common to both systems is spectrum wifi (ethernet connect to computer, sonos amp and sonos connect gen 1)….sonos app on computer controls whether I choose manually sonos amp, or sonos connect controlling “system 1” or “system 2” respectively.Problem:...once sonos amp or sonos connect are chosen on sonos app…...app randomly decides on its own to jump to the other system after it is chosen... Ideas…?….thank you..!!

I want to add a bass booster to give my home entertainment system more low-mid range bass. I already have 2 sets of Play 3, 2 sets of Play 1,lspeakers,’plus a Playbar for my TV but also connects to music if I choose. All about 10 years old but still work great. Can anyone recommend a unit? I’ve looked at the shop but worried about backwards compatibility with both app and existing Play1 and 3’s and whether I need a small or larger bass booster- my house is a small mid terrace open plan.Appreciate any advice.
