Hello,I’m having a strange issue with my Sonos Move 2 and Roam. Whenever I turn on the speaker(s) and connect via AirPlay, my music always stutters.However, if I play a song for about a minute via Spotify Connect and then switch to AirPlay, everything works fine.I experience this issue regardless of which iPhone, iPad, or Mac I use.The speakers are, of course, up to date, just like my Apple devices.

The Alexa voice volume is way louder than the music level. Anyone aware of a fix. I’ve read other threads without a working solution and mention of Sonos looking at a fix 7 years ago! 

Why does the sonos app keep dropping one of my connects so I can't see it i  the app, even though I can see it in Spotify connect and play music to it?Any ideas to save me from resetting it all the time and connecting it as a new device?  Im an android user.Thanks Sonos Community

My Move won't enter Bluetooth pairing mode when I press the Bluetooth button on rear. I do hear the tone, but no blinking blue light and it doesn't show in my available devices list. It worked fine until I added eeros wifi ext devices to my existing system. I also have 2 Arcs & 2 Subs, connected to same network,  working fine. Any ideas? Thx! Steve

When I play long DJ sets from Youtube Music, it always skips to next after a while (typically 10-20 minutes into the track). I have tried removing YT from Sonos services and adding it back in (this trick usually works with Soundcloud), but the issue persists. Any ideas?

Why do my Sonos One speakers drop out regularly when playing bbc radio 

I can't use YouTube Music in my Sonos app. Nothing shows up in the app, totally blank. I've installed the app multiple times, relinked my accounts, restarted the router and so on. Searched the forums and web, no answer. Am I doomed here?  

My Sonos Amp (about 3 years old, ~$1,200) has completely failed! Theres a  popping/static sound and nothing...I went through full troubleshooting and spoke with Sonos support, and the conclusion is that the amp itself is faulty. Since it’s out of the 2-year warranty, the only option offered was to replace it. Honestly, that’s disappointing for a premium product at this price point, especially with no repair option available. Has anyone else experienced this? Were you able to get any goodwill replacement or help from Sonos or the local importer?

I have four rooms in my Sonos ecosystem. Living Room (Beam Gen 2 and Sub Mini with HDMI connection to TV), Media Room (Arc with HDMI connection to TV, Sub Gen 3, and 2 Era 300 as surrounds), Sonos Pair (of Play:1’s) and a Sonos Move. Often when I use the Sonos App the active room is the Living Room. I want to play something in the Media Room. When I deselect Living Room, select Media room, and hit Apply, the playback is correctly set to the Media Room, but the Living Room goes silent. Since my wife is often watching TV in the Living Room when this happens, it causes her some consternation. To resolve this she has to turn up the TV volume (which controls the Sonos system via eArc). Am I doing something wrong?

I have tried numerous methods to play ABC radio using SVC on my new play speaker.  I seem to have failed at every turn.  Sonos Radio will not play them, RadioApp will play them but not through SVC only using the app, same for TuneIn.  I would prefer not to use Alexa or google, but it may be the only way. Has anyone overcome this issue?

how to connect sonos app to sonos speakers and any brand speakers

I have two complete Mag6.1 systems.  I was told by Bestbuy tech support that I would be able to combine the 2 systems.  Can anyone guide me on how a can do this?  Or do I install both systems separately and somehow sync them in the Sonos amp?

Hi There, today morning, suddenly Spotify is quiet. Spotify app shows it is playing though (and it works with bluetooth speaker), but no sound. SONOS app can play radio, but not spotify.Anyone else and is there a solution? I repeatedly restartet the SONOS speakers, but didnt’t help.

After doing rverything suggested in wifi section and having latest ubuquity routers snd access points… Still, my symfonisk nisk is having bad days, where application claims to have lost connection to source (Swedish radio). Not problem with that source or any other, like Apple Music, but only when played through my Sonos and only some days. Is there some Sinos server involved that causes these drops??

Is the ere any possibility of Sonos changing to a more granular eq for their amp, I rely on the amps and B&W 8’s and I find the current equalizer not up to taking advantage of this setup

Whenever I launch Destiny 2 I get a distortion pop. Audio shows Atmos, but if I go outside the game(the Home Screen or store) while playing I lose audio or it lowers to barely audible.

Hi,  I am struggling to get Dolby Atmos to work correctly with my PC. I have a: Nvidia RTX 5080 (PC HDMI audio source)BenQ Mobiuz EX321UX Monitor (using eARC)SONOS Beam Gen 2  • Sub Gen 3  • 2x One SL rears What happens is that when the PC audio is set to "Dolby Atmos for Home Theater"  • Audio doesn't work at all  • Audio is choppy  • Audio works for a bit, then cuts out for a moment or a few minutes, then works again. It's as if the audio "crashes" and restarts. I recently swapped out the Sonos system for a Samsung HW-Q990F soundbar/sub/rears Atmos system, and it works as expected. Note - I used the same cables for both these setups, and only Sonos experienced the issue. This is especially frustrating for me as I have 6 rooms filled with Sonos speakers, and would love to continue to be a customer! Do you know what's going on here? Hello Sonos Team and Community,I own multiple Sonos speakers (including One SL) and have been a loyal user for years. Recently, I can no longer play Radio Rock (Finland) on Sonos. Instead of the station, I only get “Welcome to TuneIn” and ads looping endlessly.Here’s what I’ve tried:Removed and re-added TuneIn (New) in the Sonos app Logged in with my TuneIn account and added Radio Rock as a favorite Rebooted speakers, reset network, cleared cache Tried Sonos desktop app and mobile app Verified that the station works in TuneIn’s own appNothing works. Previously, I could add a custom stream URL to Sonos and bypass TuneIn issues, but Sonos removed that feature in recent updates. This leaves me with no way to listen to a major Finnish radio station on a multi-thousand-euro system.This is unacceptable. I am unable to listen to a podcast uninterrupted by sonos dropping out--- for minutes at a time!Device is next to my modem.I have unpluggef / rebooted a gazillion times.What happened?  This device is crap.

Why am I hearing adverts when I switch my Sonos on that is pre programmed to play Heart Berkshire via their global app. This also happened with Tunein but stopped when I move to global but it has started again

Recently the iOS app stopped playing my iTunes imported playlists.  I have the latest software updates including iOS 26.4.2 and Sonos app version 84.0.34.  Using the Windows 10 app (Sonos Controller for PC S2 17.2.2) I’m still able to play Music Library Imported Playlists as usual.  But when I attempt to play or shuffle a playlist from the Sonos iOS app I just get a spinning indicator.  However, I’m able to play individual songs from the iOS app using Play Now or Replace Queue, etc.I tried clearing the queue before attempting to play an imported playlist using the iOS app but that didn’t help.Anyone else having similar issues with the iOS app and imported playlists?  I suspect it’s due to the iOS app update 84.0.34 or other recent Sonos app update.  For now my only workaround is to use the Windows app on my PC, or to play individual songs from my playlists.  Bummer.

I started connecting Spotify (free) from Sonos app about 2 weeks ago and worked well for a week. In the second week, music was not coming through the Sonos speakers (pair of Five and a Sub) despite the Sonos app kept playing like normal. Tried disconnecting/reconnecting Spotify and playing through Spotify app. Music continue to play a while and then drop off while the Sonos/Spotify app kept playing. Tried rebooting router and power off/on speakers but still dropping off. All other music channels like Sonos Radio and Accuradio work as they should without dropping. It is just Spotify. Is it because I have a free account? I am reasonably sure this dropping off started after I updated firmware last week. Happy to disconnect Spotify permanently but I found this particulat music I liked only found on Spotify (Kelly Boesch).  

Just connected to my S1 App and 1 x Play 3 and 1 x connect amp are showing as incompatible, I have no idea how to rectify, help please….
