I have an android (15) phone. I had a system set up at the old house with no issues. We just moved, and when I attempt to set up with the new network, I keep being told I need to update the app. But when I go to the play store, there isn’t a new version, and doesn’t appear to be anywhere I can update anything at all (only the options to open or uninstall, I already uninstalled and reinstalled). Can I fix this, or is my investment up in smoke?

My SONOS MOVE just randomnly started to malfunction. It turns itself ON at any time. After tunring it off, in less than 10 minutes it will be on again.It was working just fine, I’ve had it for a couple of years now, but suddenly it started with this thing… Happens on bluetooth and over wifi. I was recommended to turn it into “deep sleep” which is simply ridiculous, as I use it regularly. I recently upgraded to the new iPhone 17 and updated to the iOS 26 public/stable release. I’ve had a Sonos Beam 2 all of 3 days and am wondering if I’ve made a mistake. I would have expected a pretty slick experience yet it seems the simple task of getting BBC radio to work is an utter PITA.After faffing on correcting my country etc to get it to let me setup the service I thought all was good. I asked Sonos to play BBC Radio 2 and it worked, same with Radio 4. This worked fine for a couple of days. Now suddenly though I’ve changed nothing I’m now just met with silence.I can manually get the station to play via the Sonos App, however if I use Sonos Voice it fails, having looked in the app I can see its selected the requested station but then says ‘unknown content’ and is trying to play it through TuneIn. I’ve no idea why it’s suddenly started doing this when it was working perfectly?I found another thread explaining a convoluted way to get it to work with Alexa, but I don’t want to use that and frankly if it can't process a basic voice command like this I’ll be sending it ba

Yesterday when I tried to play BBC Radio 3, I got the message “cannot play BBC Radio 3” . It was the same for all BBC channels. Any ideas?

I have a “problem “ with my Sonos arc ultra : every time when i turn off my tv I still hear on the soundbar the sound of another tv channel for  30 seconds, every time its the sound of same tv channel , I don’t understand what is the problem, where I’m wrong, can someone tell me what to do? Regardless of which TV channel I watched, after turning off the TV, the sound of the same channel can still be heard 30 seconds from my Sonos arc ultra sound bar , after 30 seconds sound it’s gone and silence. 

I recently got two Era 100’s as a gift. I live in an apartment complex that uses wirestar internet as a community wide internet service. There is one network “Wirestar - Secure” that everyone uses but each unit has its own unique password. I’ve connected and reconnected my era 100’s many times and I have issues with the app. A lot of the time the app shows there is no system on my WiFi. Sometimes it connects and gives an error when trying to play music. Sometimes it will start to play music and then I lose control over volume or pause/play. I do not have access to my WiFi portal to look at the settings. What can I do to get this to work?

I have two SONOS ERA 100 speakers connected via Wi-Fi, but the connection is disrupted, possibly due to the speakers being far apart. (about 10m)My question is, if I connect one speaker wirelessly and the other with an audio cable, will it be possible to synchronize the two?

Goodmorning,I’m a bit surprised that out of the blue, my Sonos One (only a few years old) apparently, according to Sound Repair Belgium, has a burned audio chip and is unrepairable. Is this a common thing ? I have quite a few Sonos speakers and after the hassle of the last year (software), I was not really prepared to see hardware problems showing up. Since Sound Repair is not returning the unit, I was wondering if I could get some kind of commercial compensation to replace one or more units and just as important, could it happen to other Sonos devices too ?In the meantime, we keep struggling with the app, lot of interruptions, especially when changing songs lead to fall out on many devices (up to two minutes to get everything back in sync).Best regards,Vincent Verraest

I just bought a pair of Era 100’s from Costco and paired them with my AppleTV. Right now I can only control the speakers with the app on my phone. Is it possible to pair them with the AppleTV remote? When I try it wants me to use the Sonos remote to learn to pair but the Era 100’s don’t come with a remote.

I'd like help/support from the community. I currently have a Sonos amp system connected to two Era 300s and a Sub 3. I use this setup connected to a turntable. The sound quality is really good, and I'm very satisfied. But I have a large CD collection that my daughter wants to listen to, and I'm thinking about it in acquiring a CD player. I've been thinking about how to integrate it into the system without having to use the option to connect/disconnect the devices when using them. My best option, in my opinion, is to connect both the turntable and the CD player to a receiver.My question is whether I can connect the receiver to the Sonos amp or if it requires some other accessory. 

I have quite a few playlists saved in the Sonos app. Most include tracks I searched and saved from Napster to my Sonos playlist. A few days ago, none of those tracks would play. I’m buying a project turntable through Sonos and want to confirm that it will connect through my arc soundbar

I have seen several closed threads about connectivity issues with Wifi 7. I have called Sonos support twice about this issue and it seems like the bottom line is my Sonos speakers (including a Play 1, Play 5, and Era models) and the app only inconsistently work with Wifi 7 routers. And more specifically, the Sonos speakers need to stay connected to 2.4 ghz or they won’t consistently work. Is this still correct? if so, this is a huge weakness in an otherwise great sounding system.A few months ago I had my tech savvy brother in law help me connect all my speakers (the chiming process, which is cumbrous and slow) to my wifi network operating only 2.4ghz. For about a month or so this all worked. But at some point either my router rebooted or something and  I woke up  one day and all the speakers had disappeared from my system, according to the app, even though I could still see that the speakers were connected to my wifi network. I got given a zp90 and zp120. Using the sonos S1 app the firmware update for these 2 products fails returning an error 11. I understand this can be due to the firmware being very old. I tried live chat and did all the usual resetting and rebooting with the agent. Same error each time.  Any ideas about next moves. Thanks.  

I’m new to the Sonos family and was so excited to set up my Sonos Arc Ultra after hearing it in store. I have wall mounted my product, connected it to my network via an ethernet connection and it’s connected to a new LG OLED C5 TV using the HDMI eARC option.Sound from the TV is amazing. I rarely move above level 35 because it’s loud. If I play music via my TV using the Spotify app or Apple Music app the sound is also amazing. Level 50 is loud and level 70 would generate a noise complaint from my neighbours.If however I use the Sonos app or connect directly from my phone via bluetooth the sound is muffled and faint. At 70 the speaker from my iPhone would be louder and at 100 the sound you iis so soft you can talk comfortably. Sound is so underwhelming it seems like something is wrong. I want to be able to play music directly from my phone. Why would music from my phone be so quiet? Hi, For some reason I had to delete my system and re create it. Now when I try to add Qobuz it says "Qobuz wasnt added. I am now getting “An alarm is playing in X room” in-app notifications all the time. Seems to be happening since the last update. I know an alarm is going off. I set the goddamn thing. I want it to go off. What I don’t want is a pop up notification telling me it’s going off. That is incredibly stupid and annoying. I see no way to turn off this notification. I am on the most recent app update, iOS.The only thing for “Pop-up Messages” in the whole app I can find are for when “new prodcuts or features are available” in the App Prefences section. Doesn’t seem like that’s the place to disable this. Doesn’t seem to be anything about pop-up notifications in the alarm section of the app either...

I have purchsed 2x Sonos One speaker and a Beam a year or a bit more ago. The main purpose was to put it in each room (bedroom and 2 kids rooms) to set alarms and wake up next to music. Now I don’t see that function anymore and is frustrating me as it was probably the only reason I decided to purchase Sonos. Can someone help me out how I can still set the alarm.Thank you!
