Tried to buy the era 100. Not once but twice, first time I didnt sign in and was after playing with klarna was redirected back to my cart after purchase. So the money came out of my bank account but sonos says the purchase did not go through.Second time I signed in with my account, filled in all the information for shipping ect and went to pay with klarna and the purchase went through and it told me to go back to merchant. I go back to sonos and its literally showing the payment for me to pay again?So I was charged not one but TWICE for something that according to sonos is not an actual order. Just being held by my bank. Honestly so frustrated now I have to wait 30 days to get the money back after disputing with my bank. and will miss this sale and am out @ bunch of money for the next bit. Why have klarna as an option if the website is not properly set up? Don't know what to do honestly

Hello,I noticed the following issues just after upgrading my Ace headphones to the 3.9.9 FWPop artefacts from the ANC when working on my computer, it’s related to the ‘click’ sound of my mouse and to the keyboard keys sound. I get that issue with Adaptative ANC ON and OFF (I’m aware of the well knowed ANC pop artefacts with some specific sounds, but this one only appeard after the update)Audio artefacts when using aptX Adaptative in ‘low latency’ mode, it’s partially fixed by switching the bluetooth connection mode to “multipoint”, but i still get some artefacts from time to time. I’ve already performed a factory reset, but it didn’t help.Is there any where to downgrade the FW to the previous version ?Thank you.

Hi everyone, I’m having an issue with my web-based Morse code tone generator when listening through Sonos headphones and wanted to see if anyone here has experienced something similar. The website generates real-time audio tones in the browser using the Web Audio API. On standard wired headphones connected directly to my PC, everything works perfectly. However, when routing audio through Sonos (either via Bluetooth connection or through a Sonos device using line-in), I’m experiencing noticeable delay and, in some cases, complete silence after a few seconds.The main problem is latency. Morse code timing is very sensitive, and even small delays between dots and dashes make it hard to use for practice. With Sonos headphones, there seems to be a buffering delay that shifts the timing, even though the visual output on the site remains accurate. Occasionally, the audio starts correctly but then cuts out while the browser still shows the signal playing.For context, I’ve tested this in Chrome

We moved and i configured the two sonos moves [version 1) with no issues. My move version 2 doesn't respond 

I have changed nothing, have always been able to control volume on arc ultra through my nvidia shield remote and tv remote now after update i can only adjust it from the app when I use the other remotes I get the white light like usual on the soundbar but nothing changes, I hope this bug or issue gets solved quickly as it's annoying to go into the app everytime especially when youtube has a different volume than everything else and I have to adjust a lot

Hi everyone,I’m currently planning out a Sonos system for my new living area and would love some expert eyes on the layout. It's a very open, airy space with a vaulted ceiling and a massive floor-to-ceiling window wall on one side, which I know can be a nightmare for acoustics.I’m trying to figure out the best placement for a cohesive soundstage. Here is the current setup/plan:I’m planning on a soundbar (likely an Arc) under the TV and a subwoofer. As you can see in the photos, the room is quite deep. The "living" area is carved out by the L-shaped sofa, but it flows directly into the dining area and kitchen.The Rear Speaker Dilemma: I’m wondering if I actually need two rear speakers for this space to get a true surround feel, or if they’ll get "lost" given the open layout behind the sofa.Placement: If I do go with rears (like Era 100s or 300s), where on earth do I put them?Putting them on stands behind the sofa seems like the obvious choice, but would they be too close to the listener

The Alexa voice volume is way louder than the music level. Anyone aware of a fix. I’ve read other threads without a working solution and mention of Sonos looking at a fix 7 years ago! 

Hi guys. This isn’t a query regarding the arc ultra as such but I’m wondering if anyone is playing MKV files from Infuse Pro. I can get audio via airplay from my MacBook Pro to my Sony Bravia tv/arc ultra but it’s not Atmos. Video will not play at all. I’m obviously missing something (apart from the knowledge what to do) but it’s getting increasingly frustrating. Without getting too technical (as I won’t have a clue) has anyone had similar experiences and/or solutions. Many thanks. 

I bought a new tv, Samsung the Fram Pro 2025, and connected it to my Beam 2 using eARC. I also have a Connect:Amp in my system that connects my back speakers to the system plus a Sonos Mini sub. I can´t get Atmos whatever I play on the TV. In the Sonos app I only get Dolby Digital 5.1.  I use the HDMI-cable that came with the Beam 2 and it is connected to the eARC-port on the wireless one connect box.  I have tried Netflix with a Premium account, a Prime and a HBO account and no Atmos. Any ideas what I can do to get it to work?

Hi, hopefully you can help me out here. I was able to connect my Arc, 2 Era 300s and the sub 3 in my network having 2.4ghz with WPA/WPA2 authentication as it is the bare minimum requirement. First step was connect my sub to a room, which is with my Arc. after connecting, it says that the Product is not connected. which is weird.I tried to setup the surround with my 2 Era speakers and Arc, still ended up with the same error message on both Era speakers. I have also added their IP & MAC adresses as dedicated devices under the DHCP list and still got the same error messages and result of not having all of them turned on.. except for the Arc itself.  Basically I did the LAN cable thing and yes it worked but I cannot affort to have my cable running across the floor as it was only a test. I rang up the support which they said its a DHCP issue, which I never had before after their upgrade of my sonos products recently.  

Is there a reason that my music library indexing in my Sonos S1 is becoming unreliable?  A couple of months ago, I noticed that new additions to the library were not showing up after indexing.  The bug continues, as I just copied several albums to my NAS drive, indexed the volume, and could not find any of the new items when I searched on any of the criteria (Artist, Song, Composer, Folder, etc.). After a couple of restarts and several re-indexing attempts, some songs/albums appeared in my searches, but not all.  The songs were all from the same copying-over pass, they were all valid tunes from Apple Music, and they were all .m4a files.  Nothing different between them, but some showed up and some didn’t.  I have now restarted my Mac and rebooted the NAS drive again, and done another indexing pass, and, finally, all of my most recent music files appear in my search.So, the question is: why is this happening, and is this the new normal for “old” S1 systems using a NAS? Thanks, steve

I purchased the BK 402A and it is not outputting sound through my Sonos soundbar. It seems that the audio output is not working.The equipment I have is: a Sonos Arc Ultra soundbar, an Optoma UHD38x projector, and an Apple TV 4K.I connected the projector to OUT1 (eARC), the Sonos soundbar to INPUT eARC1, and the Apple TV to INPUT 2. The sound is coming out of the projector instead of the soundbar. The eARC button is turned on.From what I have read and understood, everything appears to be connected correctly,

I have several ROAM and ERAs in my home system. One of my ROAM started playing at supper low volume. Maxing it out, either manually or through the app, it doesn't play at even half the volume as other ROAMs in my system. What could the issue be?

Hey all, I have 6 sonos speakers set up in my reception, but recently ive been having the issue of them unsyncing, and some speakers playing music whilst others arent. What can I do to fix this?

I am trying to follow the instructions here to add a Google Nest Mini in a room which has an old Play 1 for voice control.I can’t for the life of me add it in the Sonos app. Basically I get to the stage where I go into my Sonos app, General Settings add voice assistant. One of the devices on my system is an Arc, which has the ability to install / have Google Assistant. So when I select Settings->General Settigns->Voice Assistants->Add a voice assistant->Google Assistant it comes up with a prompt ‘select a room to add Google Assistant’ and presents me with the room with the Arc in.There is no option to add my Nest Mini. I must be missing something but for the life of my I’ve got no idea what I need to do.

We have had our Sono system for years and it's been great. We recently had a new router installed and I’ve been having troubles ever since.After doing some research online it looked like the wifi bands being synchronised may have been the issue as Sonos primarily operates at 2.4GHz. I have spilt the bands on our router and connected the Sonos and my phone to the 2.4GHz but I’m still having issues.Every time I try and play anything the error message “ Unable to play - network connection speed insufficient to maintain playback buffer” showsI have the two play 3’s and play 5 with a bridge but nothing is connected directly to the router as they are all quite far away from it Can anyone please help as it's driving me insane, especially as I thought I have cracked it! 

I’ve just spent 4 hours on both on the Sonos chat and then had to call to try and get my system up and running. I’ve upgraded my Vodafone wifi 6E router to WiFi 7 but can only get my 4 x ERA 300 speakers to work. I can’t get the Arc and any of my older speakers to work ie Play one (gen2) x 2 or play 3 and Play 5.At the end I was told no they won’t work as our speakers aren’t compatible with WiFi 7 except the ERAs. So I’ve now got a partly obsolete system. I would have expected to be told that within 5 minutes if that’s really the case not 4 hours later after exhausting every avenue. I also asked so if I upgrade to the Arc ultra will it work but apparently it won’t either , I find it hard to believe no one else has had this issue as im sure many people are upgraded to WiFi 7.Has anyone heard if Sonos are addressing this or anyone had similar issues ?

Is it possible to pair my Denon RCD-M41DAB to a stero pair of Era 100s? At the moment it doesn’t register the speakers at all, I wondered if it might only be possible to connect to one speaker and not a stero set-up. 

Roku tv remote will not charge volume on my RAY soundbar 

Hi. I have been trying to play music on my Era 100 for a good while now, and it just won’t. It can connect to my phone, and my phone says it’s working and playing music through it, but no sound will come out. I tried turning it on and off, without any success. If it can help solving my problem, I’m using Spotify and am on iOS 18.6.2.
