Album Artwork is in a folder on desktop marked Album Artwork.jpg. Somehow, I have to include this folder in the pathway! Oh, the PATHWAY!! When I do create a pathway it says access to the shared folder is denied check username and password. when I updated my music library one piece of artwork transferred. I can't figure out why that worked and none of the rest worked… Help

Suddenly my Sonos speakers are no longer found on the local WiFi network when I want to stream music (via Airplay or otherwise). The app still works and through the app I can play music on my speakers. However, on my IPhone (and my girlfriends IPhone), we cannot use Spotify or other audio apps that previously worked. On Spotify it said: ‘no devices found on this network’. we have ‘klik en klaar’ internet from Odido. any idea how to fix this? 

I have a wired amp, Move, Move2, Era300 and Roam. All speakers are visible in the app. When I play music, I can play it on Move, Move2, Era300 and Roam but not on the AMP. I also tried playing something only on the AMP and then selecting more speakers and I can’t get all speakers to play. I have reset ever speaker, unplugged router, unplugged AMP. Sucks that this software and system has issues like this. 

Can I add a second pair of error 100s placed left and right of the arc. For additional sound 

I have been unable to use my old S1 for a couple of years. Trying again, but no settings icon on the app. I’m trying to check wi fi etc but without settings I can’t do. I have an up to date iPhone 12

Please try updating one more time..."So it sees that there's an update but it can't download it. Using Sonos Controlller for PC 11.15, Sonos OS is S1. Operating system is Win10 Pro. I have two speakers, both Play Ones.I shut down my PC, rebooted my router, turned on my PC, plugged a play1 into an open ethernet cable, opened the Sonos S1 Controller program on my PC, it saw there was an update, I clicked Update and I still get the same “The Sonos controller installer failed to download” error message. Please advise.

Ive tried adding bbc sounds to my system. But it doesn't even show on the app as a service i can add. I've added my address to the account to let it know im in the UK. Can someone give me a step by step guide ideally with screen grabs cos im completely stuck. I must be missing something.

Hi everyone,I’ve been using an Era 100 with a Line-In connection for a while now, but over the last two months, the behavior has changed significantly and it’s becoming quite frustrating.The Issue: If there is no sound for a short period, the Era 100 seems to "disconnect" or go into a deep sleep mode. When I start playing music again, it takes about 10 seconds before any audio actually comes out of the speaker.Why this is strange: This was not happening two months ago. It used to be near-instant or at least much faster. I am using the official Sonos Line-In adapter. Once it finally "wakes up," the audio is fine, but if I pause for a few seconds, the cycle repeats.  System Info: Speaker: Era 100 Connection: Line-In (Official Adapter) App Version: [Insert your app version here, e.g., 80.x] Thanks for any help!

Hello,  I dont see any reason why the other Topic was closed. Refering to I will not accept the fact that this is just closed to say “Just put it in same VLAN”. This is far more like a F*** O*** statement towards your customers. The previous models, were pretty fine working, untill the ERA has been released. How hard is it to listen also to your customers who wants to secure their enviroment and put things in different VLANS?  If this is not being fixed in the coming months, our stores in the Netherlands (35+), will not be onboarded with SONOS setups. To be honest, I still want this to get to work, but if this will stay like this, there is no other choice to see other brands. This is not a threat or a warning, just the facts.  Hope that someone from SONOS reads this actually. 

Hi all — looking for guidance from anyone running Sonos with multiple WiFi access points (non-mesh).Here’s my setup:Verizon Fios router (main router) in basement Additional ethernet wired WiFi access points throughout the house (not mesh, just APs) - first and second floor of home Sonos Arc + Sub + (2) play 1s in basement.  Different generations I believe, not exactly sure which. (2) Amps on first floor hard speaker wired to outdoor speakersIssue #1 –  Struggling to get my sub and basement settup The Sub factory resets properly (blinking green), connects to WiFi during setup, but then fails with:“There was a problem checking for updates”Error Code: 1,106The Arc is fully online and stable in the Sonos app, but the room shows:“Needs Attention”“Product – Not Connected”I’ve:• Power cycled everything• Factory reset the Sub Issue #2 – Spotify Zones Randomly Appear/Disappear in apps Separately (and this has been happening for ~6 months):Sometimes my Sonos rooms show up in Spotify Connect.  So

I am setting up a stereo pair with Sonos One speakers on both my bedside tables. Call them A and B.  As I face my bed, speaker A is on the left and speaker B on the right. But when I am in bed, speaker B is heard on my left and A is heard on the right. I want to use this stereo pair to listen to Binaural Beats, which plays music in a slightly different frequency for each ear. So my question is -do I call speaker B the left and speaker A the right? 

Play5 gen1 will not connect to wifi.All fixes attempted.Plays without issue when connected to router by ethernet cable .Cuts out when connected to wifi extender by ethernet cable.

Hi, I have a Sonos Beam soundbar right now and want to buy Sonos speakers for the rest of my apartment. I plan to therefore buy two Sonos Era 100 speakers. But will I be able to sync the sound with these speakers with the Sonos beam?

I have 3 amps. When I move them downstairs beside the wifi the app fails to see them. When they are in the living room the app sees them. When they are in the basement the eventually have a solid white led. Any ideas?

I rename it over and over, yet it always reverts. I rename it in the system settings for that speaker under the old name to the new name. Looks OK for awhile.Then...THE HORROR! It’s back! Again and again and again and again and again.God have mercy on my soul.

Buonasera,Da oggi,nonostante abbia scollegato e ricollegato l'account come da istruzioni,sonos non spegne/accende più le luci  ,e altri comandi domotici e inoltre non riproduce più i miei brani vocalmente.Ho letto le vostre.istruzioni perché è un problema segnalato ultimamente...mi aiutate per favore a risolverlo?Ho anche un n'est mini collegato e lui funziona.Grazie mille 

My speaker groups drop out and come back whenever I start music or skip a track (Apple Music and Spotify). And sometimes just randomly. Based on what I’ve read here, it seemes like a Wi-Fi interface issue, and I have followed every suggestion, to no avail. But today I realized that the problem is nonexistent when playing records via the analog-in on one of the two Fives. I’m praying that this info, in the right hands, might help me finally sort out the dropout issues when streaming. 

I bought my Play:3 in early 2015. It was a good experience for a while, but that began to change years ago, as it did for many users, and I’m now on the verge of tossing the device in e-waste.Some mornings, when I try to connect, my Play:3 functions properly. Most mornings, it doesn't. I wish I could say I enjoy the surprise.When I try to connect, the connection error says: "Not Connected. No products found on [name of my network]." Sonos support typically says it's a network problem -- it isn't. When I can't connect, I run speedtest and it's always fine. No other device on my network is erratic.The next step is to click System settings. The following page repeats the Not Connected message. "Your system not found on [network]. Right, need some advice please. Current setup in a large conservatory I have stereo pair of fives at one end and stereo pair of ones at the other end, currently group together when playing music. I have just ordered a beam gen 2 and a sub gen 4. What would be the best setup, music would be the priority over TV. Do I pair the sub to the 5s then group the ones and the beam to play music, or pair the sub to the beam and then group the 5s and the 1s to play all together. Or setup with beam as 5.1 and put 5s as the rears and set to full playback for music. Any advice would be appreciated
