Hi everyone,I’m having an issue with my Sonos system after setting everything up.The speakers were successfully added and were working fine initially, but now they are no longer showing up in the Sonos app under “System” or “Devices”. I can still see some signs that they are connected to the network, but they don’t appear in the app anymore.I have already tried:Restarting the speakers Reinstalling the Sonos app Rebooting the router Checking the WiFi connectionBut nothing has worked so far.Has anyone experienced something similar where devices go “missing” from the app even though they are still connected? Any advice on how to restore them would be really appreciated.Thanks in advance!

TV audio will connect to my beam and sub only when i first turn the tv. The amp will connect only after I turn the TV off and turn back on the second time.

Hi - we have a new arc ultra. It says it is connected to our new Samsung TV. Xfinity is our provider. We can watch TV and get sound from the TV sound. When we change the TV sound settings to the arc ultra we get no sound. Everything appears to be connected properly.  Why is there no sound from the arc ultra? Thanks!

I use a Sonos One stereo pair in the bedroom and frequently use Sleep Timer.After recent updates, when Sleep Timer finishes and playback fades out to zero, both speakers show a solid green LED during the night.Important behavior:If I manually pause playback → no green LED appearsIf Sleep Timer ends playback → green LEDs appearSpeakers remain fully online and functionalNo need to restart or reset devicesThis did not happen previously and seems like a change in behavior after recent Sonos app/firmware updates.Since this occurs in a bedroom use case, the LEDs are disruptive at night.I suspect Sleep Timer end-state is now treated as mute/idle, triggering the green LED.Can this behavior be confirmed or reviewed?

Hey, Pic is Ai but I have this unit which im thinking of resting arc ultra. Tv will be on wall. My partner does child care so im trying to figure out protection for the arc during day time. I was thinking if building a wooden case to go over it during day time and when it not in use. Anyone got any better ideas.You may ask why not put on the wall with tv. That leads me to second question.Im looking for tv to go on a fireplace or pull down tv mount thereby I can pull tv out a bit and lower the height. There are not that many mounts out there with lots only got a few reviews and untested. Anyone know a reasonable price secure/sturdy tv drop down mount. Please note im in UK so mountle mount does not ship to uk unfortunately. Just to add most of the mounts don't do brackets for soundbar too. So if I put soundbar on wall, when I pull down tv it will cover the bar which is a problem.Thanks all 

When someone borrows my sonos move,can they just download the app and connect via Bluetooth or do they need my login info?

My 5 Sonos speakers all play music from my network share except my new Sonos Play.My new speaker will play music from Spotify without problems. Any ideas, regards Adam 

How will I be able to update my music library when the desktop app will no longer be supported on Apple Silicon Macs? I don’t see this function within the IOS app.

Hi I have a Roku Tv and I recently bought a Sonos Ray , I set up my remote, it  works fine raising the volume but I can lower the volume , what can I do to fix it .. help thank you in advance 

1. How can I create ad-free playlists of various genres? 2. Does Sonos still block playing downloaded music from my iPhone? 

For the second time in 5 days Pandora has stopped working.  It was playing and then stopped. Radio stations work and I can play my music library.I spent a lot of time with their chat bot and then a service representative,  which was completely unproductive (yes, my internet was working- all other sonos services were working).After the first instance, Pandora worked the following day. Anyone else having this problem? Ideas for getting Sonos to pay attention?Thank you

I Love my Sonos Ace headphones . The sound quality is so good and they are so comfortable to wear .I use them 3-4 times a week for a year, but have just notice the headphone cushion is lifting on the front.The ear cushions are fine. Are Sonos prepared to set and behind their excelllent product and repair or replace! 

I have a system consisting of an arc, a sub and two era 300 speakers .  One day they just disappeared from the app. It says not connected.  I have two other Sonos systems and they work fine.   

My current system is a older playbar, 300 stereo, play five, one and a move 2. they all connect well through the app except for the play bar. I’m not able to connect the play bar with the system when I watch TV can you help?

Whenever I look for a particular artist via the Sonos app (through Apple Music) I get “An error has occurred with Apple Music. Try again later”. On the rare occasion an artists albums show up the playlist is empty. I have re-authorized my Apple account, restarted my iPhone and Sonos app. Everything shows up in the Apple Music app. Any suggestions?

I have 2 Era 300 speakers that keep cutting in and out and just wanted to know if i can use an Aux y spliter to connect to both adapters with out having any problems

I have a new arc ultra.  I am trying to add a pair of Fives as surround speakers but they are not available when I go into the app to add surrounds.  I can see two amps that are on my system as options but the Fives are not there.   The Fives are not stereo paired and I did a factory reset on them to add them back to my system.   I can see them in the list of speakers available to play music on but just not to add.   anyone have any thoughts?

When using Apple Music service from the Sonos App, if crossfade its on, between the songs the volume increases very fast to like 100% for half a second. So for me Crossfade its unusable.Also I would love if the sonos app could have more features for the Apple Music service or if music could be played high quality from within the Apple Music app like in Spotify but I think thats on Apple’s behalf.

HiHoping for some advice please. My nephew signed into my Sonos Ray and now it thinks he is the main account holder and won't let me update or adjust volume. He can't remember the details he used…Factory reset my only option? Thank you for reading.

Have 10 Sonos speaker with Arc Ultra, sub and 2 rears in the living room which sound great.  But, when I stream music through the house and change volume, the arc just drops off they group.  Doesn’t happen all the time but it’s annoying.  I was told to go in to my Frame TV sound setting and turn on and off a particular setting and it seems to work for awhile but eventually comes back.  Any suggestions?

Hi everyone,I’m hoping someone has seen this before.I have a fairly large Sonos system with multiple Era 300s, Subs, Arc Ultra, Era 100s, Fives, and a Roam.One specific Era 300 is behaving very strangely:The speaker works perfectly when added to a brand-new Sonos household/system. When I add the same speaker to my main Sonos system, it does not identify properly. Sometimes it shows the correct Era 300 image, sometimes it shows a generic/ghost speaker icon. At times the product type (“Era 300”) disappears and only the room name is shown. When I open the speaker page, I don’t get the normal detailed product information/options that my other Era 300s show. Reinstalling the Sonos app did not help. Factory resetting and re-adding the speaker did not help. Renaming the room did not help. The issue only occurs in my main Sonos household.What’s confusing is that the speaker itself appears to be healthy because it works normally in a separate Sonos system.Has anyone experienced:An Era 300 showi

Hello Sonos Support,I am experiencing a persistent issue with a Sonos One where onboard voice assistants no longer treat the speaker as the local playback device.The speaker can play music when it is explicitly named, for example:“Play [music/radio] on Living Room”However, when speaking directly to the Sonos One and saying:“Play [music/radio]”the command does not play locally unless I include the speaker name.This previously worked normally. I could speak to the Sonos One and simply say “play [music/radio]” and it would play on that same speaker.The issue affects both Google Assistant and Alexa, so it does not appear to be isolated to one assistant provider.Current behaviour:The Sonos One responds to voice commands. Smart-home commands work, including lights and thermostat control. Music/radio playback works if I explicitly name the speaker. Music/radio playback does not resolve to the local Sonos One when I simply say “play [music/radio]”. Google Home can see the Sonos speaker as a li
