Does anyone have this issue when connected to the headphones you don’t hear your my music even though it’s turned all the way up, until I turn the left head phone sideways on my ear then I hear out of that ear only but not loud?

Dear Sonance community,I recently purchased and installed a Sonance MAG 6.1 speaker/subwoofer system in my backyard and pool area, as shown in the attached image. The installation was completed following the recommended guidelines to provide even audio coverage throughout the outdoor space.As part of the setup, the amplifier is currently located under the gazebo. Once I finalize the installation, I plan to relocate the amplifier into a temperature-controlled enclosure for added protection. The speaker layout is configured in a L-R-L-Sub-R-L-R arrangement, with the approximate distances between each speaker and the subwoofer reflected in the diagram. The entire system is connected using approximately GearIT 250 ft 14/4 gauge speaker cable to maximize sound coverage around the pool area.Following the installation guidance provided in several Sonance installation videos, I wired the system as follows:Left speakers: Green (-) / White (+) Right speakers: Red (+) / Black (-) Subwoofer: Conne

Why do my two moves fail time and time.again to work?  So I hold the button for five.seconds to turn it off.  Yet when I go to use it a week later the battery is half or more drained. When I try to set up Bluetooth in the  right sun it's impossible to see the blue led, but more frustrating is it's failure to be recognized as a device when trying to play music. Maybe the new moves have solved these problems but I don't think I'd risk that they have. No new moves for me.  Between the battery losing charge and the connection issues I'm done with this part of the Sonos system. 

With a free YouTube Music account in Italy, using an Android phone, can I add YouTube Music to the Sonos app and play music directly through a Sonos speaker without keeping the YouTube Music app open on my phone? I am using a free YouTube Music account (not YouTube Music Premium) in Italy on an Android phone. If I add YouTube Music as a music service in the Sonos app, will I be able to browse my library, search for artists and songs, and play music directly on a Sonos speaker over Wi-Fi, without leaving the YouTube Music app running in the background on my phone?"

CBC Music now longer working for me.  Any other fans having the same problem?  

I have a system with 2 Sonos Play:3 and 1 Ikea symfonisk and the last one drops the sound to 0 around every 10 minutes. I have tried so restart and reset all the settings but it still keep on doing it. What can I do about it?

I have an issue with my Sonos Roam where the volume will drop from high to low when streaming Spotify. I've tried factory resetting the Sonos Roam. I've tried moving it closer to the router and it only happens on my Sonos Roam and not on my Sonos Move which is on the same network. It even happens when the two speakers are paired together and it only happens on the Roam. Submitted diagnostics Moderator Edit - Recorded and removed diagnostics.

The adjustment shortcut is missing sub. I still need to go to the room settings and jump between EQ and SUB level. 

My favorite way to listen to music in the Spotify app is the artist page, where it shows all of my liked songs from that particular artist. I do not see a way to do this in the Spotify integration in the Sonos app.For example, I want to go to a page that has all the Luke Combs songs I have liked in Spotify.

Someone please explain to me how a system that is working perfectly for months suddenly starts cutting in and out when I add a port (which I have removed).I have three business grade wifi 7 tri-band wired access points.   It is not possible it’s my wifi.I have taking just about every other thing on the wifi off to check for that.  It streams sonos radio just fine. I shifted my music from my NAS to my local machine to stream from there.I switched from my FLAC library to MP3s.I am at a loss at what else to do.I see this happening to tons of people on a regular basis on the forums.  WTF?

For many months now I’ve not really been able to use Tidal with Sonos. Within the Sonos app on iOS I could only play one track at a time. I was never able to get it play a list without choosing the next song manually.  I then switched to the Tidal app to cast to the Sonos system. It was fine until a few weeks ago. Now I can’t cast. The Tidal app seems to quickly try about 5 songs before it stops trying. Nothing will play.  Then I went back to the Sonos app and found that I can’t play anything that I’ve saved. If it’s in my playlist I can’t play it at all.  this is laughable.  Yes I’ve done the basics. Reauthorized tidal. Rebooted network. Deleted tidal and Sonos apps from iOS. No changes.  this is a large, expensive, collection of useless junk. 

Maybe I'm missing something, so I'm asking before I drive myself crazy.I'm using my Sonos Move over Wi-Fi through the Sonos app. At some point it ends up flashing blue, disappears from the Sonos app, and I have to get it back onto Wi-Fi before I can use it the way I normally do.Is this really the intended behavior?If it is, I'd honestly like to understand the thinking behind it. I almost never use Bluetooth, so I find myself wondering why there isn't a simple option to disable Bluetooth mode for people who don't need it.What advantage does this design provide? Maybe there's a use case I'm not seeing. If this is intentional, I'd genuinely appreciate hearing why Sonos chose this approach.If I've overlooked a setting or there's an easier way to prevent this from happening accidentally, I'd be grateful if someone could point me in the right direction. Our previous LG soundbar has broken, and with already having lots of Sonos speakers around the ground floor, I want to get a Sonos soundbar to replace it.The budget isn’t high at all, as we’re not looking for anything crazy - it’s my parents house - and they just want a replacement for their previous mid-tier LG soundbar (LG LAS455H). All I want is the Sonos quality.I’ve found some good deals online, particularly looking at CEX - as they offer a 5 year warranty for free which would give a bit of peace of mind. A playbar and gen2 sub would come to £380 total which is a crazy good deal in my opinion. I’ve heard this system and I know its great, but I want your opinions - is this system still worth it and reliable to buy refurbished in 2026? Bear in mind we are replacing a mid-tier system (would have cost abut £350 when the playbar/sub setup in question would have cost £1200) so any better sound is an upgrade.

Does SONOS have anything in the pipeline to replace TuneIn for customer URL’s?  Tim C

tl;dr - Switching from SonosNet to Wi-Fi caused my only speaker on Wi-Fi to keep dropping off the network. Back to SonosNet and everything is rock-solid again.I recently decided to give Wi-Fi another chance for my Sonos system since installing a Boost and moving to SonosNet a few years ago. The Boost originally solved all of my problems with speakers randomly dropping off my network, specifically those that were not wired directly over Ethernet.I went through the wizard to disable SonosNet, no errors reported. For a few hours, there were no problems with my system. However, at some point, my only Wi-Fi speaker (a Sonos One SL) became unavailable. I could see from the diagnostic logs on my Ruckus Unleashed system that that speaker was unable to authenticate with my Wi-Fi network. Weird, since it had been running problem-free for at least several hours until it dropped from my network. I power-cycled the system and it came back, only to drop off again about a day later. Just read a very helpful thread on ERA300’s ceiling mount Vs In ceiling ….. I have the same issue. Probably easier than the OP on that thread. We have a rectangular room. But with a large triangular corner in glass. Long story, looks nice etc but not ideal for placing speakers.The front viewing wall is perfectly symetrical and has just been rewired so TV, sound bar and other components are perfectly centered as is the viewing settee. The viewing settee has a left hand and right hand 2 seater settee perpendicular to the main viewing settee.So everything is front is peachy. But the rear means the ERA 300 RHS would be over the arm if wall mounted. Not ideal. The LHS one not a problem. Can use floor stands but I’m thinking ceiling mounted on a Flexson and use SW in app to invert the sound? The flexson appears have a long reach such that it could be in a proper position in line with the Arc Ultra.This is the Flexson ceiling mount in question. not the prettiest but maybe works.Install is no

My current home theater setup bought in December 2020 is as followsArc Sound bar Set with 1 x Arc, 1 x Sub 3 and 2 x Era 100 SL.Which one of the component, a Sub 4 or 2 x Era 300 will make the biggest difference. I dont wish change the current soundbar or Sub 3, as that will hurt my budget. I use it for watching TV and playing music from streaming services.  

Why did the Sonos S1 Desktop app (windows,mac) is no longer available ? Is this the start of something ?

Hi everyone,I’m having an issue with my Sonos system after setting everything up.The speakers were successfully added and were working fine initially, but now they are no longer showing up in the Sonos app under “System” or “Devices”. I can still see some signs that they are connected to the network, but they don’t appear in the app anymore.I have already tried:Restarting the speakers Reinstalling the Sonos app Rebooting the router Checking the WiFi connectionBut nothing has worked so far.Has anyone experienced something similar where devices go “missing” from the app even though they are still connected? Any advice on how to restore them would be really appreciated.Thanks in advance!

Pandor gives the message “Sorry, try again in a few moments” but does not work. I have removed the app from my iphone, readded the app, reauthorized Pandora but same message,  My Pandora userid works and I can play the pandora app and or go to pandora.com and play music.what am I missing? Sonos1 system 

We have a Sonos Ray connected to a Sony Bravia TV via optical cable, and we use streaming services from the TV’s apps, or watch VirginMedia for digital live TV.  With our previous Samsung soundbar, and with the TV’s built in volume we get a consistent volume across Virgin and the streaming apps, and have never had issues.With the Sonos Ray connected and with the TV remote set up to control the Ray’s volume, we now have inconsistent volumes across Virgin and the streaming services - we can watch Netflix and have the TV volume on, say, 10 and then when we switch to Virgin the volume is significantly higher and we have to turn the volume way down.Another symptom of this is that when the volume is too loud we have to turn down all the way to zero, but can still hear the sound from the Ray, and have to keep pressing volume down for a while to get to “real” zero sound from the soundbar, and then come back up again.Is this normal/expected behaviour?  It’s driving us crazy!

Hello,this has been an ongoing issue for sometime and I’ve tried numerous things to rectify it but I’m still unable to save any thing to my favorites list. Any Sonos radio stations, XM radio stations, TuneIn Radio stations, playlists from Spotify or any other music service etc. My favorites list appears empty and nothing is on it and every time I try to save something to it it says “something went wrong, try again”. You can see the screen shots attached as well. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app on numerous devices. I’ve tried a step-by-step ownership refresh by transferring the system to different email and resetting things. I have tried a web only account sync flush and that has not worked either.I am beyond frustrated and at this point cannot seem to figure out a solution. Any advice would be appreciated.  

Unable to add pandora or any other service to Sonos1 

So…A week ago I could listen to my music collection. Now I cannot.I can add a single artist to my collection at a time (Can - OK, Peter Hammill - OK, Captain Beefheart - OK), but only for certain artists it seems (Frank Zappa - Nope, Jethro Tull - Nope).From searches it seems this is some sort of metadata issue and nothing to do with the power status or location of the library: what an incredibly unhelpful error message - so much time wasted checking other devices and all possible user/password combinations when my settings were fine in the first place.You cannot tell me I have just tripped over some magical number, because my entire library (approx 30k tracks) was available a week or so ago. Now the machine struggles to load a single artist.This equipment is no longer fit for the purpose it was sold for. I am truly disgusted by the Sonos system. Supposedly so good, but within my first month of use I was no longer able to connect to it with older devices due to an “upgrade”, so I only

just upgraded to the new iphone 17 pro max And the S1 app cannot find/ connect to my ZP 80 sonos system. However my old ipad still works fine with it. i’ve reset each ZP 80’s (I have 3) and still nothing. Anybody have any ideas?
