how to get sound via Arc Ultra when splitting HDMI output from apple TV to 2 TVs

I have 2 samsung TVs in the same room.  I want the option of mirroring video content.  One TV has an Arc Ultra (with 300 surround x2 and sub 4) . When mirroring, I want sound to come from the Arc Ultra/home theatre set up.  How do I accomplish this?  I am a novice and would appreciate guidance.

Start with the mirroring section of tne TV manual, use the TV with the Sonos attached as the primary.

Sonos doesn’t provide any mirroring options, so as ​@Stanley_4 suggests, your Sonos needs to stay connected to the TV that is the ‘main’ one. You may find more/better mirroring suggestion on a non-Sonos oriented board. Not sure where, mind you, it appears that AVSforums has shut down, but certainly this board, being financed by Sonos, is focused on Sonos devices.

I have no experience with this device. It claims to be able to manage a home theater system and a slave monitor.
