New Sky 500 max router, old ish Sonos one. All ok until i needed to connect to latest WIFI.It connects when wired no problem but will not work wireless. I have tried many times. Factory resets etc etc. I am not especially tech savvy but usually get by. Not this time. Tried Iphone and Samsung phones.

Hi, Valued Community.I’ve connected my Technics 1210 to an Eros 100. This is by a phono cable to a usb-c via my preampHowever when I check for playback options in my sonos app everything is greyed out.. Please help, Thanks  

Question: How do I keep my line-in audio source playing to the entire house while flipping a record instead of having it disconnect from the Sonos group? I recently switched my turntable (AT-LP60XBT) from a Bluetooth connection to a line-in connection. (After adding a couple more speakers around the house the BT connection was starting to fail and drop speakers off, I assume due to the delay.)(With the line in 3.5 to USB-C)When I start a record, the music automatically comes out of my era 100 fine. I then go in the app and select the rest of the house, which plays fine. Almost 100% of the time, when the record stops and needs to be flipped, the audio reverts back to only the Era 100 that the line in is plugged into. This is complicated by the fact that in the app, the line in is still connected to the entire house (5 speakers) and does not update. So then I force quit the app to reset it, and when first opened, the app seems to come alive and connect to my system fine but does not show

Hi, Valued Community.If I connect my Technics 1210 deck to an Eros speaker will I then be able to play to stream  to my other Sonos speakers in the house e.g. my Play 5’s and Play 3’s via the Sonos app?Thanks!! 

Why won’t my Play:1 and Play:3 connect after a short power cut? I have factory reset both products and also reset the S2 app…all to no avail. I cannot reconnect the Play speakers and this has been over a week now, but somehow my Beam seems miraculously immune to any issues whatsoever and has remained constantly connected! You couldn’t make it up. Why is Sonos so clunky and difficult to use? Has anyone had a similar issue or maybe help with any advice? 

Why is voice control unable to play podcasts from integrated services? Just curious. 

Hello,  I dont see any reason why the other Topic was closed. Refering to I will not accept the fact that this is just closed to say “Just put it in same VLAN”. This is far more like a F*** O*** statement towards your customers. The previous models, were pretty fine working, untill the ERA has been released. How hard is it to listen also to your customers who wants to secure their enviroment and put things in different VLANS?  If this is not being fixed in the coming months, our stores in the Netherlands (35+), will not be onboarded with SONOS setups. To be honest, I still want this to get to work, but if this will stay like this, there is no other choice to see other brands. This is not a threat or a warning, just the facts.  Hope that someone from SONOS reads this actually.

Recent upgrade sony bravia 9. Sound out put in sonos app always show dolby multichannel 2.0 or 5.1 . Earlier sony 950G, i used to see dolby atmos if dolby content played. Is this expected ? Any thoughts plsSorry abt mispelled titleSONY BRAVIA 9

I like that the dialog is very easy to hear without having to turn on any dialog adjustments. The problem is I barely hear the left and right channel audio. Background music is barely audible. I’ve tried it with both Trueplay turned on and off and there isn’t much improvement. I know the left/right channels are working because I hear music. Anyone else have this problem?

I’ve been playing my Sonos’ from a NAS box in my basement for years. Works great, but not I don’t really need to have that box. Are there any cloud based SMB shares? A little bit of reading tells the there are security issues, but...

Procured a used Amp. After factory reset and “system Add” no sound from Sonance ceiling speakers. Simple test setup shows music on the app but no sound. 

how to change my Beam Gen 2 connected with 2 Era 300 for arc ultra for Beam, what is the best procedure???

Hi there, I’m so completely frustrated. For no apparent reason, my mini sub, and 2 x ONE SL’s have stopped working. All three speakers have a solid white light on but are now not showing in my “Living Room” system. The Arc Ultra is working. (I have an arc ultra, a mini sub and two ONE SL’s). I’ve tried a factory reset on the mini sub and it connected it to the wifi successfully and then at the final hurdle I get a message “Sub not found. Make sure your sub is powered on and connected to wifi” - which it is. During set up I got another saying “you may not see your speaker in your system and if so disconnect the power and reconnect power to finish set up” - I’ve tried that and NOTHING happens at which point my only option seemingly is to start the whole process again. I’m going around in circles.  Cheers.

I’m raising this issue yet again.   I can confirm that that Sonos Arc Ultra displays the same issue with the very latest LG C5 TV.   So this problem is not confined to some older TV’s or some small subset of manufacturers.  Sonos seems to be intent on completely refusing and ignoring the problem.  This is a bug.  When is Sonos planning to fix this? Once you have Sonos Arc connected through HDMI ARC connection, you can no longer use built-in TV menu to route the sound to whatever output you want - be it internal TV speakers, headphones connected to TV or anything else.  After a few seconds the sound is again routed to Sonos.  I have previously confirmed on Samsung TV, that this was not a problem with the Samsung soundbar or Sennheiser sound bar.I already raised it previously reporting it for other TV model and it was closed: Also found similar issues reported here:https://en.community.sonos.com/home-theater-229129/conflict-between-arc-and-bluetooth-headphones-6890718https://en.community

I have several gen 1 sonos play5 speakers but  some have damaged mesh on the front. Is there a way or guide how to replace that mesh? Where can I find a replacements mesh?Any advice would be helpful.thanks.

I have Sonos Move speakers, they're not working. The LED is always solid red, not blinking. I already replaced the battery with a new one and it's still the same. I've tried several reset methods and nothing works. I really don't want to lose this speaker. Any recommendations other than buying a new one, okay?

I have Sonos Beam (gen 1) running thru Sony Bravia TV (uses Android, very awkward) with speakers in multiple rooms.  Want to add Roku Ultra streaming device so TV and streaming is simpler to operate. Anyone have  experience, feedback, etc. is welcome using Roku w/existing Sonos setup?   

Hi everyone, I use both Apple Music and I listen a lot to podcasts via Apple Podcasts. For Apple Music I most of the time use the Sonos App (because of the streaming quality and direct streaming). For podcast I obviously  use AirPlay 2 from my iPhone (iPhone 16 - iOS 26). I’ve read a few articles on AirPlay, including on this forum, and I was wondering which are the best practices. In this support article they say: Select one or more Sonos products to stream the same audio across all of them using AirPlay. But in some posts and articles I read it’s better to do grouping an ungrouping via the Sonos App (all my speakers are AirPlay 2-compatible). My question:Is it better to just initiate the AirPlay 2 stream and then switch back to Sonos App for other controls (grouping and ungrouping, volume) or does it make no difference anymore if using the controls from iOS).  What is the difference between grouping with iOS and with Sonos? 

I want to be able to rearrange my services on the home page of the app. The services I use most are at the end and I have to scroll over to them each time. This has been brought up a number of times before.Since the only two options when posting are "ask a question," and "it is a conversation," I guess I'll make it a question smh...why can't I rearrange my services on the home page of the app?

Hey Sonos, hear me out... (this will never work but, let's try it anyway). To regain trust from your customers after the App redesign, you could decide to open up your systems to OpenHome and allow users to add their custom voice assistant with home assistant.This would be huge, there is a big community of makers and your devices are great and will easily be adopted as main voice assistant devices.If you compare the quality of a Sonos Era or One SL to the voice assistant preview from home assistant... it's like night and day.Let us add a custom voice assistant via API to our devices, people don't care much anymore about Google Home or Alexa. I can't use YouTube Music in my Sonos app. Nothing shows up in the app, totally blank. I've installed the app multiple times, relinked my accounts, restarted the router and so on. Searched the forums and web, no answer. Am I doomed here?  

Please please please add the ability to schedule night mode and enhanced speech mode on my Sonos. This request has been made so many times I can't believe Sonos has not implemented this yet.  If this is too hard to build into your app then please build a native integration with Slmartthings that allows me to set a routine to do the same.
