Is this an improper way to hang the era 300? It keeps turning the volume down, which I think means it’s hung incorrectly.

for approximately one week, I have been experiencing a reproducible issue with Amazon Music Unlimited in the Sonos app:For all artists and performers I have tested, Sonos App on Iphone only shows a very small fraction of the albums that are actually available.In the Amazon Music app itself, a much larger and apparently complete selection is available. Hi! i have my turntable → sonos port → five. I am looking to see if there is way to get autoplay to work on source level 8.My thinking is that as long as the turntable is always connected to the port, the port should send a signal to the five as soon as the turntable sends signal to the port, without me having to manually change input in Sonos app to the five.Has anyone got this to work and can help me out? Thanks!

Hello,Have there been any discussions/thoughts about adding an “Outdoor” soundbar to the Sonos product mix??  I leave in the south and have a covered patio where I have a TV.  I would love to add a Sonos soundbar to my collection (only have Sonos products in my house) but there is High Humidity in the summer.  Will the current lineup of Sonos Soundbars be able to with stand the high humidity in the summer??  My patio is covered and the Soundbar would not get wet, just the humidity.

I would like to have 2 sonos ace headphones connected to my system when my wife and I watch a movie,  whilst my daughter is studying in the other room. I would like to know if that is possible before I purchase a second ace. I have a simple set up with my arc ultra to my TV and sub. I believe this was not possible a year ago when I got the system. Has this changed? Thank you for any feedback. 

This new Amazon app is terrible. I don’t want a Sonos algorithm to choose my selections or what some AI decides is “personalized.” Part of why I pay Amazon is to access the millions of songs. On this new Sonos/Amazon interface, that is no longer a possibility. I hate this. 

Hello, Some frustration here. I have Amazon Music Unlimited. I can connect to Amazon Music just fine. But when I try to play various Playlists that I have created using My Sonos I receive the message “The connection to Amazon Music was lost.I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Sonos app (S1). I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Amazon Music services on the Sonos app. Also, the Amazon Music was re-authorized. I have power-cycled everything: unpowered all my Sonos devices and unplugged my router and restarted everything five minutes later.Bottom line: No difference.  I cannot play my my Sonos Playlists with Amazon Music tracks: “The connection to Amazon Music was lost”.At this point I have no idea what to do except the solution of last resort, which is to re-create all of my playlists. This, of course, is unattractive, to say the least.Any suggestions or advice would be appreciated!Mateo

Recently the Sonos app will not play playlists from my iTunes library. It will play albums and songs no problems. But no playlists. Sonos seems to not care about people with music libraries. First they broke the compilations function so that every song in a compilation with differnet artist is considered a different album. Now this. It is exasperating. It keeps me from buying any other Sonos products as I contemplate elternatives.

I have 4 Move2 speakers that I bring outside to my pool area.   I want to group them so I can change the volume on them as 1 unit.    But I don't want to affect the volume on my sonos arc that is also playing inside the house.   I havent found a way todo this.   Anyone have any tips for me?    Thanks.  

I checked the forums and didn’t find anything that wasn’t 3+ years old or the solution was to just play music through Sonos app.  this is recent but surrounds do not work when playing Apple Music through the tv. It works with movies or other content but music app has stopped working in the last couple months.  suggesting that I only have surrounds if it’s played through Sonos app is unacceptable. It worked fine before for atmos or any other format.

I can't add Imported Playlists to the queue in the Android app from my Music Library.  This was working previously in the Android app.  Doing the same Imported Playlist in the Windows version of Sonos app is working without issue so it is not an issue with the Playlist.The Android app can see the tracks in the playlist, but if I click on the play or shuffle icon it just spins away doing nothing. If I try to add or replace the queue with the tracks from the playlist it just spins.If I click on the three dots next to.the track and select Play Now, the track plays.This is broken for even Imported Playlists with 1 track.Is this a known issue that's been broken in a recent app update? I have searched but can't see anything about imported playlists broken on Android recently.Android App Version:  83.01.9

Currently have arc + era 300 + sub3 connected to main tv. Have purchased arc ultra to use with main tv & will relocate arc + 2 x ones (from other areas of house to upstairs tv. Can I simply disconnect the existing ultra from tv & connect to other tv or is there a process to follow?

Sirius channels are misidentified in the app this morning. Ch73 60’s gold shows undefined Cincinnati Reds w the logo Channel 73 60’s Gold???  Other channels have the same misidentified issue pointing to other Sirius channels. 

Certain song in the playlist is throwing access error when manually selecting it, cant even load the artist profile. But the same song seems to play while during playlist shuffle. I see that there are similar posts in the past regarding this issue on YouTube premium family accounts. Is it still the case? Is Sonos gonna fix it?

Has anyone else noticed that the headphones sound bad when you turn off ANC? The EQ changes. I sometimes turn it off to make the battery last longer, but the sound eventually becomes unbearable.

Posting here because I'm out of options through normal support channels and hoping someone from Sonos or the community can help.I ordered a bundle (Arc, Sub, 2x300 ERA’s) and decided to cancel the SUB  before the order shipped. Hi , I have connected the Sonos Port to the enterprise network. However, after connecting the Sonos Port, the corresponding switch port is going into a disabled state. The IT team has raised the following questions: Is the Sonos Port supported on an enterprise network?Does the Sonos Port send or support BPDU? Could you please help us troubleshoot this issue and advise on the required switch configuration or any other network settings that may be needed?

Has anyone ever successfully requested reward redemption for those that are a part of the C Space Survey research? I put in a request about a month ago and despite repeated messages sent to moderators have not had any reply. There was also a survey from a couple weeks ago that was supposed to end with a gift card by the end of 8/14 and now that has come and go without a peep. Sonos Amp + REL T/9x – two standby issuesI’m using the current Sonos Amp (125 W/channel) with a REL T/9x.I’m experiencing two separate problems that seem to be related to the Sonos Amp going into standby / the way the subwoofer signal is handled.1. LFE / RCA connectionWhen using the RCA SUB OUT from the Sonos Amp to the REL LFE input: With music, the REL wakes up normally even at relatively low volume. With TV, the REL often stays in standby at the same listening volume. I have to increase the volume considerably before the REL wakes up. Once it wakes up, it works normally. This makes me wonder whether the Sonos Amp's subwoofer output level is different during TV playback or is simply too low at low listening levels to reliably trigger the REL's auto-wake threshold.2. High-level connectionThere is another issue when using the REL high-level connection: after the Sonos Amp has been idle/in standby for around 2 minutes, the REL produces a fairly loud thump/pop when the system chang

New Sonos ERA 100 units.  Linksys mesh network and 450Mb internet.  Sonos units via 5gHz to either main node or child node.Absolute Radio played either by Alexa (worse results somehow) or Sonos assistants.  Service starts and then will randomly drop for 5-10 seconds, or give up entirely.  Using the Sonos VA, an advert will be inserted into the dropped stream.Sonos support say that there is no issue with my network and that it must be Rayo dropping the stream - but if so, how come others haven’t mentioned it.Any suggestions gratefully received!

Pretend I don’t know what “bi-directional” or any other IT term means. How do I use my Sonos soundbar which only has an HDMI with my projector that only has an Audio 3.5 jack?  Prefer brevity, exact product names or links. Explaining anything IT related isn’t helpful. 

I use 2 Sonos Era 100 connected via the Sonos Line-In adaptor to my Macbook.I use my Sonos as the primary sound output for my Macbook. When there is no sound output from my machine for a while, and then e.g. a Calendar Reminder notification sound plays, these sounds often don’t play through my Era 100s as there must be a “wake” time which is longer than the sound plays for.As a result I find I am often late for meetings etc as the reminder noises aren’t playing & catching my attention 😅.I notice this also when playing a video/song through my mac after a period of no sound output, it will miss the first second or two of audio, I can deal with that, but the lack of audible meeting reminders is a frustration. Is there any workaround for this anyone has discovered?AI suggested to have my mac volume on max all the time to avoid the Eras going to low power mode, which I do, but that doesn’t seem to help.I’ve contemplated writing a script to play an extremely quiet (hopefully non-annoyin
