I bought 10k worth of Sonos and now none of the Move 2’s stay connected for more than a day.  I call support daily and they have no fixes.  They say it is WiFi related because that places the blame on someone else. I don’t buy it.  Before I spend 10k on another solution and take joy in burning my Sonos equipment and posting on YouTube+ I wonder if others have recommendations.  

I am trying to connect a stereo pair of Sonos era 100 to rega turntable with rega pre amp and Sonos line in cable. When I play as pair sound coming from non line in speaker only. Can have them playing together as a group but not stereo pair.  Sonos technical team not yet been able to resolve.  Have tried changing both to 2.4ghz. Unpair then repair. Tried changing autoplay, delay, factory reset.  Line in showing as right speaker, have read this may be issue and needs to show as left, cannot change this setting though.  Anyone got any new ideas? 

I think the answer to the question that I am asking is “No” but just in case someone has found a solution, I wanted to ask anyway.I enjoy listening to college baseball on the weekends while I am doing chores and working outside.  Is thee a way to connect my iPhone 16 Pro (as it plays my Varsity app) to my Sonos so I can listen throughout the house and my garage?  Now, here is the hard part.  I have the Gen 1 Sonos bridge.I really do not want to drop $500 on a new product from Sonos as my current system still works fine.  Feel free to laugh at me and make fun of me but I am hoping someone has a solution. I have a play one that has been working on the Sonos S1 controller app.  I recently took it on vacation and it looks like it somehow was updated so that now it will only play on the new Sonos App.  Based upon the Help articles, it says that I can downgrade it back to the Sonos S1 controller app but I can’t seem to figure how to do that. 

Music Library scan ignoring first 100 or so subfolders of my first shared folder. I have a shared drive with music. The top directory structure of the folder looks like this:/1/2/3Each of these top level folders has subfolders named /Bandname (whatever the name of the band is). There are thousands of files. around 2TB or so of music.This worked pretty well for a long time now after Sonos re-enabled this functionality with the app revamp.For whatever reason Sonos library scan is now ignoring the first 100 or so subfolders of only the very first folder /1. The rest of the folders are fine.  I fiddled with this drive, defraged it, renamed the folder, dragged the files off, defraged again, put the files back, renamed the drive itself, changed the drive letter. Sonos scan still ignores them.  Could be that 1 or more speakers has a corrupt or full memory? Would resetting 1 speaker fix it? Anybody ever see this? Don't want to reset every speaker in the house. Seems extreme.

Has anyone successfully connected these two components via WiFi? Victrola says it will connect to the Symphonisk via WiFi. But I am having trouble pairing.Advise appreciated! 

I can't use YouTube Music in my Sonos app. Nothing shows up in the app, totally blank. I've installed the app multiple times, relinked my accounts, restarted the router and so on. Searched the forums and web, no answer. Am I doomed here?

I have a Sonos One. At the end of January Google Assistant stopped being able to play tracks on Spotify (it would work with other commands). There was at least one other forum post about a similar issue and there was even a Status post at https://status.sonos.com/ for the issue. I opened a support case and it was recommended that I watch the status post.However, a couple of weeks ago the status post disappeared (I can no longer see it, but the link was https://status.sonos.com/incidents/5g9b95ggcymg) and yet it still doesn’t work. I have tried many variations on removing and resetting connections and still nothing.Surely I am not the only one who still has this issue?! Thanks!

Hi,I'm experiencing an issue with my brand new Beam (Gen 2) where dialog audio occasionally cracks/distorts. It doesn't happen constantly, it seems to occur at certain frequencies or volume levels, but it happens frequently enough to be noticeable and distracting.See the attached video for an example. Around the 7-second mark, when the person says "where even more adventures await us," you can clearly hear the word "more" cracking. I have a Sonos Symfonisk (from Ikea). It works on Wi-Fi but not Bluetooth. If I’ll buy a SONOS Era 300 and I ‘ll  connect it to the SYMFONISK, will the system (2 speakers symfonisk +ERA 300) work on Bluetooth? thanks best regards

Currently my is setup is a Sonos arc, two Sonos subs, a Sonos amp, and two Sonos ceiling speakers being used as surrounds.  I am wanting to connect a record player to my system, but understand that I need a line in device (era 100 or era 300).  Can I add two era 300’s as front corner speakers?  or do they have to be used as rear surround speakers?  If they are used as rear surround speakers am I able to still utilize my exiting ceiling speakers as well?

I have a Sonos AMP, bought new in october 2025. Last couple of months I have noticed the sound is quite harsh and fatiguing, especially for TV sound through HDMI ARC. Both Stereo PCM and Dolby Digital coding give the same problem.For example, some voices tend to be too sharp and slightly sibilant. Have music library on Windows 11 transferred from IPod Classic. Is it possible to listen to the music on my ACE headphone? I can play music through Android phone, but unable to listen to music with ACE headphone. Apologize for not further clarifying; not certain how to provide further detail. Hi, my family has a house filled with at least 15-20 sonos speakers in the ceiling, amps, connects, arc, etc.  I was surprised when we didn’t get a 25% offer email like everyone seems to be getting.  Any idea how we can get the 25% offer as I just moved out and now want to fit my house with a few thousand $ in speakers for an awesome gaming/movie setup. I have a 20x20 family/media room in my new place, with one wall for the tv completely shelved (not sure if that’s good or bad for speakers). Help me decide what speakers to get and where to put them? From an aesthetics standpoint I was thinking arc ultra right under the TV, sub in the front corner of the room.  I am new to background speakers, but see people tend to have two. So thinking two era 100s or 300s on stands in the back corners (aesthetically better for us than right behind the couch). I was hoping to get the sub era 3 open box and then use the 25% off to get the rest brand new.  Let me know if my thoughts are foolish before I

Is there a way to turn the autopause feature off? I found it a bit 'sketchy' at times when wearing a beanie or hat of some sort. Which in these colder countries like Finland where i live is quite unavoidable to be without at times.  It 9 out of 10 times pauses if I turn my head a certain way if I'm wearing a hat.

Hi, I recently purchased a sub mini to connect to my beam gen 1.  The bass on my beam was very distorted, sound like a blown speaker when any bass was present.  I bought the sub mini to take on the bass the beam couldn’t handle anymore.  I currently have the bass on the EQ at -10 so that I don’t hear bass coming from the beam.  The only way I can hear any bass from the sub is when I turn the bass on the sub up to +15.  My question is, is it worth keeping this set up having to keep the bass on the beam off and the bass on the sub all the way up.  I feel like the two should be working together to produce clean bass for movies and music.  Contemplating returning the sub mini and going a different direction all together.

Hi, for years when I open Sonos on my Macbook I have been getting the dreaded “Your Computer's Firewall Setting Have Changed” In my firewall setting I have Sonos added and “Allow Incoming Connections”. This is permanent and never, ever changes.But every few weeks I get this warning and I can’t open Sonos. Sometimes I quit and reopen and it’s fine. I have called Sonos a few months ago and they said there is no way to play Sonos on my Mac right now…. but I have been using it on and off since then. Tonight quitting doesn’t help. So my question is, why doesn’t this just work? Like all the time. Aren’t there Sonos executives with Macs where this comes up?Does anyone have a permanent fix? 

 When I load an Amazon Music Unlimited playlist I created that has 498 tracks, why are a different amount of tracks loaded when using two different apps?  When I use Sonos S2, 400 of 498 tracks are loaded.  When I use SonoPhone all 498 tracks are loaded. If I load the 498 track playlist using SonoPhone the queue on Sonos S2 shows all 498 tracks.  Weird!  

Hi,I use my Sonos arc ultra with Amazon stick 4k and Panasonic Tv.IVe seen multiple Atmos content as Monarch legacy of Monsters. When the épisode is running, the Sonos app display the Dolby Atmos tag.  But today Ive lunched an episode and the app display Dolby Digital 5.1 tag. I’ve tried with previous episodes, and it still displays Digital 5.1. Any explanations ?cheers
