With the latest update I was pleasantly surprised that my stereo pairs had individual set for each speaker.  When I hit the volume bar a second set of bars appeared that provided the ability to set the each member of the pair. It’s now gone. What happened and how do I get this function back?  Thanks. 

Evening all,Some three or four days ago my single Sonos Era 100 simply stopped working. Important info :I have a flashing green light on the speaker.My phone cannot see the Speaker at all using Bluetooth.My Sonos app now says ‘’Your mobiles devices OS doesnt support all features’’ and cannot see the speaker. My Samsung S8 is Android 9 so should perform basic tasks.When I touch the bluetooth button at the back I no longer have a chime.I cannot play from my external CD player using the InLine adaptor.Any advice is much appreciated.Thanks all,Andrew

For a long time, Sonos didn’t make available the alphabetic key at the side of the list of albums in my Music Library but this has since been rectified. Praise the Lord for small mercies. PLEASE give us the option to view our albums in TILE view as opposed to LIST view which is the only option available at this time. Surely this isn’t too much to ask, Sonos.

Since updating my Macbook Air to Tahoe [now at 26.3.1]  the SONOS app fails to find SONOS on my local network until i open  System Setting>Privacy & Security>Local Network  and then turn the SONOS app setting off and back on. This situation as occurred in with past updates and was eventually patched, but this time it seems to be taking a long time. Any suggestions for something I’m missing on my end? 

Is there a glitch in the app that is causing all my speakers to be set based on one speakers volume level- I do not have them paired .  Also when I open the app it takes minutes for the speakers to appear.  

Anyone else finding their products dropping in and out since March 31st update? Our play:1's have been intermittent all weekend and today- 6th April, all products refuse to play any streaming services including BBC sounds and Spotify.I have tried a full system restart of both my hub and sonos products, but no dice.Anyone able to shed any light on this that doesn't involve me resetting/re-adding products etc. ive spent 3 hours on this today already. 

For several months, I have been experiencing persistent issues with the S1 controller and Amazon Music. Despite reaching out to support for help, the problem remains unresolved. I have been a longtime user of both Amazon Music and the S1 controller, but ever since the most recent S1 software update on iOS, I can no longer use control Amazon music without constantly receiving the error message: "This song is not encoded correctly."I have already tried all standard troubleshooting steps, such as rebooting the devices, restarting the router, ensuring all software is up to date, and reinstalling the Amazon service within the app—none of which has resolved the issue. I have a TV with  beam gen2 with 2 x era 100 as surround speakers, v. happy with this setup.In another room I have my existing stereo which includes a turntable.If I buy a Sonos Port, can I take the line out(tape feed) from my amp into the port and have it stream to the sonos speakers in the other room? I don’t mind if the music just comes out of the beam or just the era 100s 

I’ve had my Sonos units for some time - in those years I’ve had to go through the whole reboot router, system and all speakers maybe 3 or 4 times, which is a pain as I have them mounted near the ceiling in my warehouse, which means moving the ladder around and climbing up and down, holding some combination of controls, unplugging/plugging, etc.  Today I opened the Sonos app on my Mac, and it can’t find any of my speakers - I’ve updated the app, no joy -  The speakers are all present in my airplay selector, so maybe that's the best to use them. But I just discovered that the Sonos web interface has all my speakers and favorites and works great - but not the app (again) - which tells me that they are all working, and everything necessary to operate them exists somewhere. Why is this so hard? It’s the main reason I steer friends away from Sonos - 

My controls on my Sonos app is not working. I cannot hit the Play button on any of my speakers to play music. I updated my app and Sonos app on my computer. The only speaker to come back is Move. The other 9, the Play button is grayed out, unable to play anything. Do I need to go to each speaker and unplug & plug back in to reset them?

After the latest update i can no longer change the time for an alarm or set up a new alarm. All on a Samsung phone. The keyboard disappears before I can type any numbers. Don't people test these updates before they are rolled out?

Hi All, ​"I upgraded from the Sonos Beam 2 to the Sonos Arc Ultra. I noticed that the sound coming directly from the soundbar is flat. When paired with the subwoofer, the bass is actually worse than it was with the Beam 2. It seems like the crossover is poorly calibrated out of the box. There is too big of a gap between the soundbar and the sub. With the Beam, everything was much more balanced. For such an expensive setup, the sound quality is not satisfactory. Perhaps Sonos should update the firmware."

I have had a Beam with Ones in a stereo pair working rock solid for a few years. I also have a Five and a Move 2 and have had no issues at all. I’ve just added 2x Era 100s and a Sub mini to my setup. The Era 100s are in a stereo pair with the sub in one room (my office)At least once a day, the stereo pair drops/breaks down, with music just coming from one Era 100. The only way i can get it back together is to power cycle the speakers. I use the Sonos app mainly to play music but occasionally use Airplay and my Connect+Turntable. I’ve not noticed any cause+effect with the chosen source and stereo pair drops.My office has the router located in it, so the wifi signal is full strength. I have no other issues with my network or speakers.Any ideas why this is happening and how i resolve it please?

Greetings i recently bought 2 era 300 to place them as surrounds, replacing my old one Sl's. The room is wide but there is an obstacle a pillar in left side of the room. I tried to draw the room. is placing the era behind the pillar on the marked yellow spot will reduce it's effect.And changing angel of it will help or it is a complete dead spot.any other options of mounting on wall that can help ?Thank you 

Just bought the Sonos ace headphones and I have to have the volume set at 100 to hear it tidy. Done all the trouble shooting and updates but still the same. ????

Hi, for the last 3 weeks or so Sonos is constantly dropping out and losing connection. Sometimes it skips through tracks, other times it just stops playing. I also can not connect to Sonos speakers via the Spotify app. This all worked before and we haven’t changed our internet setup. Is anyone else having this problem? What can I do to fix it? 

TV: HiSense Canvas 4KTVSetup: Ray connected via optical. Surrounds ERA 100 pair. Grouped with one Move 2 and sub-mini.Noticing audio cutting out for 0.5 seconds while watching UHD disc movie on PS5. Please advise. 

had to reset my sonos app to connect to a new router but now i can’t use sonos radio or connect spotify anymore

Hi,I have play:1’s, a play:3 and Playbar.I have the Sonos S1 app controller for these.I wish to add another speaker but can no longer buy play:1’s as they are discontinued.If I buy the Era 100 Sl or Era 100 can I add these to my existing set up (ie will they all be compatible with each other [the old and new ] and which app will I be able to use to control them all - the Sonos S1 app or the Sonos app? thanks in advance  

Hello everyone, I’ve recently set up a new Sonos home theater system and I’m experiencing some issues that I’m hoping to get help with. My setup:Sonos Beam (Gen 2) connected to a Samsung OLED S95C via HDMI eARC Beam is also connected to the router via Ethernet (CAT 8) where my Download speed is 115mbps & Upload is 23mbps 2 × Sonos Era 100 configured as surround speakers Sonos Sub Mini Additional 2 × Era 100 configured as a stereo pair placed to the left and right of the soundbarIssues I’m facing:I’m experiencing intermittent audio dropouts, mainly from the soundbar (Beam), where the sound cuts out for about half a second. The issue occurs only with TV audio (apps, TV channels, and console connected to the TV). When playing music directly from the Sonos app, everything works perfectly with no dropouts. Hi Looking to upgrade my TV and also my Sonos Arc to Ultra version, have the issues been ironed out with firmware updates to the TV and Arc Ultra Apreciate your replies 

I upgraded my Internet speed all five, but then they send me a new router.I haven't been able to install my beam 2.I tied reset reinstall the appWhen it chines it says it doesn't recognise it.There is NO sticker on the back/ base they're never was.Purchased 2-3 ago from reputable dealer..I swapped back to old router,TV etc all fine just beam won't install.I spent hours going crazy and getting frustrated..I still have the box etc but they're was no code that they tell you to put in if Chinese won't work. I was probably an idiot uninstall the app as settings are grey with only add new speaker or join system.I tried with the router it used to work with but no says can't find beam on that IP.Anybody thoughts thanks Richard.

Can SONOS create the ability to create a playlist and add songs? Like Spotify, etc. Or is that an option I don't know about?
