Hi

I bought an era100 speaker for my daughters bedroom specifically to use with voice control via tidal. I was unaware at the time that this was not compatible in the UK. My question is will this be fixed with the S27 software upgrade in the UK?

No, there is no change to the music services that are supported by SVC under the new software.

The Tidal app doesn't support voice control... you need to launch it via the Sonos app—using Voice Control... Alexa... or Siri.

Yes I know tidal doesn't have voice control!

I'm specifically talking about using tidal as my main music source and a voice assistant to controll it, none of the voice assistants in the UK support this. If I had known that at the time of purchase I would not have bought it.
